Belle villa familiale avec de nombreux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs.

Maison spacieuse très lumineuse, grandes baies vitrées, permettant d aérer, et de ne jamais avoir trop chaud. Très calme.

Absolutely perfect.

Swimming pool was heated and spotless. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and in excellent condition. Location was near beaches shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet upmarket area. 4 bedrooms and one upstairs with air conditioning. Wifi excellent - approx 500mb. Barbeque, hot tub, sunbeds, table tennis, table football, large furnished terrace upstairs with sea views. Large modern flat screen TV with even a PS4 supplied. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Couldn't have been better. Will book this again if possible

Nice place, but in need of some TLC. And quicker/better cleaning of pool and jacuzzi required

Spacious with a good selection of kitchen equipment

For the price it definitely needs updating. Sun loungers were mouldy and rusty, table tennis bats were unusable. We couldn’t use the pool from Friday-Tuesday when it was cleaned. We used the jacuzzi once as that was also dirty until a clean, and even then there was a scum ring around it so we couldn’t use.

Really lovely villa, perfect for our family stay. Very clean and modern throughout. Owners were really helpful and on hand for any questions. Would definitely return.

beautiful villa in a great location

had everything you needed facilities wise and even a little cupboard with books and games. nice and spacious and fabulous warm pool. owner was very responsive when we had a couple of issues. walking distance to shops and restaurants a bonus

not so much of a dislike, just some constructive feedback- it would be good to have a manual or instructions for the hot tub- we had no clue how to get it to work properly and it was hit and miss.

lovely relaxing and very enjoyable.

Very spacious, modern, location, bedding, bed, outside areas beautiful, upstairs balcony was so nice and very comfy sofa in the lounge.

nothing really but hot tub could have been better, more instructions to work it, seems if it goes below a certain water level it stops working. could have been cleaner, we have one so know how it should be. The pool could have been warmer and the table tennis in need of some repair, darts also. none of this spoilt our holiday.

Fantastic family holiday, lovely villa and lovely weather and one week was not enough.

Beautiful villa, lovely and spacious with lovely outdoor areas and stunning view from the balcony. Very peaceful area and one of the best villas we have stayed in.

Superb

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful place. Our boys loved playing tabletennis and spending time in the pool. We enjoyed the different places where we could sit and eat and play games both outside and inside. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the sun. We were glad that we decided to rent a car, despite being able to walk to some restaurants and a supermarket. We used it everyday.

Good for two families with kids

Clean, spacious and very well equipped. Seaview (from second floor terrace) and very good view of Montana Roja. Responsive host (with limited spoken English).

Far away from (good) restaurants and shops, you will need a car. Quite windy compared to central / eastern Playa Blanca.

Ideal Poolside Vacation in the Sun

Beds are comfy. Kitchen well equipped. The outside area is very well appointed. BBQ, x8 sun loungers, outside table, jacuzzi and pool. The upstairs terrace also well appointed with sofa and additional area for eating. The property itself is located in a very quiet, residential area 5 minutes walk to a local supermarket and some restaurants (try Trevisano). It is a 10 minute walk to the sea, a small patch of sand, but a very nice relaxed, restaurant bar which does great paella - El Chiringuito Tropical. The nearest ‘proper’ beach is called Flamingo and is a 2.5 mile walk along the coastal promenade, or a 5 minute drive. You definitely need a car if you stay here. The main town of Puerto Blanco is another 2.5 miles on. Otherwise, wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise on the terrace, spend the day by the pool and head back up to the terrace to watch the sunset!

There is nothing we ‘didn’t like’ but if I were to be super critical, the bedrooms are quite small (but who spends time there when in holiday?), the bathrooms are approaching the need for a refurb, per other comments the outside area could 100% do with some umbrellas to protect from sun (a £100 investment by the owner...?) and a little information pack (again something suggested by previous visitors). Finally, a mid week clean and change of sheets / towels would be very welcome. This would most definitely be needed if x8 of you!
