Matko was an amazing host. He is one of the best connected hosts we have come across and managed to get us into places that were fully booked or closed. We enjoyed the many recommendations especially the restaurants and wine tasting.
He is very thoughtful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hot tub, pool, pond and table tennis area provided plenty of spaces for relaxation.
Perhaps manual air conducting units could be provided in bedrooms that didn’t have air conditioning in hot weather.

The property is split into 2 apartments a few levels below the pool area. If you’re travelling as various couples this can work out well like it did for us.
The host matko is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.
The apartments are 3/4 flights away from the pool area. It’s not ideal for young children. We also had a mouse inside our oven, lucky we never wanted to use it.
The property is rough round the edges and needs some love and care to bring it back up to date, I was quite disappointed when I turned up.

Location was good although up some narrow and windy roads which can be dangerous given the way that the locals drive. We were nearly in an accident when someone failed to stop at a stop sign..
The outside seating area is pleasant although it would be better if more shade was provided.
The host was friendly and helpful but beware of his offer of organizing a boat trip - our offer was 700 euro for the day which was almost double what you would pay elsewhere.
The photos must have been taken a long time ago. Many of the things which look great are now shabby or non-existant.
So for a start - it is NOT one villa or even one apartment. 7 of us were looking for 5 bedrooms and thought this looked ideal. When we got there we discovered that the accommodation was 2 dingy ground floor apartments. Flat 1 had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which dangerously had a washing machine in it. The bedrooms were just OK but neither bathroom was useable in the end because one never had any hot water and the other had an unuseable shower head. Although the number of bedrooms was less than the other flat, the kitchen was bigger than in flat 2. However, there was never any hot water for washing up and the cooking equipment was woefully inadequate. The oven was a nightmare to figure out and the baking trays did not fit it. Flat 2 had 3 bedrooms. The one at the front had air conditioning and was good. The middle one had no window and there was no escape of steam from the en-suite so the room was permanently damp. There was a ceiling fan. The bedroom at the back had no window, no fan and no air-conditioning. The bathroom was next to it, again containing a washing machine and the shower was in a high bath which involved a climb to get into it.
The back bedroom in flat 2 also had the problem of hearing the footsteps of the host and his family from 7.30 am every day. We had not realised that there would be so many other people living there.
There were 68 steps to get to the swimming pool, some of which had no handrail and were treacherous in the rain. There were a further 16 steps to the hot tub. The 6 sun loungers at the pool were broken and definitely not the ones shown in the picture. The information on booking.com states that "barbeque facilities are provided" - the only things we found were a rusted grill under a pizza oven.

My family and I booked this Villa for my mothers 60th Birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The Villa was big enough for 8 of us with cooking facilities, a large pool, hot tub, quite a few seating areas many bathrooms and everything you will need to have a great stay with a group. There is a Lidl nearby great for food shopping. The host was so welcoming and helped us out with anything we needed e.g. recommendations for places to see, activities (we rented a boat for the day, swam in caves) and great restaurants to eat at. It was very hot when we were there in August so we spent most of our time at the villa pool and also the beaches nearby. Great host thanks so much for a very enjoyable stay!
Everything was great, but just be aware the roads are so narrow up to the villa as its up in the mountain, a car is defiantly needed and drive with care.
