We had to leave to the airport prior to breakfast but dinner the previous night was most enjoyable and relaxing.
Nothing
3.0
The location was nice, the breakfast was pretty good, albeit just a continental breakfast with some scrambled eggs as the only hot food option. The pool looked nice but was unavailable for use during our stay. The property was cool looking and in fair shape, but nothing exotic. Close to the national park and airport. For staying on the Argentina side it was good. We had more than enough time to see everything in a day. Like too much time. Probably enough to get to the Brazil side as well.
Rooms are tiny, beds are hard, barely any pillows and those are also hard. The bathroom is old and tiny and no amenities. The staff at the front desk had a bit of an attitude.

nice staff
this isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s quite tired and mainstream.
location is fairly close to the falls but everywhere requires a cab

Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotels are in very quiet forest and we enjoyed birds singing. The room was a bit old but clean and has necessary equipment.
The breakfast was good but the same every day so it might be nicer if we could have more choices or changes, but again, it tasted good.

Buffet dinner was excellent
Literally charged for anything extra. Didn’t even have free water for guests

it was pretty from the outside and well lit
The bathroom was very dirty. The hot water in the shower was just barely warm in the evening. They had no water or any other drinks in the mini fridges. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. There were hardly any guests staying at the hotel but they put us in one of the very last rooms, far away from the lobby and everything else. The staff who escorted us to our room was a bit overly friendly and asked us a lot of unnecessary questions which added to the feeling of discomfort being so far away from the main lobby. The staff changed the price on me two times and charged me extra right before we left even though it had been their mistake in the first place. Supposedly the exchange rate had changed over night or something weird like that. I didn’t feel like fighting so I left it but was pretty disappointed and felt like they were taking advantage of two young ladies.

old looking but great gardens

The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was cleaned daily.
There is no point of the pool you’re in a jungle it’s full of bugs. Only the manager speaks English. the location is bad as it’s far from the falls but also far from town where the nice restaurants are. There is meant to be a bus but it’s didn’t even stop. The hotels taxis cost more than a regular taxis off the street so it costs 25% more to go into town than it doesn’t to get back which is because of their drivers charging more. I guess as the hotel get a cut. The staff didn’t help with getting around. One even laughed when I asked them to show me where the bus stop was. he didn’t speak English to be fair so maybe it was a language issue.

We stayed in a bungalow, which was wonderfully spacious, and ideal for our family. The pool was bigger than expected, and loved by the children. Having bus stop outside the hotel was perfect as we did not have our own transport. However the hotel was really accommodating with allowing us to use facilities when we arrived early and then had to wait for our bus at the end of the trip
unable to walk anywhere due to distance from the town, limited english speaking staff.

The pool area is nice. The pool area has a nice shower/changing area
The surroundings of nature is quite beautiful
The WiFi connection in the room was terrible. We had connection for a total 15 minutes in 3 days. We lived in room 3xx
The breakfast and dinner buffet was mediocre at best.
The AC and fridge in the room could at times be quite noisy, but the noises disappeared again after a couple of minutes.
3.5
location in the middle of the nature
I think it doesn’t worth that much the room is very simple and the is no wifi in the room even in the lobby was slow but I liked the staff there were very helpful and kind.

Everything was great but the staff was the best.
The only complaint was the wifi connection. But really that shouldn't be a priority in such a beautiful place.

Very accommodating staff, a decent breakfast buffet and a huge, deep pool!

We stayed in one of the lovely casitas (cabin) on the lush grounds of an above average 3-star hotel. Location about 10-minute drive to town (taxi $1.50 USD) one way. Decent pool. We had 2 bedrooms adjoined by one bathroom and a miniature kitchenette that was fine for making tea, but don't plan to really cook. We had a private patio with teak tables/chairs and flowered arbor. Breakfast was nice, dinner not so good. While dinner service was fantastic, the food was mediocre. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite happy here and as a 3-star it's good value for money and met our expectations.
