Tutto perfetto!!!
Nulla!!!
4.5
lakeside location, friendly staff.
a bit like a hostel, but that’s reflected in the price, DIY electrics in the room (pretty sure you shouldn’t run sockets and lights on same circuit), price of supper was excessive for a wholesome but unexceptional meal.
4.5
Peaceful location with lovely scenery to enjoy the midnight sun. Looks like a great place to do aurora watching.
Nothing.

Friendly staff, nature, sauna

great location, wonderful staff, all possible winter activities. Nice rooms.
We were quite dissatisfied with breakfast and dinner. But I guess it was rather ok.
4.5
Extremely good location from where you can see the Northern Lights.

Service was excellent, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There is a great selection of freely available equipment for exploring the surroundings (bikes, canoes etc.). The freely available Sauna was a great bonus after spending a few days staying in a tent and walking around the nearby Lemmenjoki National park.
The host has lovingly turned an old boarding school in the wilderness into a cozy hotel, while the rooms are small due to the history of the place, they were perfectly clean and the atmosphere and interesting details more than makes up for the facilities.
We really enjoyed the breakfast too, while the selection might not be comparable to the largest chain hotels in the middle of a metropolis, at least for us, there was a perfect selection of cold and warm dishes.

I liked everything about this place, it had a wonderful
ambience about it. I think a lot of thought has gone
into it’s design and set up. Spotlessly clean throughout.
I wish everywhere I stayed was like the Korpikartano!

Everything was just perfect: enchanted place, like in a fairy tale. The staff is so nice and friendly, breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared every morning. Super clean, amazing sauna included, you can borrow bikes, kayaks and boats to row on the lake...reindeers passing by to say hi from time to time, teas and kettle, relax spots both outside and inside...what else could you ask for?
Absolutely nothing. Everything was more than great!

the view
the room is very small

the hotel is nice, free coffee & tea and sauna.
it was quiet, so comfortable to sleep.
very good breakfast
the room is to small, and there is no view: small and high up windows. bathroom to small too and completely wet after taking a shower
4.5
Very clean and nice room.
Blackout shades or blinds help to sleep, when sun is shining all the time, and they were missing.

We have loved absolutely everything! The place is located on a gorgeous lake surrounded by nature. Even if the sky wasn't clear we were able to take incredibile pictures of the Northern lights. The staff if friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious! We loved spending time in the snow walking and then coming back to the hotel sauna to warm up. The sauna is very clean, spacious and beautifully finished. You can book it one hour a day just for you and have a nice quiet time. I'm already planning my new trip here 😊

I returned for a second visit purely based on the experiences during the first visit. This place is basically in the middle on nature, far away from more populated areas. Reindeer can be seen wandering the premises or nearby wilderness any given moment. Beautiful lake just beside the hotel. Trekking activities right at your fingertips. The saunas, the hotel's own restaurant, the rooms.. all just give away this wilderness ambience which is what I like. The hotel manager also kindly allowed me to charge my hybrid car from the hotel's wall sockets, which was really nice!
At least in some of the rooms the soundproofing in the walls is not that good. You can easily hear what people in the next room are talking about or if they are noisier this can disturb you or your sleeping.
4.5
Beautiful serene location and we were able to use the kayaks, bicycles and sauna for free. The staff was very friendly. Great sauna!
There wasnt many options for breakfast. You could hear the guests talking and watching videos in the next room.

The hotel was just great! It was dominated by a very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like home. We felt really great! And the staff is really trying to help you with anything you need or want! Far more than they need to! A must when staying in Inari! Also, very well equipped with a really beautiful sauna..

Very friendly host & staffs. Very clean with beautiful surroundings. We did boating and fishing, hiking and barbecue. Easy checkin & checkout. I like its bedware and lapin wooden furnitures.
Room is a little small for us, non-sounds proof, and weak WiFi signaling.
