Beautiful Apartment. Nice Café with small shop. Green hillside landscape.
Breakfast was rather expensive, no price reduction for children.

I like place, restaurant, room was very specific and like unique in design.
Even for Google it is hard to find, but it is good to recognize suroundings.

Complete peace and silence, and still all the necessary services nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes).
Easy access with car and lots of space.
The rooms were great and the kitchen was well equipped.
Very friendly staff.

The appartment was absolutely fantastic, with generous space and volumes. There was truly everything you need for a family, including a washing machine and a dryer! Coffee kindly provided (nespresso). Smart tv + dvd player with a nice collection of child movies. The standards were very high, it was like staying in a luxury hotel, and this for a very reasonable price.
The restaurant´s cooking was really amazing. Actually, this is known in the region and posh people come in for lunch or dinner and you better reserve if you want a table. Even if the food quality was outstanding, the price was very reasonable.
Overall, we only stayed for one day (this was a stop on our way back home). But we would have liked to stay longer, because we really enjoyed the comfort of the flat.
The apartment is managed by the owner on the side of the restaurant, hence there is no proper reception as such. It took 5 to 10 minutes waiting on arrival before we could check in, but this is no big deal. And the person who received us was very nice (I think it might have been the owner).

We were traveling with our dog, so a location near walking trails is important to us. There are many forest trails around this property, so our dog was quite happy. What exceeded our expectations was the quality of the food at the restaurant. We had one ala carte dinner, one bbq buffet and one breakfast. We'd stay there again just for the food! Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff for making dining there a delicious experience.

We especially liked the beautiful quiet location in the woods and the restaurant with good food and drinks. Wuppertal is nearby. The apartment is nice and bright and has everything you need. We had a nice welcome, thanks!

I loved the location - fresh air, quiet area.
The apartment is large and very well equipped.
The restaurant is very nice and serves very good food. The breakfast is rich and tasty, for all tastes.
The staff is very nice and friendly, we had everything we needed for our stay.
We would have liked an English menu. However, the staff translated it for us, so it was fine.

The apartment (cottage?) was really peaceful and quite private with an outside terrace which got the evening sun.
Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The nearby coffee shop & restaurant served nice evening meals.

Lovely quiet woodland location within easy drive of Wuppertal, which has plenty of parking areas. Nice woodland dog walks. Appartment attached to the Cafe/Restaurant/Gift Shop with wonderful food until 2200hrs so no need to drive out to eat. There is also a very good 'Italian' Restaurant a few minutes walk up the track which gets very busy in the evenings due to the large range and good value of meals. Appartment had all that was needed for a restful stay + a basket of goodies on arrival. Lovely hosts who spoke good English.
All good.
