Atendimento ao cliente é péssimo.

Localização

Atendimento da recepção (não atendem telefone, ficamos um dia inteiro tentando contato por diversos canais de comunicação), ao chegar no hotel ligamos p/ o número somente para fazer um teste e também não atenderam! Deixam tocar até cair a ligação.

Won’t be back.

Location is good. You can walk to bars and the beach. There’s a metro station at the street, which is great.

Service was poor. The bed did not had good sheets, they looked old and rigged. Lots of holes in our only cover. Pillows did not have a case and were stained. We were left without towels on the last day and waited for them to bring us just to have a shower.

Muito ruim custo-benefício, banheiro com box entupido e quarto com má aparência.

O quarto possui móveis gastos e com aparência de pouca limpeza. O box do banheiro estava entupido. Na cama, havia apenas um lençol cobrindo o colchão e uma colcha. Não havia lençol para se cobrir. A colcha é lavada a cada troca de hóspede? A impressão é que não. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. O suco oferecido é totalmente artificial, do tipo em pó. Lamentável.

No 1•dia que chegamos atendente foi grosseiro ,na forma de tratativa conosco informando que o pagto só poderia ser feito à vista onde não fomos informados que não poderia ser parcelado Telefone descrito não atendem os clientes nem solicitações simples tirando o dia da chegada restante da equipe super atenciosa ,gostaria que conversassem com este atendente que abriu nossa reserva pois não foi cortez deveria ter mais delicadeza

PÉSIMO ATLANTICO RIO

La simpatia de las mucamas en los pasillos

No realizaron limpieza nunguno de las 5 noches, no hubo recambio de toallón ( solo uno por persona, no dieron toalla). La ropa de cama no contaba con sábanas, las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas. Las listas de precios del menú están desactualizadas, se negaron a retribuirme el costo entre la lista vieja y los supuestos precios nuevos. Realizaron un segundo cobro por un monto superior que no retribuyeron. Nunca más vuelvo a ese lugar.

So bad, I will never go back to this rubbish hotel.

I did not like anything else that was central.

I did not like it for the following; 1. Check in is super prehistoric, very slow. It took us more than 45 minutes to check in and there were not many people. 2. The cards that they gave us to open the rooms were blocked at all times, not allowing us to enter the rooms and having to go down to the reception to have them fixed. 3.- The reception bathroom, without even entering it, smelled of urine. 4.- The towels that they left us were torn and unclean. 5.- Our bathroom and our parents' bathroom had a lot on the ceiling. 6.- The pool that they show in their photographs is very false, it is not maintained and the waterfall that is seen in the image does not work. 7.- The man who receives breakfast is very rude and unkind to the guests. 8.- I must emphasize that breakfast is the best they have.

Tiny, windowless room shouldn't even be available for rent. Also, I understand that the advertisement does not make it clear what the room is actually like. Feeling of having been robbed. poorly maintained hotel, dirty spaces, bedroom bathroom with loose faucet parts. Rude employees.

False advertising

No parking, no gym even though its on their website, the pool was disgusting. Breakfast was not good. TV sucked. Air conditioner was broken. Definitely not worth staying there.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO

Nothing, only the staff, very lind

I hated everything. This hotel is horrible. I stayed for one night and left the hotel. Lots of people, only one lift for 18 floors, they gave me a small room withou windows, bad wifi, terrible breakfast. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL
