We were staying in property in September (2nd week). It was a huge advantage because of very few people. Swimming pool looked like private pool, same at the beach. But be careful, because train (shuttle) was definitelly closed at 3rd week of September. And without him, the access to the beach is very far, especially for kids.
Apartment was clean, A/C was only in 2nd floor (bedroom). Beware to take all required equipment (toilet paper, sheets, etc.) as it is specified in instructions (or just chat with them to be 100 % sure what is there). They answered all my questions instantly.
Mosquitoes where very active after sunset. Without OFF! you propably would suffer. Do not miss OFF! The grocesries in komplex was quite poor and expensive. Better to go shopping approx. 2 km far into proper supermarket. Train sould go every 20 minutes, but reality was every 30/40 minutes. Its capacity during out of season was just enough. But cannot imagine to get in during season. Maybe, more wagons are applied? We had just 2 wagons.

Help in dealing with our son's illness. Nice environment. Underground garage. Tugboat to the beach.
Unfortunately we had to leave after three days due to our son's illness.

Apartament was clean and nice. If You are looking for Real Italy- rather not there as apartament is located in a turistic village. For us it was convenient, shops and restaurants are located very close, sea in a walking distance, You can reach Caorle by bus- everything fine. Nice swimming pool, clean, parking space. Aircondition only in bedroom. Bedlinings and towels are not available on regular basis- You must take it from agency during check in. And remember to buy toilet paper;)

Nice pool, beach 10 minutes walk from the apartment, delicious pizza from Pizza Point, close to Aliper supermarket, on site small market, in the "shopping centre" everything you need with normal prices: ice cream, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, clothing and beach store, souvenirs. Neighborhood very well maintained, playgrounds for children, attractions in the evening, general everything great.
We had problems with the cleanliness of the apartments upon arrival: dirty fridge, floors and bathroom not cleaned. The staff said that they did not have time to clean the apartment at all, but in this case they should have warned us or changed the apartment.
One of the apartment on the ground floor had a strong smell of dampness but we ventilated it and it was ok.

Relaxing,quiet and close to beach
Few things needed repaired but nothing major. Mesquites were awful, they need to spray more

Everything was top notch for us. The place was spacious and the reception was on point. The access to other "villages" was also a nice thing to have
Only downside is the wifi it doesn't work at all. We had our own internet so it wasn't a big issue.

Great balcony, great pool, everything looked very groomed.
Fridge could not be closed, no normal knifes, no table for the balcony.
