Beautiful, spacious home with great amenities. Perfect for families and has a convenient location.

House had everything we needed for two families of 4! Parking was easy and the house was centrally located.

First time family to Tahoe. Location of home is perfect. Not far from everything. Home is beautiful. Spacious, wife and kids loved it. Even had a chance to see a bear walk right across the driveway! Scary!
We were able to check in a few hours before, so that was awesome. Got to check out an hour later. So that helped with not having to rush.
My family and I would stay here again!

This home was amazing. We all truly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous home for 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked and lots of seating for our whole family. We loved the heated floors throughout, all the upgrades and the fireplace. The location was perfect, close to Heavenly Village and Pioneer Trail, gave us easy access. They even had sleds in the garage for the kids. There was great hills behind the home to sled on also, we did not need to go else where. All the beds upstairs were very comfy, the only bed that was not comfortable was the down stairs full bed off the family room. I would definitely rent this home again and refer to friends. The host also was wonderful, she helped with many questions I had. Thank you !!

Place was very clean and welcoming. Driveway and floors are heated and love that it’s in a cul de sac. The pots and pans definitely needed an upgrade. Other than that we loved our stay even though we had toCut it short dt weather.

My 3 sons, their SO and I stayed in this home, it felt spacious, comfortable and clean.
We enjoy everything about this home, the games, the warmth and specially the snow falling views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room …
Over all we had a great experience at this home.

While we were snowed in during severe snowstorm, the house is centrally located and beautiful. It was clean, had plenty of linens and towels and spacious. Perfect for a big family.
4.0
We stayed at this cabin for a snowboarding trip with the kiddos and friends. It was the perfect amount of space for the 8 of us who went. It kept us warm all night which was nice because I am always cold!! While I would definitely stay here again, there is some improvements that can be made.
For a house that is for 10 guests, the hot water runs out fast. After a long day of snowboarding, 3 guests showered with really cold water. Also, if you use the hot tub in the main bedroom, you will definitely leave no hot water for anyone else. So this is something to keep in mind in the winter months.
The beds were also not comfortable. This may be just a preference but they were extremely soft and we found ourselves tossing and turning all night.
The bunk beds are also on the first floor which made me a little uneasy leaving the kids downstairs all by themselves. Again, this is just my preference. Others may find leaving the kids downstairs is better since they can make noise and not bother anyone else.
Another thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to cook all your meals here like we did, bring all your seasonings. There is only cooking oil in the cabin. They provided one roll of napkins so bring extra if you think you will need it. There is also no hand soap and the dish soap for some reason doesn't lather at all. There is plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets (but no oven mitt so bring your own if you plan to bake), tupperware, and utensils to use. There was also plenty of toilet paper along with extra towels, linens, and blankets in the closet.
The garage is very spacious and fits two cars.
The floors in the garage and through out the cabin are also heated so that was nice. There is an entry space in the bottom floor where the garage is so we all left our shoes there. We actually didn't use the front door at all.
Last thing to note is the wifi password is all lowercase NOT uppercase like the label on the tv stand states. The TV doesn't connect at all to the internet and couldn't watch basic cable either. All 4 of us adults tried to no avail which was frustrating. We fortunately took our nintendo switch so the kids kept themselves entertained with that since that connected to the wifi. The cabin also provides plenty of board games.
All in all it is a great cabin, we all enjoyed it and would stay again.
Thank you!

THE GOOD: large, warm home in a quiet neighborhood that has comfortable beds and a washer and dryer.
THE BAD:
•Cleanliness: Empty alcohol cans were left in the backyard by previous guests and were not picked up by the cleaning crew before our arrival. Carpets are visibly dirty. Dining room table is stained and scratched.
•Tina, the main contact person, is very slow to respond and is not very helpful. Don’t even bother. Just contact the owners.
•Second floor sink was clogged when we arrived. A plumber had to come out and was at the house for hours fixing.
•This house is NOT well stocked. We have stayed at many rental homes and there is always at least salt and pepper, maybe some oil, plastic wrap, etc. This house has NONE of that. You have to bring all consumables. Not enough toilet paper provided either.
•Needs a guide book. Hardly any instructions are provided for using items in the home (TV, fireplaces, etc). We never got the primary bedroom fireplace to work, which was a bummer. TV is not connected to the network so we couldn’t mirror our phones or access our Netflix account. Wi-Fi password is hard to find and when you do find it, it is typed incorrectly (should be lowercase).
•Cabinets all over the house are falling off their hinges.
•Main front steps are not shoveled between renters and were unusable. We could only access the house through the garage.
•Strange large open space between living room and kitchen. Could fit a pool table or something else fun and useful there.
•Dining room table only seats 6 and is not big enough for guests of a four bedroom house. A new larger table would be smart to add.

Perfect host. Evolve team member was no help.
The house was great. Just as described. The evolve contact person was no help. I texted Tina with a question a few days before the stay, it took her 2 days to respond. I called her when I had a question during the stay, no answer, no call back. Luckily evolve provided me with the contact info for the owners, who were great with quick and helpful responses.

Beautiful Home
5-Star property, everything was wonderful. Loved the radiant heat in the floors. Was perfect and spacious for our kids and grandkids. The kitchen could use a few more things...wire whisk, baking sheets, pair of scissors, correct coffee filters, pancake griddle. Minor inconveniences that the owner could easily rectify.
We would definitely book this beautiful home again.

