OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *388* guests across our portfolio of 30+ homes --- with all homes located in close proximity to each other!
We have 1 through 8 bedroom homes, and everything in between. All of our homes are in a very compact area... perfect for large groups, wedding guests, reunions, corporate retreats, etc.
All homes are fully furnished to high standards and feature all the comforts our guests have come to love.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is central to everything Madison Valley has to offer: great restaurants, parks, hiking, supermarkets, day spas, and more. Your hosts made Madison Valley their home when first settling in Seattle... and haven't looked back since.
We love walking the streets of this neighborhood and we will gladly suggest fun walks depending on your interests. Stroll to the beach at Madison Park. Walk by multi-million dollar estates. Discover hidden neighborhood gems such as the farmhouse with horses in the yard and the home that doubles as an eclectic art studio and antique truck gallery. Take a walk through the fabled Arboretum to Lake Washington.
Once you have worked up your appetite, enjoy the countless restaurants that Madison Valley ("Little Paris") has to offer. In addition to French gems, try our favorite tapas restaurant or the best Japanese food east of Tokyo. Take your morning coffee in one of numerous bakeries. Or opt for Thai, pan-Asian, craft pizza, Tex-Mex or more.
Our home provides easy access to Downtown (Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum), South Lake Union (MOHAI), University of Washington, and Capitol Hill. All are accessible by car, bus (numerous bus lines a few blocks from home), or for the adventurous, by foot.
If all of this touring (and eating) has you tired, pamper yourself with a visit to a day spa or nail salon. There are several of each within a few blocks of home and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
Legal
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. However, Seattle regulations state that no more than 8 *unrelated* guests are permitted per booking. Groups greater in size than 8 will need to affirm that there are no more than 8 unrelated individuals in the group.

We had a great time at this property, everything was spotless and as described. The layout is great and the neighborhood was a nice walking distance to the exact areas we wanted to be. The place is perfect for a bigger crowd, there were 6-8 of us at any given time but everyone had the space they needed.
Lynne was very responsive and we appreciate the care taken to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we come to Seattle in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Nice house. Lots of room. Needs more essentials for stay - mixing bowls, kitchen pots, etc.

As a family we enjoyed this space. It was plenty enough room for the 6 of us to spread out and the beds and furniture and house was all clean and nice. The owner was very responsive to messages and as an added bonus she had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for our arrival which was great. Now for the downside. The house was extremely hot with only two working window a/c in the bedrooms. The place is hidden and extremely hard to find if ur arriving after dark. The walls are paper thin and we heard the neighbors all night long. There’s also lots of steps inside and outside.

We all loved it!
We were looking for something a little out of the city-distance was perfect, nice neighborhood for walking and bike riding. (Lots of electric assisted bikes around-just use the lime and uber app to find them)
Great Host with awesome communication.
Lots of comfy king beds also :)
No complaints.
Thanks!
Aj.
