About this villa rental
This is a large family villa, with plenty of space both inside and outside, as it has a large living and dining area as well as a huge terrace with sea and mountain views.
The villa has three bedrooms upstairs - a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. There is also a modern family bathroom on this level, and a WC on the ground floor. A sunny terrace with sea and mountain views leads off the two main bedrooms.
This combines with an extremely roomy living and dining area to give plenty of living space within which to eat, read or just relax. The large main sun terrace, which leads off the main living area, possesses fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains, and comes equipped with sun loungers, BBQ, table and chairs. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
There is satellite TV and free Wifi internet access, as well as air-conditioning throughout. The communal swimming pool is just opposite the villa and is shared with only 4 other villas and is open from April to October (inclusive). Please note that access to and from the beach is via a long flight of steps or a fairly short steep hill and then steps down to the house, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Please note that from where you can park a car/ be left by a taxi there is a steep flight of steps to reach the development (see photo).

After getting used to a typical spanish house we enjoyed our stay very much. The terrace has a perfect size and is very private.

When we arrived it was dark and we struggled to get the key from the box. We are older and were stunned to find around 34 steep steps, which we had to carry two 23 kilo bags down.On entering the house there was no power or light. We tried to ring the tel.no given in Spain and the UK. No-one answered. Eventually my husband found the fuse box and sorted it out. That night I got locked in the main bedroom, as the door mechanism jammed, also the en suite toilet mechanism broke. Eventually, the door opened after much panic and banging on my part. The following day we tried to ring the Spanish number again and again no-one answered. So my husband managed to mend the toilet himself.Every day we had real problems getting the door open. As no-one bothered to answer the telephone we just carried on with various other issues, some quite concerning. The kettle was corroded underneath and leaked water, on one occasion outside, the end of the step collapsed under my husband and he fell, we couldn't open one of the metal doors out to the balcony and there was a disturbing smell in the main bathroom. The light kept going out whilst you were in the shower and my husband repeatedly banged his head on the shelf above the sink.Tiles on the inside steps were all broken, sharp and slipped about under foot. On the final day the taxi, booked by the agent, never turned up and we almost missed our flight. Overall a complete nightmare

Accommodating located very close to Beach and easy walk to The Bacon. Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the local vicinity at reasonable prices. Popular restaurants need reservations especially on Mondays. The accommodation was very spacious and a “home from home” feeling. Roof terrace was main socially used with great views of the the Mediterranean and Mountains. Local area was hilly and it keeps you fit with many steps.
Excellent holiday and would return to Nerja soon.

A very nice, quiet apartment complex a block from Burriana beach, also very handy to restaurants. We stayed in a roomy, three bedroom flat with two decks and lovely views. The location was great, but if you have a car expect to park it a 200 metre walk up a very steep hill, as there is no parking near the bottom side and on the street above there was major road work going on. I was a bit put off by having to pick up the keys from a property manager a kilometre away and initially weren’t given enough door keys for the three of us, but that was rectified after we pointed it out. The manager also agreed to let us leave the keys in the apartment on check out, as we had an early flight from Malaga. Overall, a good stay but not as smooth as we would have liked.

Perfect location, fabulous outside space. Clean, well stocked and towels and beds changed frequently. Only downside was bathrooms from which there was a bad smell. Probably plumbing issue. But didn’t upset us too much.

Clean and tidy, although some elements could do with a refresh.
Managing agents very helpful. Well positioned property. Enjoyed our stay.

A really lovely couple of weeks. Ideally situated for Burriana Beach and the beach front restaurants. Also only about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. Great large sun terrace with sea view.

The property is a great size and location with a fabulous terrace area.
However we had booked this property as a pool would be available from 1st April, when I visited the pool on the 2nd there was no water in the pool, as repairs where required. I was disappointed that we had not been informed prior to our visit and only found out when I contacted the agent.
This is extremely frustrating as we could have booked another property in a similar area with out a pool for a much lower price.

We were in Casa Natalia (the one opposite the pool with the brown door). The listing description was accurate. The property was clean and tidy, air condition units were excellent. The large private patio area to rear really enhanced our stay, in the morning to mid afternoon it was a sun-trap - in the evening it was comfortable to sit out and eat. The photo is deceptive as there are steps up to the pool area. The pool area was never overcrowded and the pool was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property. The customer service was excellent, from the accurate directions from Malaga airport to all the restaurants which we managed to visit 4 or 5 in our 10 days. The famous Ayoyo Paella was excellent. We visited Frigilina and went Kayak'n along the shore to Maro and back. We also visited the caves which were awesome. All the restaurants were excellent value for money. Nerja as a whole is quite hilly, but the access to the beach at Casa Natalia was by far the easiest of the all the surrounding areas especially nearer the town centre.
We would definitely go back.
Thanks
