Great location, very nice staff.
The vallet parking. When u request your car it takes them a lot longer to get your car. Also the loading area is so small and it takes a long time to get in or get out. I have stayed in this hotel since it was remodeled maybe 5 years or so. I never had an issue with parking my car. Wish I was able to get my car by my self instead of waiting such a long time.

The breakfast was an extra bonus. It was a little hectic when it was crowded but the food was good.
I’m sure most of the guests complain about the elevators. I feel the layout of the building is a little backwards by having the ground floor as the exit but the main lobby in that building is on level 3.

I was afraid of the reviews of the valet parking but it turned out perfect. I texted them and gave them 20 minutes and they always had the car out exactly on time.
I wish all the hot tub jets worked.

We enjoyed the pool and game room.
Service for room cleaning was inadequate. The state of the furniture and room was older than expected. Multiple areas that could have been updated. Car valet service was slow and disorganized. For the amount of room, I expected a much cleaner, and updated environment. I felt overlooked regarding room cleaning. Food from the dining area was ok but could have been more variation. Breakfast was a good idea but very overcrowded and not entirely clean (regarding recent COVID) issues. The pool also was murky most of the time. Sanitary issues abounded. Because it was a Hilton, I thought I would have better service, cleanliness and all-around higher standard of service. Customer service was a joke.

The view of the ocean, the staff - so friendly, the hot breakfast, the location was great.
The elevators were a bit slow and sometimes overcrowded. Not a show stopper. I still had a great stay.
2.0
Proximity to the beach, the scenic Boardwalk, the pool (which the whole family enjoyed).
Majority of staff weren’t wearing name tags.
Customers were required (ambushed) to valet their vehicles during their stay or forced to find outside parking. The location did not offer self parking. So we had to pay for what is normally a luxury service. The valet staff were unprofessional and the service itself was very insecure. Valet staff rushed people to hand over keys and initiate valet before they even checkin fully (let alone exit their cars). Once you setup valet the keys were kept in a “unlocked” keybox for anyone to access when unattended. After being ambushed to valet your vehicle you then had to wait long periods of time for them to retrieve your car and when we asked about the waiting time they were nonchalant/rude basically showing no regard for customer service value expectations THEY stated. The technology platform they advertised to make retrieving your vehicle simple DID NOT work. On 3 occasions we text the service and all 3 times the valet staff confirm they did not receive anything. Lastly, after taking your keys, putting them in the unlocked keybox, they ofte left cars (mine included) unattended in valet area w/windows down. We asked for our keys to put the windows up and one staff open the keybox and told us “which key is yours “ and let us grab it without any proper validation.
Mistreatment by staff (management included). On my 3rd night (and actual birthday) I returned from dinner with my husband and 2 year olds to find my room door open allowing anyone passing to access it. We immediately reported to management and the night shift crew (Shaunase B and shift security Ronni I believe) assisted with writing a report w/ the security key data of the door. The next day, the front desk manager who was not wearing a name badge(Janazen)did not review the report, pushed everything under the rug and blamed my husband and i for not shutting the door. And told no working cameras in my area
Unlocked stair access.

I liked the location that’s about it
First u have to valet park second beds are hard. The maid do poorly cleaning. Also the staff is rude. They cut breakfast off at 9:30 when website said 10 am. They charge u 25 daily for parking and 16.95 a day to use pool is ridiculous. And the pool was dirty the hot tub wasn’t working.

Nothing was as I expected, I paid over $300 a night thinking it will be more luxurious or more high end it felt more like a 1 to 2 star hotel.

Location was great. Staff was friendly but some like housekeeper did not seem to understand or speak English. She was smiling and nodded but not understanding.
Door in bathroom stuck and drug across the floor, it was very difficult for us to move. Housekeeper was asked for additional toilet paper on the 4th day when she came to clean the room. She didn't leave any, also she didn't sweep the sand from the bathroom. A call to the front desk was needed to get the toilet paper, we then received it. The drawers in the chest fell off the tracks when they were opened and closed. The water pressure in bathroom sink was very little. The kitchen sinks pressure was good.
