Villa Jessica is a well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern semi detached villa. It is ideally situated close to Playa Blanca town and beach, 15-20 minutes stroll, close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is well equipped for all your self catering needs, including kitchen equipment, fridge freezer & washing machine. With a large bbq and terrace area to enjoy the warm evenings. Large heated swimming pool (Heating Chargeable), sun loungers with cushions & Parasol, the villa is fitted with WIFI and full English TV channels including Sky & BT Sports.

Just had a fantastic 2 weeks at this Villa , a big thank you to Jodie for making the whole process from beginning to end simple and easy, and was always quick to stay in contact when staying at the Villa.
The Villa was clean and tidy with everything that was required for a restful stay and a great location if you wanted to venture out into the resort.

All communication good and clean on arrival. Did not need to heat the pool (did not realise this was an additional cost when booking), pool could do with a rail for getting in and out if you have minor mobility problems, pool maintenance good. Wifi was challenging. Otherwise very nice villa.

The villa is very private and located in a quiet area, but only 15minutes walk to the beach and town. Lovely south facing garden/pool area, pool was cleaned during our stay. Comfortable bed. Good shower. We left feeling very relaxed

The villa was clean on arrival for our ten week stay. Linen change was ok but weekly light clean was poor in bathrooms. (didn’t want to report poor cleaning to Agent as we know what cleaners can do with your personal hygiene products (toothbrush) if you complain ! ). Sadly outside areas never cleaned/attended to during our 10 week stay. Bathrooms need upgrade, seal around en-suite bath very black with mould. Paid extra for pool heating and maintained ok twice weekly and faulty pump replaced promptly. Sadly garden not maintained causing leaves to blow into pool leaving us to clean out the pool before using on days when pool man not attending. . Asked for gardener to be sent but he was sent only one time. Beds comfortable and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. Frying pans were in poor condition and Agent replaced promptly when asked. Villa in good central location, seafront approx 20 minute stroll. Overall, enjoyed our stay but above negatives definitely need attending to for it to be given a higher rating.

The apartment is as per the listing, if not better. Very well presented and equipped in a safe, very quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca.
We would not hesitate to use this property again.

A beautiful villa in an excellent location, very peaceful yet close to all amenities. This villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped to the last detail. This accommodation has everything to make it a home from home experience. The outside rea is very spacious with an excellent pool. The communications with Jodie throughout were excellent, an overall brilliant experience. Will definitely return.

The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you need, the host jodie and brett were amazing and couldn't do enough for us before we arrived and during our stay, the villa is 15 mins walk from everything you need ,beach, shops, Restaurants ect. The pool was well maintained and cleaned professionally twice a week during our stay.they catered for everyone in our party from the 5 month old, 2 year old and 8 year to the 16 year old to the adults It goes without saying that we WILL be using jodie and bretts villa again in the future. Thank you jodie and brett amazing hosts

Lovely villa in a great location only 15 minutes walk or a couple of minutes in the car into town and beaches. Villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday even though we ate out every night! A good pool and large terrace.
The only negative was the beds which were uncomfortable in the twin rooms and the bedding in those rooms could do with updating.
We love Playa Blanca, this was our 4th visit and we wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Jessica!

Excellent villa in perfect location, a 15 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. Well laid out outside space, complete with built in barbecue, and shaded eating area. Very clean pool but probably didn’t need to pay extra for the pool heating. Having stayed in many villas over the years, it’s refreshing to stay in one that feels like someone lives there with the little things like hand soap, bin liners and a selection of condiments already there ( although some of these may have been left by other guests).
Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit.

Property was as advertised, nice outside space and clean and tidy with plenty of towels. We paid for a heated pool, which although no huge was lovely. Sunbeds and space really nice outside, plenty of sun and shade. Location quiet, around 25 minutes walk to the centre, very easy. All the applications worked well, just a couple of light bulbs not working in kitchen and bedroom. Hot water was plenty for 6 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had many enjoyable hours in the pretty garden, but the beds and bedding were disappointing, also tv reception was not brilliant and not clear instructions.
Excellent communication with agent for any problems. Property very clean. A pleasant 20 minute stroll into town and beach.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Jessica. The heated pool was a real hit with my grand daughter who was practising her technique with snorkel and mask. Loved the quiet location and the garden was not overlooked at all. The main centre is an easy 15 minutes walk. Jodie and Brett very responsive and came out straightaway to sort out our lack of understanding of Spanish electrics. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore this beautiful island.

