Very good

People are very welcoming and friendly. Ensured we had a carpark and helped carry luggage to reception. Restaurant on the terrace was an amazing place with great views and sunsets.

Just be aware it is right in the heart of the Old town so first night was rather loud with music from up the street.

Brilliant location, great view, and wonderful staff.

Family-run hotel - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful view from rooftop restaurant. Located in the heart of Kalkan's old town - no vehicle access. Restaurant food was very good - recommend that guests dine there. Really enjoyed talking to Bashir, the waiter.

There is no parking at the hotel or on the street, so be prepared to try to find a park elsewhere and walk to the hotel. Manager is very helpful and provided free parking nearby (although the free parking area can be too congested). We preferred to park on a street further away to make it easy to drive away.

Superb

Wonderful location in the heart of the old city. Incredibly helpful staff who carried our luggage to and from the hotel to the car park. Generous breakfast served up on the roof top overlooking the Harbour. Magic!

Superb

The location is in the centre of the old town close to all the restaurants, bars and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and very helpful especially the manager Emre. The breakfast location overlooking the harbour was fantastic.

Nothing really to dislike the rooms are only basic but adequate for our needs. There are a couple of music bars nearby but didn't really effect our sleep.

Everything. The location was great, with a little view of the water. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and happy. The rooms are lovely and had all we needed. The included breakfast was delicious.

Fantastic gem of a hotel & restaurant No

We cannot recommend this hotel enough ! The room was clean and beautifully presented Staff were amazing , friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The food was delicious , served on the roof terrace with impeccable service and surrounded by spectacular views. We felt like royalty from the moment we checked in. Hospitality at its finest . Thank you so much !

What a nice place, wish we could have stayed longer.

Location and view are hard to beat.

Hot water was not working properly. Tricky to find but all the locals were very helpful.

Nice family hotel in the old town but can be noisy nearby

Small cosy hotel in the old town very close to the waterfront. Just 4 rooms with cute balconies overlooking the charming side streets. Breakfast, cooked to order on the stunning roof terrace was the highlight. This family run hotel is very friendly and accommodating.

Whilst the location is in some ways ideal, in others it is not. A bar adjacent to the hotel had loud music blasting away until 02:30 in the morning which meant no sleep at all. Whilst not the fault of the hotel it is the reason the scoring is not higher.

Hotel is located right in the middle of Old Kalkan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was huge and delicious with a wide selection of freshly prepared hot and cold food.

Great breakfast, perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. We really didn't want to leave, small but perfectly formed, we will return 😁

If we are being picky the electrics could be modernised and a working room safe would be appreciated but those are tiny negatives.

Amazing hotel, incredible staff

This is an amazing hotel. The location is very central, it’s incredibly pretty and the staff are exceptional. If you needed anything they went out of their way to sort it for you. The view from the rooftop restaurant is stunning and the food was wonderful. I would 100% recommend it.

Nice central location stay for those who don't mind the night time hustle and bustle

Hotel is central amongst main nightlife area, so plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There is also a nice rood =f terrace restaurant attached.

Room was a little shabby and in need of some repairs with some plug sockets broken and lights not working.

nice hotel in the center of kalkan. good value for money. breakfast was very good, staff is very friendly. great view from the roof, where the breakfast was being served.

The host was very unfriendly in the beginning. when he found out that we booked a room with 1 child, but there was second 4 month old child with us. But later he got warmer. Check out is 11am sharp or you can be yelled at :-)

Superb views from the breakfast terrace

Breakfast on the roof terrace with its superb views over the harbour to the islands was the highlight. The building has character - lots of wood panelling everywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Some rooms will have a seatview. Unfortunately our room was at the back of the building and looked out onto a neighbouring house and courtyard.

Superb

It's really really cute hotel with very friendly people and really cute rooms. The bathroom was really nice with waterfall shower and beautiful tiles. Also the balcony to this calm street was really relaxing. The best is the price, 45€ per night is close to given for free. Really recommended from my side

The breakfast could be more creative. But actually it was in this really cheap price included so it's really ok. Just it's not sth special

Magnificent guest house in one of the lovely Greek-Turkish streets of the village. Very interesting design and interior of the house. Even though we were the only guests, the host provided service. In the morning just for us breakfast was served on the terrace.

A more thorough cleaning of the shower stall is required.

Superb

Beautiful old Turkish house, fab views on the roof terrace for breakfast.. Basic Turkish room as you would expect but with a very modern bathroom. Great traditional Turkish village breakfast and lovely home cooked food in the evening restaurant(we ate here twice during our stay). Baresh and his staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help during our stay and especially on the last day.

We had the most amazing week.

Brilliant we’ve been to Kalkan many times and this has got to be our favorite stay everyone at the hotel was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The location was fantastic, breakfast with a view couldn’t be beaten xx
