About this house rental
Completely restored in 2024, this light-filled, 2,800-sq-ft, open concept home features breathtaking views of Malaekahana Bay. Enjoy the fully equipped modern kitchen, living/dining room for easy entertaining and a recreation room that has a ping-pong table, a game table, and a 65-inch TV. Three bedrooms, each with their own en suite and ceiling fan, complete the residence. This home sleeps 10 (up to six adults and four children). There is one additional bathroom and three enclosed outdoor showers.

This is a piece of heaven. Everyone had a wonderful time and all of them want to return with other family members. Its peaceful atmosphere and fun amenities made everyone happy, from the nine year old who learned tennis and ping pong to the the older members of the party who relaxed and let go of the stress of daily life. Just sitting on the beach was a delight. I would return any time!

Our family loved this house. It is beautiful! The house has an open floor plan which enabled our family to enjoy each other while still giving plenty of opportunity to spread out. The view from the house is amazing and there is a very short walk down a beautiful path to a gorgeous beach. No one wanted to leave! We hope to be able to visit the home again soon!

This is the perfect family getaway house on the North Shore of Oahu. We live only 25 minutes away and it feels like another world. The house is open, roomy and fun for family get-togethers with separate rooms and bathrooms, a ping-pong table and a perfect kitchen for making and enjoying meals together. The beach is beautiful and feels like a private beach - we took morning walks with our coffee and were all alone. Part of me does not want to say anything because we will definitely be back and don't want the competition in booking it.

This was an excellent place for our first family trip to Hawaii. The property manager, Brynn, was absolutely wonderful and there to help us check in. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family, and fully furnished. No a/c but not needed with the cool ocean breeze every evening that kept the house very pleasant. The kitchen has everything needed and with the local grocery store only five minutes away we were able to prepare most meals there.
The location is amazing and the best part. Practically right on the beach in a quiet area. We spent many many hours playing in the sand, swimming, and walking along the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and towels were provided.
This property is close to many fun activities on the north shore (zip line, polynesian culture center, turtle bay, Waimea falls, and many others).
Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Hawaii.

Nice place if you want to enjoy the beach. Each bathroom has an outside shower to wash-off the sands. Very nice property. A bit worn down due to natural elements. But, awesome in every other aspects.

We had a lovely time. My family liked the large common area, the closeness of the beach, and the beds are great. Lots of things were supplied for us, beach gear included. Property manager was nearby if we had any questions.

Our family stayed here in November 2021. House was clean, well kept, well stocked and met our needs perfectly. The beach was perfect for our family. Our elementary aged kids enjoyed boogie boarding and playing in the sand.
Location to North Shore activities was great - close enough to get where you wanted to be and far enough away from the crowds so we felt like we had our own slice of paradise.
We would absolutely rent this house again.

More than enough room for our family of 5, even with so many things to go out and see it was hard to leave the comfort of this home. Relaxing and enjoying the beach all day is a pretty good option! Loved the ping pong table and the many bathrooms and outdoor/indoor showers. Would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is amazing. You have plenty of room and the beachfront is a beautiful cove area.
You are far from the hustle and bustle and will enjoy large areas of the beach alone. The closest beach neighbors were always hundreds of yards from us. Sand castle equipment, beach chairs, toys, and a large umbrella are all ready and available for an enjoyable beach experience.
The house is unique with each of the three bedrooms having its own private full bathroom with a closet, and a central half bathroom for company. There are two outdoor showers connected straight into the indoor bathrooms on each side of the residence. You have up to 17 comfortable indoor chairs in the living areas, and 28 chairs counting barstools and wooden chairs, not counting the outdoor porch seating. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you could imagine for cooking and serving. The amount of natural light will keep you from having to utilize any lights during the day.
The amount of towels, beach towels, and provided linens is numerous. We have a family of five and normally battle this with the washing machine multiple times a day, but here we could of easily went a week if desired. This residence is very well equipped.
Our host Brynn was amazing. We were provided a tour and shown how everything works. She was friendly and attentive. We were provided her contact information in the event we needed help with anything.
We were originally a little worried with not having AC, coming from Oklahoma. The large exterior doors with screens provide a constant breeze through the house, which kept us comfortable.

