Otopark sınırlı, aracımı ücretli otoparka koymak için yarım saat otele gelince bekledim ,günlük 12 leva, kahvaltı continental seçtim ama yeterli sadece, yorumlardaki gibi nefis falan değil...

Gerne immer wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein anständiges Zimmer (Nr. 36) mit geräumigen Bad, alles sehr sauber, gute Matratze. Die Minibar ist bunt gefüllt zu günstigen Preisen (Bier, Wein, Saft, Wasser, Vodka, Whisky, Schokolade etc.). Wir hatten das "English Breakfast" mit Cappuccino & frisch gepressten Orangensaft für unschlagbare 10 BGN pro Person! Einfach WOW ! WLAN kostenfrei und Kostenübernahme des Parkplatzes gleich um die Ecke ! Großartig und absolut zu empfehlen !!!

Das Zimmer war für uns etwas zu warm zum schlafen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob die Klimaanlage funktioniert hat.

It could be better with a better receptionist service.

Clean and great situation.

Hotel is OK, rooms are clean but there is an awkward service. The hairdryer was not working and the receptionist said that hairdryers are not for hairstyling and the people with long hair are damaging the hairdryers and that she cannot open a hairdryer factory in the hotel…..she gave me one of course but the speech was ridiculous. Looks like people with long hair are not welcomed…. We were with guests from Canada who left early in the morning. At the checkout the same person told me that they have broken the toilet seat and that I have to pay 100 leva. I refused and she said she can call the police to solve the problem. I told her that the plastic toilet seats are quite old and bound to break and the hotel cannot charge its clients to change their used stuff. At the end she calmed down but what a weird attitude. We asked our guests and they said the toilet seat was loose and moving in all directions. Another thing. When I was looking for three double rooms Booking suggested an apartment for four people. I reserved it without looking at the pictures. The apartment is very nice but the two double beds are in the same room which is a bit awkward. The space is enormous, it could be arranged in a way with more privacy. We will not use this hotel again.

its on main street so its very nice for take a walk in the nights. for the money i pay its afair dea

i didnt take any breakfast so i dont know about it. for one person the room was comfort but for 2 persons its could be a little bit smaller. the bath is very nice and big and you can play music while you take a bath so its cool

the tv is very old no netflix and its very modern hotel. there is no hairdryer for the lady

It is necessary to make renovations in the hotel rooms and renew the furniture, mattresses, etc.

1. Breakfast was good. 2. the location of the hotel was good. 3. Friendly staff.

1. Very small bathroom. 2. The socket in the bathroom did not work and the light bulbs were constantly blinking. It was very uncomfortable. 3. There were no sockets beside the bed. 4. The wi-fi didn't work well. 5. The furniture in the room was old and with marks of use.

You get a lot more for your money!

Friendly staff, very responsive. Great location. Rooms are clean and have free TV, Wi-Fi etc. Beds are very comfortable. Prices in the bar (drinks, food) are super reasonable!

Sharing an entrance with the hotel's casino is quite different. However, I easily got used to it.

good hotel in center of town

the hotel is clean and the room and bathroom were renovated, with hot water, clean towels. first floor there are playing machines, but we did not hear any noise from that 1st floor, the reception is on the 2nd floor the hotel has also a restaurant, opens until 00:00, food was good, prices are good the hotel is located in the center, many people , good atmosphere very welcoming staff, friendly, positive attitude good hotel, excellent hospitality

Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast-poor. You have to chose a la carte but the variants are poor and untasty. Internet: a mess. Downstairs is a whole lobby with machines and staff related with betting. I hated. Anyway was my choice to accommodate here so no complaints.

The staff were very helpful and polite with a good command of English language.

The breakfast was very good, I ordered the full English option and it was excellent and plentiful. The orange and grapefruit mix was very refreshing and fresh and the coffee was good with free refills.

The room was squite small but as I was only staying for 1 night this was not an issue.
