beautiful views and free public transport

Superb location, room had a view of the suspension railway. Room was nice and clean and the staff was really helpful. The free public transport ticket is valid in a huge area, from Wuppertal and Düsseldorf and even on some bus and train lines across the Dutch border. On request you can receive the ticket before your stay so you can use it to travel to the hotel! The mattress was comfortable.

The pillows were very thin and not very comfortable. If you arrive by public transport, the entrance is via the Wuppertal Hbf busstation or a walk across a wide busy road, which was not very clear.

Ein sehr zu empfrhlendes Hotel für Geschäftsreisen oder stadtezrips

Das Bett war spitzenklasse. Seht bequem! Die Fenster dchten alles super ab. Trotz der Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, war es ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal

Im Parkhaus sind die Ausfahrtschilder etwas zu klein und die Schrägen von der Decke sind nicht erkenntlich gemacht. Beim rückwärts Einparken stößt man oben dran, wenn das Auto etwas höher ist.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Man sollte jedoch kein besonders schönes Design erwarten.

Wegen fehlendem Rezeptionservice und den dabei erfahrenen Unbequemlichkeiten kommen wir nicht wieder

Frühstück war gut, etwas knappe Auswahl. Man konnte Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet ohne Kosten dazu bestellen

Der Check-in läuft in Eigenarbeit über Touchscreen Bildschirme. Dazu muss es für jedes Zimmer einzeln gemacht werden. Das hat trotz meines Internetaffinen Begleiters dann lange gedauert und überfordert alle älteres Gäste! Bei so einem großen Haus müsste als Alternative eine Rezeption besetzt sein!!!!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine gute Wahl

Lage und Frühstück sind im Flemings wirklich gut. Das kleine Gym auch. Ansonsten könnten die Zimmer und Flure ne Renovierung vertragen. Dieses Mal war das ‚selbst einchecken‘ dank einer echt netten Mitarbeiterin entspannt. Geht auch anders.

Flemings Hotel in Wuppertal einfach Super !!!

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Das Frühstück war super und ein Tiefgaragenplatz war auch vorhanden. Durch ein Krankheitsfall musste ich leider kurzfristig abreisen. Habe den schon bezahlten Aufenthalt für die restlichen Tage zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet. Das ganze Team war super nett. Ich komme gern wieder um länger bleiben zu können. Vielen Dank. !!!!!

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit direkter Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof, Sehr gute Preis-Leistung

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof mit Zugang zur Einkaufszone in Wuppertal und ist durch die Bahn auch an die Ballungsräume Köln und Düsseldorf sehr gut angebunden. Der Check-in und Bezahlung erfolgt online am Terminal, dadurch entfällt der zeitraubende Check-Out. Bei Bedarf steht aber auch freundliches Personal zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Bar und einen 24h-Minishop. Insgesamt ein Super-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Goede locatie om Wuppertal in te kunnen. Dichtbij de schwebebahn en andere vervoersmiddelen. Historische stadthalle (theater) op loopafstand. Geen gehorige kamers. Nette kamers.

We hebben het ontbijt overgeslagen, 23 euro pp vonden we teveel, is een Backwerk om de hoek met lekkere broodjes.

Sehr nettes Personal, modern eingerichtet, direkte Nähe Zentrum, mit öpv direkte Verbindung da Busbahnhof direkt gegenüber Hotel und alles kostenfrei auch Schwebebahn im Preis mit drin. Alles sauber und vor allen Dingen Supertolles Frühstück, alles was dass Herz begehrt!!!

Neue Schließfachanlage statt Abgabe Koffer an der Rezeption. Das Hantieren mit Handy und Kontokarte am Display war einfach nervig.

Breakfast is good with good variety of choices. Hotel also provided local transport ticket, which is very convenient for short business travel.

Hotel did not mamage cleaning ontractor well. My bag was broken by clenaners when they carried out room cleanining on 11-Jun-23 and money was lost. I catched them red-handed , and I had to make a police report for the lost money. I also reported issue to hotel director, they refered me to their insurance company. The insurance company is now waiting for police investigation....looklike it is in a dead lock as I do not know if police will have any progress in view of the efficiency here. Not sure if hotel will do anything on this for me.

The location was great - just a short walk from the city centre. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The pet charge was a little pricey, at 20euro per dog/per night. It was a bummer that there was no fridge in the room. The room was also quite tight and we barely had space to lay down our two suitcases. The gym was quite sad with just two machines and a handful of weights.

Excellent location and extremely friendly staff and service

The breakfast was great! Location excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have booked several rooms and there were a few changes. Nothing was difficult to arrange. The staff made the stay special. Big thank you to all of them! I will definitely come back to the Flemings.

Good location of the hotel, rich breakfast, good size rooms.

The location of the hotel is very good for those who come on business, as it is near the railway and bus stations, it is very convenient to get to Düsseldorf. Noise isolation in the rooms is good. Most of all I liked the breakfasts - a very large selection of yoghurts, fruits, nuts, cheeses.

But there were difficulties with the booking - our flight to Dusseldorf was postponed a day later, and despite the fact that I warned the hotel administration that we would arrive anyway, our booking was canceled. We had to ask for a long time to leave the rooms for us.

- The location is excellent. Very close to the downtown and directly next to the train station/bus station. Couldn't be better located. - The transportation card that you receive from the hotel for free gets you access to all trains and public transportation within the state. We used it to go on the famous schwebebahn and even to take a train to Dusseldorf and back. Very good value! - The rooms are clean. Simple and smallish, but clean and functional. - Check-in was fast and efficient. We booked 2 rooms and they put us directly side-by-side which we appreciated. - The bartender was very nice - The wifi is strong

- Parents beware: Though the listing on this website says that they provide cribs, this is not the case. We picked this hotel partially because our 1.5 year old would have a crib but when we asked for it in the 'special requests' text book in the booking, they sent us a message saying that we'd need to upgrade and pay an extra 30 Euros. This is...dishonest and disappointing. We came by car so we ended up just bringing our own travel crib for her, her travel crib fit in the room very easily so space was not the reason they required the upgrade. This was inconvenient and if you aren't driving you may not have the option to bring your own. - Parking for hotel guests is 12 Euros per day which is quite steep (though as I mentioned above, the location of the hotel is excellent so this one is more understandable than the random crib charge). - The breakfast looked nice, a german-style buffet breakfast but for the price we decided to just forego it and go into the city to a cafe.
