The breakfast could have been better with more options!!
The location was good and quiet

Beautiful pool area and garden.
Its all about expectations. The price of the hotel is exorbitant for what you get. Not a 4 star experience. A newly renovated hotel doesnt make for a 4 star hotel. While the pool area is tastefully decorated and really beautiful they close the pool at 6pm much to the annoyance of the guests. The Standard Room was nice but really small and the bed had a matress on the cheaper side. Very narrow hallways that make you feel you are in an appartment complex rather than in a hotel. The breakfast was not very original and has very little choice as there is no buffet. I was travelling with my 12 year old son and he wasnt allowed to borrow the bikes. Some of the personal was very friendly but a few have a real attitude. Its also a shame that it felt a bit like ghost town despite the busiest end of July weekend. I would go there again if the price is half because the pool is pretty. For that hefty price tag however its a hefty disappointment.

Place in general was very nice. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast
Rooms on garden level seemed to be with poor view. We were proposed first room just left side when entering to reception. We did not like it at all. To hidden in the corner. We were very happy that we could move to first floor. Thanks to stuff that make this happen.

Staf working there are very friendly and helpfull. Pool is very nice and big advantage. Also free bike rental service is real great option. Breakfast included in price was nice.
Rooms are quite small and walls are made from paper i guess. Very thin and you hear even silent talk from room next to you. This is real bad and can destroy your stay .

Nicely renovated, everything is very clean and new. pool area is lovely. Free bikes are excellent. walk into the town is 20 minutes or so. Breakfast was amazing and the staff so helpful and friendly.
No coffee machine/irons in rooms.

One of those hotels where the pictures are more promising than real life. The hotel has recently been renovated but you can see that it was done quickly which is a shame! A couple of examples;
Wooden floor in the bathroom; the shower did not have a good system so it caused floods which went onto the wooden floor
The shower did not get warm in the morning
The air circulation in the hotel is not good so you smell the breakfast (more like pancake restaurant) everywhere upstairs
The breakfast is a la carte but does not fit the price/quality expectations
On a more positive note, the staff is super helpful and friendly and the beds were nice. The pool is also nicely situated.
Overall nice to stay for a night but not at 400 eur a night.

the staff is excellent, congratulations to all of them for the service they provide and how proactive they are.
the pool is stunning, with the bar inside the water and the restaurant facing the pool.
the floor in the rooms is quite scratched and there was no sofa for 2 in the room

- Feels like home.
- Location just near all points in Forti di marmi.
- Free bike rental.
- Parking free on site.
- Staff super amazing and helpful with everything during my stay.
- The room was tiny however the terrace and bathroom was sizeable and made the stay smooth.
- The room had a strong smoking smell that caused me some asthma exacerbation during my stay.
- Breakfast was way below average and not worth going to restaurant.

Breakfast was great and the personell is outstanding. Dinner we had was outstanding too and the location is quiet and perfect to discover Forte dei Marmi. The room is modern and clean.
The room was very small for the price.

I love this place its our second visit, however last year the staff was amazingly friendly and cozy we felt like being in a guesthouse. This year after renovating and turning it more into a hotel that family vibe has switched off completely to a very commercial one. Too bad cause the resort is amazing
Prices went up too much
Staff not as nice as last year

... perfect stay!!!
there was nothing not to like

Beautifully internally refurbished family owned hotel. Staff are delightful. Our suite had been very thoughtfully refurbished.
The exterior is being reconfigured for next year.
Location wise - if you have small children or difficulty walking you ideally need a car. The hotel do provide bicycles but access to the beach and the town centre are a good 20 minute walk. Taxis were not available.
We visited late in the season - definitely worth checking if hotel restaurant is open and if not whether local restaurants are. The local restaurants we visited were very good.