We love staying here, this was our second time. Jim(owner) has been easy to communicate with and the entire process has always been smooth. Brynn(caretaker) is awesome-so welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, on the beach; not crowded like most other beaches on Oahu. Great for body boarding, body surfing, fishing, and the sandy beach is perfect for little ones. The house is stocked with body boards, grill, beach towels, kitchen amenities(toaster, toaster oven,grill utensils, pans, pots, ladles, can opener, anything you may need to cook a full meal), extra blankets, and all the basics. The house is spacious for everyone and with 4 bathrooms and 2 outdoor showers connecting tot he rooms, going from beach to the house is easy for everyone. The teens and kids loved the indoor ping pong table and had so much fun (and exercise) on the private tennis court. One thing we loved was the breeze; better than ac and fans! Inside there’s more than enough places to lounge and relax for the whole party. My little nieces had no problem watching their usual shows on the smart TV!

My two sons came with their families (5 kids ages 10-3). Everyone had a fabulous time. The house has absolutely everything one could possibly need or want for play and for cooking. The Views are simply stunning, every room has their own restroom this made it easy for our group to (2 families, 1 group of friends). The beach is a few steps away , semi private, and safe. We highly recommend this place and will be going back every year for sure.

Amazing location with close access to amazing food and beautiful scenery. Really nice to be on the north side of the island away from the city, yet conveniently located to amazing food in Kahuku and even a hospital near by for peace of mind. The property managers were amazing and attentive, house comes with all the needs for a comfortable stay and many pluses to make it more enjoyable like beach toys and table tennis, bocce ball, tennis, etc. The beach access is amazing and essentially a private beach during our stay. The patio is awesome for eating looking at the beautiful ocean view. Absolutely loved it and would stay here again in a heart beat. I highly recommend if your looking for beach access, tranquile private setting with conveniences near by.

This property was well stocked with all the things we could have possibly needed. There were boogie boards, surfboards, lots of extra towels, linens, and beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Brynn was kind and very helpful. The location of this property is perfect! The beach is a one-minute walk away. Our kids (ages 7-17) had the best time swimming and boogie boarding. Once you swim past the bigger waves we spent hours snorkeling and saw huge sea turtles and lots of fish! The outdoor showers were a huge perk, they were perfect for washing off after swimming!The house is older and could use some upgrades, but I would still recommend and stay here again just the way it is!!

Absolutely gorgeous beachfront house. All the amenities you could possibly ask for. PLENTY of everything! Beach towels, plates and cooking utensils galore, ping pong balls with paddles, tennis balls and rackets, etc. 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms is amazing for the ladies. Just an unbelievable experience for my friends and family for my birthday!

Great location. Great beach. House is big. Just pretty outdated with furnishings. Things were clean but because of outdated old furnishings it feels somewhat dirty. Couches feel a bit yucky to relax on. Bikes listed are inoperable just as heads up. Boogie boards are provided which is nice.

This is an excellent property!
The setup was perfect for our family. The house is large and spacious and it’s a perfect beach house with tile floors that can be easily swept and kept clean. We loved the big kitchen with lots of counter space. The outdoor showers were well used and very helpful. The ping pong table and the many dvds provided my family with lots of other things to do when we weren’t at the beach. However, we were at the beach for hours every day. That’s another big plus, the beach!! The beach is amazing!! It’s big, with lots sand and waves and crabs. It was fun!! Overall, it was a perfect beach house for our perfect staycation!! We will definitely try to stay here again! One warning is that there is no air conditioning, which I failed to notice before I rented the home but there were enough floor fans and windows to keep us comfortable. Plus, if trade winds are around, no need to worry!!

What a great beach home on a fantastic sandy beach. This is one of the most well-equipped vacation rentals that we have stayed at in recent memory. The tennis court and basketball net was an added bonus. Five days of family vacation fun that we will always treasure.

Booking was easy and Jim was responsive through the process. The house itself is a bit older but nonetheless Awesome! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are roomy, not to mention the outdoor showers were very convenient coming in from the beach. The house layout is great for hanging out, lounging, eating together; very comfortable and easily accommodates 10 family members.The kitchen is large and very well stocked with everything one would have in their own home. There were ping pong, tennis, bikes and boogie boards available. Best of all, the beach was right there! Sandy beach great for kids and small waves for older kids to body surf/boogie board. Because of the location, the beach is not crowded and lots of sand crabs to catch at night!! We had so much fun!!
