About this apartment rental

Our condo has NEW a leather couch and chair , new appliances, and modern decor, it is sure to set the mood for your luxurious getaway.

It is located on the 21 mile marker right off of the main channel, in a cozy, no wake cove. But, you are still just moments away from the hustle and bustle of many great restaurants and bars.

This condo sleeps 4 and has one bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and bathroom access. The sofa pulls out into a queen size for additional guests or children. There is a big screen TV with cable and DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi. Don't forget to use the built-in electric fireplace to make your movie nights even more relaxing. We have an end table to charge your cell phone and storage in the ottoman and a place to hang your suitcase in the closet.

Harbor Point Complex has many great features such as a heated swimming pool, on-site laundry room, tennis court, boat ramp, and an onsite trailer parking area. Nearby there are golf courses, parasailing, and watercraft rentals. It is also close to many shopping centers, including the Outlet Mall.

You can travel light because we supply towels, linens, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and all soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a breathtaking view of the lake.

So come kick up your feet at the swimming pool that is only steps away and enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends on this spacious, waterfront patio.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Very nice condo, perfect for 2. Pool was close to us and was well maintained. Just minutes from restaurants and other activities. Tucked back in a no wake cove, very nice. Enjoyed the stay.

The Property was really nice. However, the condo parking lot was being repaved/tar with no clear direction where to park or which way to navigate the parking lot. We had to buy 4 new tires the next day for our car due to tar being stuck on the tires. I would stay there again, but not if the parking lot is being re-done. Lesson was learnt.

Me and my wife anniversary was the reason for are trip, which we loved the view right next to the water and the place was real nice. Unfortunately after the first night the next day later in the afternoon when me and my wife was at a car show i noticed some bumps on my hands which I thought might be mosquito bites. After walking the car show we went back to the condo to rest to go out to dinner for our anniversary. I started itching and noticed some more bumps on my arms and on the side of my body that really didn't look like mosquito bites. I told my wife that they might be bed bug bites. Hoping it wasn't bed bugs we went ahead and went to dinner and tried to make the best of it but later into the night it just got worse. When we got back to the condo I took a shower for relief. Still hoping that it wasn't bed bugs we went to bed which wasn't a good night of sleep, but woke up in the morning with more bumps. Thats when we know it was bed bugs bites. We did check out early that morning, got in contact with the owners and told the husband about the issue. He thank me and said he would have someone to go by to check everything out. That was it. I contacted Vrbo about what happened, ofcourse it was through chat texts because there was no other way to contact someone over the phone. The person in chat said that they would have someone reach out to me but never did. The wife who I book with or her husband never called me back to follow up with questions or anything else.

The condo was everything it was said to (and needed to) be. Very easy process, great owners, easy to get to, and even had a slip for rent (as a fisherman, that was needed). Nice complex, good boat launch, great people/neighbors around and conveniently located midlake, near eateries, etc! Great stay!

My stay was as I'd hoped it would be. Comfort, Quiet and Convenient. My only issue was the person upstairs. Once in the evening, once early morning their walking around with heavy feet. It woke me up. Enjoyed my stay.. I will book here again. Sheila was always just a phone call away to try and help if need.

Excellent location. We liked the ease of unloading with only 2 steps and then an assigned parking spot. Nicely decorated with a comfortable king bed. The balcony is where we spent most of our time watching the boats come and go. Easy check in with key lock box on door. We would stay there again!

When we first got in there was a vape on the floor by the bed, gum attached to the alarm clock, and a piece of the vacuum on the patio. After some minor pickup of those things our stay was enjoyable. At first we thought we had a problem with the water heater and after contacting the owners they were very quick to respond and come to help us figure the problem out. The parking space is not very big and kind of narrow (we were not expecting that), but worked for our truck since the parking lot was not very full. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio over looking the lake! The access to the boat ramp made getting onto the lake a breeze. The boat ramp is very steep so be prepared when using it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Very clean property, loved the screened in deck with a beautiful view both morning and night. Bed was very comfortable. Well stocked, we did not cook but you could have all appliances. Very close to our favorite breakfast, the Cozy Cafe and golf.

Property was relatively clean, had to wash dishes and silverware pots and pans, most were not adequately clean. Had to live out of suitcase due to no storage room anywhere in condo. We did love the screened in deck and the lake view was awesome. The pool was very close to the condoa bonus.

This was a great location for our small family. The two kids, both under 6, did well on the fold out couch, and the bedroom was adequate for us. The location is pretyy convenient for all of the Osage Beach activities and just a short drive to the strip. The pool and people that hang out there were great and it was fun to watch the boats cruising the lake. We rented a boat from a marina across the bridge but theres a rental in the same cove as this unit. Really good weekend to introduce my wife and kids to everything i remember about the LOZ.

When I travel, one of the things I like to do is take a shower after a long day of driving. Unfortunately because the renter insists on turning off the water heater after each guest leaves, I had to wait close to 2 hours for the water to reheat only to be disappointed in a lukewarm shower. Not good! Shower was clogged as well and shower curtain old. For the price I paid for the night, this should not be happening!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice screen porch. Nice pool. Good location. The king bed is comfortable, but the bed frame is made of solid wood and has sharp corners at the foot of the bed. Be careful when maneuvering around it. Both my husband and I scraped a shin. Other than that, it was great!
