The property provided all the comforts of home enhanced by the mountain landscape and wildlife access from the porch and deck off the master suite.
The double car garage and additional fridge/freezer in the garage is an added bonus!
Plenty of parking space, outdoor fire pit (with firewood being provided) heighten our enjoyment.

Great stay; loved the view, the fire pit, easy access to groceries and coffee; house was well appointed; beautiful fox walked right by us on the road.

The location of the property was awesome, there is a big open area where the kids were able to ride snowmobiles and get pulled on sleds. The cabin was older but worked great for our family.

Overall a great location! Quiet and beautiful views. Easy access to Yellowstone National Park. Only complaints we had were it was dusty and the floors were not clean as we found leftover medication on the floor.
Can't beat the location

Super location with a short 20 minutes drive to Yellowstone west entrance! Nice and quiet area for sound sleep! House was perfect for our needs! Communication with host was super fast and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here to visit Yellowstone NP. Had everything we needed and absolutely loved the fire pit and views in the backyard!

This property was unbelievably clean, we were so impressed. A few things need updating, but that's in the works we were told. Had a few issues and Jasmine and Matt went above and beyond to take care of us. There was an unseasonable amount of snow still, up to the second floor deck, so was a drag we couldn't look out the windows and see the beautiful vista's. And the fire pit was buried under about 6ft of snow. Maybe next time!

Nice cabin. Well supplied kitchen. Nice views!

The house fit our needs. The beds were softer than what we liked. Snow sliding off the roof almost blocked the side door on the garage making getting in and out interesting. We had to clean out the kitchen faucet screen a couple times as it got clogged with calcium or sediment. Found two pieces of bread that was on the top shelf of the comer cabinet not in a bag. It wasn’t molding (yet) but hard like toast.

This property was absolutely lovely, very relaxing and perfectly located between Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. We spent 4 nights camping in Glacier National Park and planned to stay here afterwards to kick off the rest of our trip. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms were all spotless and perfectly stocked. The host was available should we need anything but we ended up not needing to reach out. It was so nice to have a quiet clean place to stay with our two pups after 4 nights of primitive camping. We spent most of the time, that we weren’t out exploring, relaxing on the balcony, running in the back yard with the pups, or just enjoying the beautiful view from the couch in the living room. Overall, a wonderful stay and will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to the area!

This was a fantastic place to stay with a will stocked kitchen, a comfortable couch and plenty of space for our group to relax and converse. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay. We were gone most of the daytime hours exploring different parks & hikes. Weather was sunny and close to 90 degrees during the day but cooled down to the 40s overnight. Very comfortable sleeping with windows open and fans blowing. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Island Park has a well stocked little grocery store, adventure outfitters and a couple of restaurants. It's a quick 20 minute drive to West Yellowstone. Plenty of trailheads close by for fun hikes. The deck is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and watching sunsets at night. We would recommend some more comfortable furniture for the deck and a few more box fans for the bedrooms. Overall, highly pleased!

Great spot near Yellowstone for my family!
The property did not disappoint! Was perfect for our family of ten. Offered all of the amenities we needed, including a magnificent view out the back porch. Also was very close to the West gate entrance to Yellowstone, horseback riding and river floating. Our family had a blast!

Nice and cozy
We had a wonderful time staying there. It was cold outside while we were there, but it was nice and warm inside. There were a couple of things that broke down while we were there, but that happens in any house and they got on it as soon as we let them know.

Perfect Cabin!!
So very happy with this cabin! The location was close to the things we wanted to do- easy commute to Yellowstone. The accommodations were fabulous! Very clean, well supplied for cooking our own meals, comfortable for everyone! I would definitely come back to this cabin again if I am in the area with a group! We had 7 adults and 2 children. Oh! And the view for morning coffee on the back porch— picture perfect!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Grandview Retreat. The property was clean, spacious, but also cozy. It was the perfect mountain retreat. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy house.
Liked that it was about 20 minutes away from west Yellowstone. They let us check in early which was great after a long 16 he drive. We also loved that it was a pet friendly house. The house has everything you need to cook you just need to bring your food. There’s a store like 5 min away. (Maybe some pans need to be replaced by new ones.) They have washer and dryer too. The master bedroom upstairs has a beautiful view. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the kids and the dogs loved the house and had the best time playing in the snow.

Great place for a winter getaway!
We had a wonderful winter getaway at this lovely property in a well cared for neighborhood and area. We were able to cross country ski right out the door and it is a short drive to other beautiful places such as Yellowstone National Park. The roads in the neighborhood were well maintained. The home is well equipped and comfortable. Other reviews mentioned that some of the beds are a bit uncomfortable, and we agree with that - but otherwise, wonderful stay!

Great views & location
The house worked out because the location, amount of rooms, and allowance of our dogs. There are some updates needed especially in the downstairs bathroom, & the upstairs mattresses! Overall The home had basically everything we needed and a beautiful backyard view.

Great Getaway
Great location. Not easy to be central to areas such as Jackson Hole, Tetons and Yellowstone .. but this location allowed us to do daytrips to all of these places. View from the Back porch was worth its weight in gold. -- Couple of things though .. Had issues with Wifi the whole time. Think a new router is needed as we had to reset it multiple times each day. This is more a provider issue, but still something that should be noted. Beds are definitely in need of an update. Also, not even one smart TV in the whole Cabin. Smart TV allows for Netflix, Amazon .. etc .. and would be a good perk especially when kids are involved. Management was VERY responsive and took care of everything. Great location, but could use some upgrades.

Lovely House very close to Yellowstone!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We rented this house because of its proximity to Yellowstone, which was a great idea! It's maybe 30 minutes at most from the West Yellowstone entrance. The house was comfortable and warm. The week we showed up it snowed, as well as right before we left. I would suggest you bring a car/truck that can drive in snow, as the community does not do a great job at snow plowing, but once you are on the main roads it was fine. But that is a given if you come during the fall/winter season. The gas fireplace was GREAT for the cold days and it was VERY easy to use! Wifi worked well when we needed it. TV upstairs in the main bedroom was lovely since it was a smart TV with tons of options. I would suggest they get a smart TV downstairs sometime soon since we ended up using the main bedroom TV more often due to the functions on it. The backyard was lovely, it had a fire pit but we didn't use it due to the snow and wet wood. I would have liked the fence between the properties to be up, it seems to be down across the entire property line though, and on the neighbors as well. We had to keep watch of our small children since the fence was down on the ground. The fridge and dishwasher worked great, as well as the washer and dryer. This house had all the comforts of home. So if you are up in the area, I would suggest renting this cabin. If we are up in the area again, we will rent again in a heartbeat! This house was down the street from a small grocery store/gas station, which was nice, but it was far enough that you, it's not near a major road. I loved the view of the mountains from the backyard! The neighborhood is very lovely, we went for afternoon walks through it daily with our dog.

Great home feeling
We had a good time and the place had a good home feeling. The only thing is We wished the fireplace worked or had instructions on how to work it and that there was instructions on how to use the tv. All in all we had a great stay! Thank you!

Very welcoming property
The property was better than we imagined. We arrived at 10:00 PM and it was a little hard to find in the dark even with a GPS. House numbers would have helped. Once inside we all felt very much at home. Morning coffee on the back porch looking at the mountains and afire in the fire pit at night was just perfect. The property owners thought of every need

Great overflow cabin for our reunion
The inside was a bit smaller than expected but it worked fine. The grassy area was also smaller than expected and had rocks and trees where we wanted room for kids to run.
