Tremendous apartment in great location. All was great except one item. VRBO listing indicates parking, but only available parking is public parking. I thought we had parking at the apartment, instead we paid for public parking for four days.

This is a great basic apartment to stay in. It’s walking distance to many of the sites, clean, and quiet. The apartment is comfortable. The water pressure is good. All the appliances worked.

It is a perfect location in the historic center of Granada and yet was very quiet. The kitchen is small but good enough for preparing breakfasts and light meals/snacks.
Any issues were addressed immediately. Good communication with the host.

Everything in the apartment was threadbare, especially the towels, which was mentioned in a previous review and nothing was done. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The bed had a very unusual pillow arrangement with one case for 2 pillows. We didn’t stay more than the night of arrival. I find it hard to believe that all the 5 reviews were real.

I had a great stay for a few days in this apartment. It is a very short walk from the main street by Plaza Nueva (so doesn't involve much hill climbing), but was far enough onto a side street to avoid street noise. The host was easy to contact. I would happily return.

We were able to book this location at the last minute and the location was great. The host met us at the door and gave us an introduction to property and the neighborhood. I would recommend this property if you want to stay in the Plaza Nueva area

Location of property in Plaza Nueva area very good, able tonwalk to everything and also take bus to Albacain, Sacromonte and Alhambra. Tapas around the corner and the Hamman bath a 5 min walk. The only suggestion I have is that the towels be updated, were pretty thread bare.

Olga was great to deal with as was Alex who greeted us at the apartment. The wifi was excellent. Lots of hot water for the shower! The bed was the most comfortable one we have used on our 22 + days travelling Portugal and Spain!

This apartment is central to all main attractions in Granada Centro. Minutes away from restaurants, shops and sites. Transportation to Alhambra, Albacin and Sacromento are just across the square. Great location to walk everywhere.
Apartment is only meters from the busy Plaza Nueva but is very quiet inside. The enclosed courtyard does not afford a view but the trade off is the quiet for sleeping in such an active area of the city. The roll down shade makes the bedroom totally dark. We stayed 13 nights in comfort. Bed was perfect for us, not too hard and not too soft. Kitchen well equipped for simple meal prep. Ideal location for short or long term stay.

The only problem is the weather was nice and we wanted to open the windows, but a tenant below smoked out his window which came into ours, so that was not great. But otherwise property was as listed.

Very responsive to questions. Property was comfortable and felt homey. Shower was great! Didn’t cook but kitchen was complete. Washer was very handy. Necessities were included - soap, shampoo, spices, etc. Would recommend if you want to be close to things without being in the middle of all the stairs.

Stayed 4 nights in apartment with an absolutely great location. - at Plaza Nueva. Only way it could be better would be a view of the Alhambra. Flew from Barcelona, took airport bus to stop at Cathedral then an easy walk to the apartment. Near to all the important bus stops and sights. Lots of restaurants with a variety of menus nearby. Even the Alhambra was within walking range. (Checkout the Basilica de San Juan de Dios). Close to action at the Plaza and behind the Cathedral. We wandered the narrow streets up the hill to the Alhambra viewpoint. A bus would have been quicker but not as picturesque. Apartment has a good layout, was well equipped. and was very quiet. The needed a/c worked well. Kitchen was small but had everything needed. Access was easy but not for someone with mobility problems. We enjoyed Granada and were sorry to leave. Took line 33 to bus station to catch Seville bus. Great stay.

The mini buses were right out the door or around corner depending on the route you wanted . Restaurants and shopping were just steps away . Perfect location - walking distance to Alhambra and all other main attractions. It is a good place to use if you plan to sleep there only (not much of a view). It's very quiet and has a comfortable bed. We had an issue with finding a parking - the closest parking San Augustin was full when we arrived and had to park far away.

EXCELLENT Location
This property is in the heart of everything you could possibly want to do and see in Granada.
There is a wonderful new sophisticated wine tasting bar and art gallery, called Vinauro, right next door.
Even though the Plaza Nueva is literally a 30 second walk from the front door of the apartment building, it is extremely quiet at night for sleeping.
Perfect accommodations for 2 people. 4 people could work as well because there is a sofa bed.
Olga, the owner, is very accommodating and communicates well.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy, the bedroom very comfortable. The kitchen is small but workable, maybe could use a few more utensils but we managed just fine. The living room /dining area is spacious and very comfortable. Restaurants and stores are around the corner and the atmosphere of the area is just what one would want visiting an historic city.

Great location nice apartment
Other than getting from the parking garage to the apartment it was perfect. The owner had given me a walking map and warned me that GPS wasn’t great. Well, I had no GPS only her map and I couldn’t find the street signs! They are all over the place or not there! The owner, however, showed no signs of frustration! After many calls she said just describe what you see and I will meet you there! I was one turn and only about 50 feet away! So if you are directionally challenged I would recommend a google STREET VIEW so you know what business/restaurant etc. to look for - it would be easier for you and save her all the trouble! It is cobblestone you need really good wheels on your suitcases!
The apartment was very nice! The kitchen had an Italian coffee pot and she had left a few mini croissants as well.
It had an unusual washer but she explained it well so that was helpful as this was one small leg if a very long trip for us. We washed several loads of clothes.
The bed was comfortable.
It was nice and clean.
The unit has A/C but we didn’t need it.
I liked having an elevator since we both had large suitcases.
The owner had a good selection of travel brochures and her check in info was helpful.
We took a SixThrills tour of Alhambra. Their office is right off the nearby square up the stairs. Book in advance. The tour was great. Not too long, not rushed and his English was very good. He did say things were eunuch when he meant unique. lol. I loathe most organized tours but I liked this one very much. You would miss a lot if you didn’t have someone explain the historical religious influences.
I would highly recommend this apartment and this city.

A convenient and comfortable apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very well located, within walking distance of everything in the heart of old Granada. It is just enough up the hill from Plaza Nueva to be close to the action but far enough away so that the apartment is quiet.
The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. The pictures on VRBO show the apartment very accurately. The kitchen, though quite small, is enough to make coffee, breakfast, and a light meal not requiring more than 2 burners at the same time.
The owners do require a damage deposit, but it was promptly refunded after our stay ended.
We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Walk to Alhambra!
This little spot is exactly where you want to stay. It literally is along the street that you would take to walk to Alhambra. Also if you prefer the bus it is one block from there. All the best restaurants and bars were about a 10-20 minute walk. All rooms had air conditioning. Olga was very helpful. Place was spotless. Has an elevator to help with your bags. Wished the hot water lasted a bit longer but a minimal complaint. The place was very quiet and peaceful for sleep despite being next to all the action
In summary: I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this spot and would stay here again.

Wonderful Trip
This property was perfect for my husband and me. The location is steps away from the major square, which was our starting point each day to see the many wonders of Granada. The apartment is charming, quiet, clean and comfortable. Olga met us out front and helped us get acquainted with the apartment. She was so helpful with maps and information about Granada. She did a great job of taking care of us, even providing us with milk and croissants for our first morning. She and her apartment are definitely 5 star. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Granada!
