The room was quite wide and really comfortable. Very clean and the staff was organised for our arrival and kind. The location was also super because we could access various train stations.
The public bath could not be used for people with tattoos but you could use the massage chair in the relaxing area.

The room was very stylish and spacious. I had a city view which was beautiful at night. The bed was big and the location is excellent. There’s also a restaurant/coffee shop inside the building.
None.

We have mixed feelings about Mitsui Nihonbashi Tokyo. We keep going back to this hotel because of its great location, surrounded by many restaurants. The breakfast is excellent, the chef consistently prepares delicious Japanese dishes with a unique and better taste. The onsen and the massage chairs at the onsen are also wonderful.
However, we are disappointed with the service from the staff. They seem unwilling to provide any real service, such as not following up on questions, not bringing suitcases to the room, and not even informing us when our suitcase had arrived.
During our stay, we experienced an earthquake alarm. The staff did nothing to provide us with information. We found ourselves in the lounge, along with a few other guests, standing in our nightclothes and underwear with no staff coming to assist us. Being from a country where earthquakes are rare, we expected some guidance. Thankfully, one of the Japanese guests in the lounge was kind enough to help us understand the situation. When we returned to our room, we called the reception to ask what to do if it happened again. The receptionist promised to come to our room but never did.
Overall, while the location, breakfast, and onsen are excellent, the lack of attentive and responsive service from the staff is a significant drawback.

We booked this hotel at the last-minute and it was such a pleasant surprise, we loved it! The location is one stop away from Tokyo Station on the Sobu rapid line, Narita Express leaving from the same platform where you board the train - super convenient for going back to the airport, even with luggage - use Exit 1 at Shin-Nihonbashi station that has escalators.
There is a ton of choices for dining and shopping around the hotel, but the area is very quiet at night. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - especially the young lady in a kimono at the information desk at the hotel entrance (street level - the front desk is on the 9th floor), who, in excellent English, helped me find last-minute gifts and restaurant options in the area. Our room (corner twin) was beautiful and stylish, with comfortable beds, a great view and enough space. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (both Western and Japanese) and very helpful staff to assist with coffee machines (great coffee by the way!) and anything you need. We were truly impressed with our stay and would love to come back!
If I have to find something, the toilet room has a plastic "carpet" rather than floor tiles.

A little hassle with the automatic check-in but was quickly resolved by the staff

Everything was amazing!! The politeness, and welcoming of the staff, the clean modern rooms, the facilities, cables available in the room for all kinds of equipment, the exceptional breakfast, the warm public Baths (not onzen, they don't have hot spring sources there!), The location, the reasonable cost.
I would recommend it, and will definitely consider this chain of hotels for my future travels!! 🥰 (I do think all European tourism services should go for trainings in Japan!🤩)

Everything is amazing here. The staff are fantastic, the rooms exceptionally clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The location is fantastic with Tokyo station nearby, and the subway links to all major destinations within Tokyo. I could not recommend this hotel enough.
Nothing - fantastic experience at this hotel. We'll be back!

Location is great and breakfast is satisfying but supply is not quick enough. Staff of front desk should have more information for tourists especially recommendations on local food and restaurants!
Staff training.

I got a stylish large room with open view. The breakfast is Japanese style small plates, very nice. Lovely onsen available. I enjoyed the area, it is a more quiet business district (at least at the weekend) but with quality restaurants and nice little stores and department stores around. I actually found it refreshing to return to this area from other very crowded neighboorhoods. It is a few metro stops from Ginza and the Imperial Palace. Easy access to Tokyo station too. The subway stop is right next to the hotel. The cocktail is great in the cozy hotel bar.