We felt at home here straight away, and the kitchen had all the facilities you would need to cook for yourselves, which we did on our first evening as the weather wasn't too good. The Manager Jodie was a great communicator, and any issues were dealt with immediately.

Very comfortable villa, well situated about 15 minutes from the esplanade, bars, restaurants and shops. A nice feature was that the pool, garden and BBQ areas are not overlooked. Kitchen well equipped. We plan to book this villa again.

Lovely villa very private in a nice quiet area. Its a great location if you have a car as its only 5 minutes to the beach and Marina Rubicon. The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We hope to return with our grandchildren next time.

I would highly recommend staying at villa Jessica. We usually go for all inclusive hotels but fancied a change. The villa was well equipped, great outside space and great pool that the kids enjoyed. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, about 15 minutes. Nearest supermarket is about a 20 minute walk away but the big hotel (THB Tropical island) 5 minutes away has a small supermarket that was handy for essentials. Would definataly return to the villa.

We have just returned home from a fabulous 11 night stay in Villa Jessica. It is a beautiful villa, the smallest twin bedroom is more suitable for younger children. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't do too much cooking as the restaurants in Playa Blanca are so good. The outdoor area is just stunning with lovely planting and seating areas. The BBQ is great and we got great use from the pool which is a good size. I would highly recommend this villa, its in a quiet residential area 10-15 min walk to the beach and shops. Jodie and Brett were a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to returning to this villa in the future.

Perfect for winter getaway
From the point of booking we were grateful for excellent communications with Jodie & Brett.
The bungalow is within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants although the kitchen is well equipped to self cater.
Paying extra for the pool to be heated in Jan/Feb was money well spent. We were able to swim comfortably several times a day, putting the cover over between times. The different outdoor sitting areas were great, we enjoyed sitting at the “bar” for our sundowners.
Would very much recommend this property.

The property was very well maintained, everything we had hoped for. Pool was serviced each week & bed linen / towels changed half way through our stay. Can't fault the management team they were superb. The villa is so convenient for walking out for your meals etc. We loved it & would rent again in the future.

Great villa with its own pool and parking
The villa was modern, well maintained with good privacy. It was well equipped and the pool area had plenty of sun but shaded areas if needed. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to the marina, beach and the port area for access to the shops and restaurants. This walk may be too far for some but did mean it was peaceful if you wanted to sit out during the day or in the evening.
I highly recommend this property and the booking and check in process was very efficient and easy.

Peaceful getaway
We both had a lovely time and would definitely would come again. The villa was clean and had everything you needed for a home from home. The pool and outside space was very private with lots of seating. This villa was a 20 min walk from the centre.

The villa on the whole was really nice. We enjoyed our time there and would go back next time we go to lanzarote. The pool area was really good with plenty of out door seating. The villa was lovely and clean and welcoming, and the directions that was given from the airport was very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Lovely property with stunning outside space
Loved our week in Playa Blanca (2 adults, 2 kids). The property is in a perfect location, so peaceful, yet only a 15-20 minute walk to all amenities...shops, restaurants, beach, marina. The villa was spotless, inside and out, with everything required for a very comfortable stay. Fabulous outside area with beautiful pool (heated if required), garden, plenty of seating and BBQ. Jodie and Brett were great to deal with, quick responses to all emails and questions, and living nearby so on-hand to deal with any issues which might arise. Looking forward to returning again! Absolutely loved this Villa . By far our favourite that we’ve stayed in in Playa Blanca . It was a home from home . Had everything you could possibly need . Really well taken care of by property management who were available at all times for quieries. Lots of shade for families with small children. Perfect little extras such as chillies and basil growing in garden. Great location too , very thoughtful welcome pack which was gratefully received. We have booked our next stay already. Thanks so much Brett & Jodie 😊�
