Superb

BIG comfortable beds, central location, friendly staff, scrambled eggs with fresh juice for breakfast included in the price

Staff is the heart of this central, safe, clean and spacious hotel

Staff is incredible profissional and friendly: Avil and all the other chicos are great! They will help you with restaurant, laundry and practical stuff recommendation. They genuinely are happy to help. The hotel is very clean, safe, breakfast included and centrally located just 3 blocks from main square. Rooms are very spacious, queen bed and most importantly with AC. Pharmacies and the supermarket Portales are just 1 block away. They are very flexible with the bookings and, in my case, due to a flight delayed, they allowed us to change the dates of the booking in a very attentive way.

Just like other places in Iquitos: wifi is good enough for social media but not to work. (this is a problem from the city and mobile companies coverage)

Everyone should never stay this hotel. Noisy sound is ringing until night. You can't sleep at all.

Good place for 1 or couple of days if you are looking for place close to the center of Iquitos.

Good place to stay close to the center of Iquitos. Decent Wifi, good showers. Good value for money. Breakfast is basic, but perfectly ok. Good airco (badly needed in this region).

When i arrived in Iquitos from Cusco, it took some adaptation. When i arrived (on a sunday), the town felt awkward: it was empty and felt rather unsafe. In no way you can compare this with other parts of Peru. When i came to Iquitos on another day after some days in the selva-jungle, it was much more alive, and felt very different/safer. In any case, this is not related to the accomodation. The accomodation felt very safe, and was a good place to stay.

The girls to the receprion and the boy of the cleaning stuff are all lovely. Rooms are clean.

You have to ask for a room with hot water, not the best. Also the water pressure is almost zero, they obviously have to fix it.

Great place for the money, excellent breakfast - but you can't rely on the internet or call to rooms

The location was good, and they provided a car to pick us up at the airport so that was wonderful. The air conditioners in the rooms were perfect, and the breakfast was excellent.

The only problem we had was the internet, which tends to be a problem in Iquitos anyway. However, because we were on separate floors, we also couldn't call each other by phone since the phones are only for calling the office. It was a bit crazy, and we just had to deal with that during our stay. Because of that I won't stay again, but only because I usually bring groups of people to Iquitos and I need everyone to have reliable internet, or phones that call room to room because of the size of our groups.

The internet doesn’t work, and you cannot call other rooms - so my group was completely disconnected from each other

Lovely staff, reliable wifi, great location, felt safe and comfortable.

Cold shower (it’s hard to find anywhere that has hot water though) and mosquitoes in room.

It was close to the city center

There's was humidity in the room, we've got the one far end, so we didnt get any light coming to the room. There wasn't hot water and the amount of water coming to take a shower was low...

It was stop in the drainage from the shower and hence the bathtub was disgusting, with yellow water and dead insects. We changed rooms but still.
