About this house rental

Go big or be at home! This house has it all!! We didn't skip a beat when we remodeled this home. With the three bedroom, two bath, and main living area we fully opened up you will be enjoying your family full time! This house has it all and you will not be disappointed!

We completed this house with all the essentials you would need to have the vacation of your dreams. Luxury linens and brand new furniture ensure that you relax in comfort. Plush beach towels and bath towels will have you wanting to stay a few days longer. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to cook or grill. Pour yourself a fresh cup of coffee, or wine, or set the crock pot for dinner, you will have it all if needed. Our goal was to give you all the comforts of home and spoil you with a few more.

Enjoy the pool on those hot afternoons and walk to the beach just minutes away when you need the sand beneath your feet. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, games, beach cart, and more are provided so you don't have to worry about any of that once you are here. We have a fully fenced back yard and outside shower so you can let your little ones run free and rinse the salty waters off of them with ease.

When you aren't enjoying the interiors of this home you can hop on one of the bicycles we provide and ride on down to one of the many eateries or establishments close by. With lots of local restaurants and bars near by you can relax or head to the grocery store that is also close at hand and cook inside or outside on the grill. Either way, you'll be nestled in all the comforts of home.

There are so many things to do locally that you might forget there are theme parks just a little over an hour away. Within walking or bike riding you will find lots of great places to eat, grab groceries, libations, or sign yourself up for a fishing excursion. There are two public beaches with life guards and public facilities near by, as well. Drive into Daytona and catch a race, take a tour, hit the mini golf, or one of the many famous landmarks that make this place such a great stay! St. Augustine is just north 45-50 minutes and you will not be disappointed if you love small town history and stunning architecture.

We fell in love with this area years ago and just love to share it with guests. Feel free to call us and ask away about anything you are interested in. We love to talk to guests and help them maximize their stay.We pride ourselves on being as useful as we can be and love helping you fall in love with Ormond Beach! We cannot wait for you to be our guest!

During the Covid-19 outbreak we did add security cameras to the exterior of the home because it was sitting vacant for months when we couldn’t rent. The cameras are intended for when the home is empty and not to watch guests. They are purposely pointed at the doorways and walkways in to the home only. Please know this is not to invade anyone’s privacy but was solely put in place to protect our home from looters or transients trying to gain access.

Property was much better than the listing/pictures showed. Very clean (which is probably my number 1 priority). Very quiet neighborhood but close to beach and everything you could need. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, and ice cream parlor. Property owner stayed in contact personally, which I appreciate! This will probably be my new go-to Vacation home in Ormond.

This house was in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities and still have a very quiet beach experience! We have stayed at many houses over the years and this house had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and one of the cleanest pools we have ever experienced. The pool games were perfect for the adult "kids." The bikes were a nice surprise. We were expecting 2 bikes but there were several so we could bike ride as a family!! We walked to the beach with the nice wagon to carry our stuff. I would recommend the house to anyone wanting a great beach experience. We hope to return next year!

This property is great! The location is perfect, right down the street to the beach, a wonderful restraint at the corner. Go to the beach during the day and come back and refresh in the pool. We loved this house. Would stay her again in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We liked the easy access to the beach - with free public parking just at the end of the road. Swimming in the pool at night was wonderful as well. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 - including 3 teenagers. The pictures really don't show the how much space this home truly has to offer - it was a pleasant surprise!

We had a great stay at this house! The house was clean, inside and out. The pool has floats and pool toys available which we used a lot! There are also beach towels and beach accessories available to use. This was so helpful to have. The beach is a short walk or drive away and was quiet, clean, and very relaxing. Inside the house has nice dishes and everything you could want if you wanted to eat in. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect house for our needs. Well taken care of home, yard and pool. Fresh, clean perfectly decorated and stocked with everything we needed from BBQ grill and beach equipment to beach towels and well stocked kitchen. Very quiet family neighborhood. Great yard for our small dog. Older parents live in Daytona and our growing young adult family has outgrown their condo. This was the perfect house, perfect distance from my parents and from the beach. We had the best family visit and beach vacation all rolled into one! Would love to rent again. Only glitch was difficulty getting in front door lock on check in, but Kimberly was super quick to respond to my message for help and any other time I had questions. Overall one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in. ( And I’m not good about posting reviews!)

We loved staying in Kim's home. It was a spacious place with plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our two children. Very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc. The walk to the beach wasn't bad (more difficult with a 2 and 4 year old), but it was made easier by having a wagon, toys, umbrella, and a cooler all at the house we could use! The home is located in a residential location with not much around, but the busier areas are just down the road keeping the house very quiet. A 10 minute drive down the road was a lot of restaurants and places to see. We loved eating at Ormond Garage so much we ate there twice! We highly recommend Kim's place if you're looking for a quiet stay near the beach in a clean, roomy home.

The house was amazing! So clean and had everything you need for a beach stay! Location was great. The neighborhood was low key and quiet. The beach is within walking distance and the pool set up is perfect! Kimberly was always so responsive and a pleasure to talk with. Michelle had the house spotless and everything ready to go upon arrival. We love the Ormond Beach area and plan to return this summer! Thanks for a wonderful Spring Break!

Living room and kitchen were spacious. We had 7 people and it fit us all well. Very clean. Fresh and bright decor. Screened in pool and fenced backyard were great for the dog. Also I loved that the house was all wood floor. (While I love bringing our dog, I get grossed out by other dog friendly places that aren’t truly clean).Location was excellent. We walked to the beach several times. Also enjoyed that there was 5 adults beach cruisers and a kids bike. We all rode bikes to the surfer ice cream shop. Owner was quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property has a 5-star rating after 120 reviews and there is a reason for that - the impeccable rating is why I rented the property. One of the best VRBOs I have rented for a long time. We had a great time in Ormond Beach. We did a lot of exploring from Daytona to Flagler beach and really had a good time. Our home away from home was very comfortable. The weather was not very warm for the beach or the pool but we were satisfied just visiting and exploring. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

This is our second time staying here with my family and parents. Owner is very responsive if needed. Check in is always easy and reliable. Safe and quite neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach where so many memories are made. Nice walk to a park and the ice-cream shop. Also the back yard is beautiful for my fur-babies to relax in the sun. Kid beach toys/umbrella/boogie boards available as well so this home is great for traveling families who can’t pack those items. Thank again for such a wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect beach getaway for our family, who needed it desperately. The house was exactly as described, but better. The location is walking distance from a beach access and so much more, but private and quiet. The pool is beautiful. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. My kids wanted to move in. We will be staying again.

This newly renovated immaculate house had everything plus for a delightful vacay. We have 2 comments....the fenced in backyard is not secure with a few sizeable holes, the pool is not heated which is a bummer in the cooler weather and there are no Network TV stations available.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this beautiful home. Our host Kimberly was responsive and helpful throughout the booking and the stay. Their home is spacious and beautiful: five of us were very comfortable in the three bedrooms, living spaces, and pleasant outdoor pool and lanai. We mostly cooked at home, and were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen is equipped. We loved Ormond-by-the-Sea and the home's location between the Halifax River and the ocean - always interesting walks and places to go close by, yet it felt like a normal neighborhood and community, which we liked. For dog owners, there is an awesome dog park a few minutes' walk away. We loved the home, the area, and Kimberly's helpful attitude!
