Perfect

Location was absolutely brilliant if you are staying is Asos. The man who checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful and the view from the room was perfect! 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful room, excellent location. Parking nearby, not a problem in late May, but not sure how it will be in peak season.

A lot of bugs, but not too bothersome. Bathroom can get a bit wet.

Outstanding. Memories are made of this.

Exceptional in every way. the best location and view. Beautifully presented and maintained. Very supportive and attentive host. Character decorations and interiors. We could hardly leave our balcony and it’s magnificent view. In the morning we flung back the shutters and the best of the Greek islands just poured into our room and our lives. It was sad to leave. We should have spent more than three nights here.

Exceptional

I have never had such a friendly welcome like her. It was somehow sweet how enthousiastic she was. The room was clean and offers a beautiful view on the little bay of the town. Not for to walk to the centre with its three restaurants.

A romantic place to stay

It was even better then expected! :) The host was really nice, he waited for us even though we arrived after midnight. The room is perfectly located, everything is nearby. Assos is beautiful.

Beautiful location

Beautiful setting and made to feel very welcome. Things like coffee , tea , salt and olive oil there. Clean sheets and towels after two days and a daily clean. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach. Nice choice of restaurants, cafe, bakery and couple of shops.

Beautiful

An exceptional, comfortable, welcoming place, with a view of Asos like a poem. Linardos, our host, a very beautiful lady, gave us support and help every time we needed it. Every day, when we returned from the beach, we found our apartment sparkling clean. The sheets were changed every other day, even on our last night. Thank you, Linardos Apartments, for helping to make our vacation in Kefalonia a success. We miss Kefalonia already...

Perfect location for a short stay in the heart of beautiful Assos village.

Location was perfect overlooking the town beach and bay of beautiful Assos. Balcony view lovely.Restaurants beach etc were close. Landlady was helpful in pointing out locations and where to find local Taxi driver. Maid was kind enough to wash some clothes as finding a laundry place is very difficult.

No complaints.

An incredibly laid back and beautiful place to stay; we will be back.

Fabulous location, super friendly and helpful host, a view to die for from the balcony, altogether a wonderful place to stay. The restaurants and the bakery are exceptional, but you may need to book if you want to eat at peak times.

Fantastic trip to beautiful Assos - the property come highly recommended.

Lovely property, met by the owner on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with air con. Large balcony with fantastic views. Near local bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.

The view is AMAZING. It cannot be beaten. Amazing value for money. Room very clean, modern and has everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking nearby which is free but limited, it gets less busy at night when tourists from other towns leave. You have to stay here. It is definitely the nicest area in all of Kefalonia and one of the most beautiful locations in all of Europe. Much nicer than Fiskardo but quieter/smaller

Like a Fairy Tale

I am almost hesitant to say how amazing this place is... I don't want anyone else to discover it! We got in extremely late (like midnight) and the wonderful host met us at the door. He was so kind and helpful - even lent us an umbrella because he wanted to make sure we had some protection on some of the more exposed beaches. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The view???? We would lie in bed with the doors open to the balcony and just marvel at the scenery and listen to the waves. My only regret is that I should have booked it for more days. The town itself is fairy tale cute, the locals were very friendly and the swimming was great.

Just be aware that the drive to the town from the ferry is not something you should undertake at night... you have been warned.

Beautiful stay in a quaint and picturesque seafront town.

This family-run hotel was in a beautiful location in the small town of Assos. We had a balcony with a view over the harbor and small beach. The room was immaculate and the owner always available for questions.