Need A little update and more detail cleaning
The house is Great, I love the high ceiling and the big windows. It really gives value to the house, Overall the stay was ok. But if I may compare to other rental the we did, the house needed little more detailed cleaning (spider webs are notices, towels has smell on it, the garage is pretty unorganized an has leak close to the entrance, Door knobs has no locks (not sure if this is intended) thinking how can I use the restroom and someone might just go in... So yea that is some little complains we had. But like we said overall is OK stay. Thank you

Beautiful home in beautiful location!
We had a wonderful time at this home! Beautiful location. There were only a few items that needed repair.
1. A few lightbulbs out in various locations
2. Kitchen sink needs tightened/ repaired
3. Would be nice to have locks on bathroom doors!
The home was as described and accommodated our group of 8 adults well.

Love the little decks!
The property is amazing! The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and furnishings are all top notch. The set up is perfect for hanging out with a small group out on one of the two little decks with a beautiful forest view or in the kitchen and living area. The place is awesome! The bonus for me was a keyless entry and exit. Loved my stay!

Anniversary celebration
This trip was for my husband and I to celebrate our 50 wedding anniversary with our two kids and our grandkids. The house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Every bedroom had a fan except one and it was unusually warm that week so one person had to be a little uncomfortable so one more fan would be a good thing. We did run out of toilet paper which I feel should be supplied. Or the renters should be told to bring their own. But it is a lovely house and we had a wonderful time seeing some of the wonderful things offered at Lake Tahoe. Good memories.

Primo South Shore Stay
So close to everything! Great food, casinos and lake front all within 15 mins. Older teens loved renting jet skis in Zepher Cove.
Big , clean , beautiful house near all the action. Already planning our next trip !
Kitchen and local shopping perfect for family cooking! It truly felt like home away from home. Something for everyone!

Great house!
We enjoyed the house! Plenty of room for our group of six. Comfy bedding and bathrooms were terrific.

Exellent rental!
We had a great stay! The house was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed. The layout gave us enough space to spend time together as a family and also enough privacy to take a break. It was located in a perfect location, while being close enough to all the local attractions and stores, while also having a very private feel. The house had everything we needed, and I must say, walking on heated floors and carpets was quite a treat when coming in from the snow. I highly recommend this home to large families who want a place to make some great memories, the same way we did. We will definitely be looking into staying at this same home again in the future.
3.0
convenient location
The house is plenty big with room for everyone to have their own space and not feel crowded. And has close and easy access to Heavenly and the casinos. It may be better suited for skiers rather than summer visits though. It is perfectly adequate for those who will be on the slopes all day and only need a place to sleep. The kitchen has only the bare essentials, good enough for basic breakfast but nothing too involved beyond that. Does have a nice grill outside though.
The house is very warm and would be great for winter, but with no A/C it was uncomfortable sleeping at night in summer even with every window open. And with windows open you do hear loud road traffic all night. Trying to enjoy the great upper deck and downstairs deck, there is constant road noise as well. The house could really use a hot tub or fire pit for the evenings, but does have a nice big TV, and the fireplace in the master bedroom is really nice.
The house needs some maintenance (watch out for the loose top step on the outside staircase to the front door) but overall everything works OK. But the cleaning, or lack of, could be an issue for many, especially the bathrooms.

Holiday ski trip!
Two family trip from Cleveland via the Bay area for our party of 12. Plenty of room. Little problem with the refrigerator that was promptly handled. Fun house room for a large party like ours. Close to Heavenly and South Lake Tahoe festivities. Nice short hikes out the front door. Very friendly neighbors.
Place settings for 12 in the kitchen. Big washing machine. Indoor parking for 2 cars which we used to stack skis, boards, poles and boots.
Nice that a week stay was not required around the holidays. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful inside and out. Very comfortable! No complaints!

Great cabin for families
The house was better than expected! The kitchen was fully stocked and had all the essentials we needed to cook each night including two coffee makers (drip and k-cup). The rooms were mostly clean (one of the rooms sheets weren’t changed, but there were extra sets in the closet and we just changed them). The washer and dryer were key for us since we have little kids and needed to do laundry frequently. The great room and kitchen were perfect for us to lounge and for the kids to run/crawl around. The fenced backyard was great for the dog and kids so no one could run away. Location of the house was quiet on a culdesac and close to market and sledding! We did get a little snowed in on our last day but were able To flag down a plower to help us out. We would come back again!! The only addl feedback would be perhaps a hot tub? Owners were also responsive in answering questions.

Great Location
We enjoyed the quiet cul de sac where this house is located and coffee out on the balconies each morning. The house is light and bright and well kept. Restaurants, stores and Heavenly are close to the house so great location. We love the Tahoe area and will definitely return to this home in the future.

Great House
We enjoyed our stay at this house- spacious and bright. The location was close to Heavenly Village which we enjoyed. The area was quiet and we enjoyed the views of the forest from the dining room. We will return again.

Great place, plan to return
We hosted an anniversary party for some relative that came from out of state. The home is beautiful and very modern. The location is perfect, close to all the SLT activities but also adjacent to the national forest were the kids had a ball. BBQ dinner every night on the porch was awesome. The out of state relatives had a great stay as did we. We look forward to returning to this home for the ski season.
Note: If not familiar with SLT do you activity research ahead of time. You can do anything from zip lining to jet skiing and there are many nice places to eat.
