EXCELLENT, CLEAN, GREAT STAFF

EXCELLENT, clean tidy and very helpful staff, well located in quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Thank you to all staff who made us welcome during our short stay.

It was very comfortable and property is very well maintained.

Breakfast spread was small but good.

The bed was comfortable but little sagging. i would have preferred firm and hard mattress. Towels were clean but i would have preferred fresh and better quality.

Alright stay for few days - Bit pricey

Location: the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Delhi, not many shops or restaurants around but at least is not in a crowded area. There is a clean park just a few minutes walking from the hotel. We ordered food via zomato, if you do not wish to take a taxi to go to a restaurant. Internet: Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Good point if you need to work online.

Breakfast: very poor and unhygienic. The staff guy took our toasted bread with his bare hands several times. The “juice” is powdered one, but we don't know from where is the water coming. The following days we only took boiled eggs. Cleanliness: the room is “acceptable” clean, bedsheets has stains, towels were kind of brown. I would say 6/10. Hot water in the shower, it was difficult to get. Very early morning or very late at night. Price: I found it to be a bit too high for the quality and comfort offered. Supply and demand, I guess.

Big and clean room. Good location.

Uncomfortable bed (mattress), no english entertainment channels and no hot water in the shower.

Lovely, easily accessible place with excellent staff and of course good food

It was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay there The food was good and not too expensive and staff were really very courteous. In the restaurant Devender was really good and in the reception Sooraj was extremely polite and courteous inspite of the odd hour of our check in and he was very helpful as well. This is just to mention a few and the rest of them were also helpful and always at a beck and call. I would recommend this place as i am certain i wouldn't want to try out another place for sure

Excellent and comfortable; the staff courteous and smiling, and very efficient hospitality.

The breakfast was excellent. Even the food served for dinner was very good, nutritious, and less oily. Like homemade food. Location excellent. Greater Kailash metro, as well as market M, are all within walking distance.

Nothing to suggest as we found every aspect of this hotel beyond expectations.
