Llevar tapones para los oídos

La ubicación

Hay una discoteca al lado del hotel, y la habitación que nos toco se oía la música tanto, que me quedé sin pegar ojo hasta la una de la madrugada, teniendo en cuenta que al día siguiente madrugamos a las seis de la mañana, la noche fue una tortura china. Deberían advertirlo o regalar tapones para los oídos.

Don’t tell tourists you are a boutique hotel cause that is misleading and a total lie

Exceptional

In the city centre. Special mention for the people at the reception (forgot their names unfortunately). There was a problem with my payment, and they still checked me in. They said that their concern was a pleasant stay for me. Money matters can always be solved later on. Who says that nowadays, such a nice gesture. Also they gave me super nice recommendations for restaurants to try for local food. Room was of adequate size for a single traveller. I highly recommend this place.

Happy to say not much to complain about.

amazing value, safe, close to everything but still quiet

amazing and helpful staff, went out of their way to wake me up when my tour arrived and was knocking, and also gave me a nicer room when it happened to be available for no extra charge.

would love to see more frequently restocked soap/shampoo and emptied trash

Small room above bar, central location, money's worth.

The location of the hotel is central and easily accessible to things in the city center of Cusco. (Central square <10min walking) Even at night, I felt safe walking there by myself. For the location it was a good value for your money. A couple of times, I had early departures for tours, however breakfast was available early morning (5.30/6am), which I appreciated before starting a tour.

The second time at TATA boutique, there was another lady at the front desk who spoke Spanish (only?) and very quickly. It was much harder to follow than her colleague the previous time. The room I got this second time was at the back of the hotel, which was right above a bar/club. They were playing music until late in the evening, which could be easily heard in my room. There was no real view from the windows (as was indicated upon Booking.com for the room) other than the hallway of another hotel/hostel. Opening the curtains would give others direct view of my room. The room upon this second stay was much smaller than previously. It even felt a little tight.

A good place to stay on a budget in Cusco

The room was nice and clean, as described. The receptionists helped us with our luggage. Breakfast very simple but better than nothing.

There were so many steps to the room (saying this because of the luggage). Breakfast could be improved.

Comfortable small hotel very close to Plaza de Armas

Super close by the Plaza de armas (5 minutes walking) on the same level. Personnel was super friendly. The room was a little small but had everything we needed for a few days.

A close by hostel was doing parties or live music almost any night. Sleeping before 12 after an exhausting day was not easy.

Very good

location was great to everything I needed, the staff was amazing even with a bit of language barrier, can’t say enough about the breakfast. The cook was concerned when I was leaving food behind. he thought I didn’t like what he cooked and asked if he could make me something else. there was so much food for me that I just couldn’t eat it all so we decided to give me less😁. so sweet, for one to be so observant and two offer something else. that blew me away about this place. place was simple but clean.

The noise at night was loud when you have early wake up calls to go hiking. that is our only complaint and the hotel can’t do anything about that. it generally stopped by 10 or so

No more karaoke please.

Location was good and bad at the same time. Close to the shops and restaurants. But also close to the entertainment loud for long periods at night while we're all trying to sleep. From 1900 till 0100 during the weekdays loud noises from karaoke bar just down the street.

The karaoke bars at night are obnoxious between 1900 and 0100. I guess it's okay if you don't need to sleep during these hours.

Very good

Comfortable room, very nic staff always helping, they washed our clothes, borrowed me hair dryer, breakfast was very good

Location was good because it was close to city centre, but also very noisy, we had balcony but could not enjoy due rush street, but this Cusco. Coffee was always cold.

impossible to sleep due to noise

clean room, friendly staff, good location

the hotel is next to a bar and the rooms have no insulation. every night the music is extremely loud until 12pm (2am on Friday and Saturday) our stay was awful as a result and massively regret choosing this hotel

Pleasant

Breakfast was not up to expectations. They were unable to heat up milk for coffee. Cold milk into coffee. Promised to make eggs but didn’t. Bedside lamp broken. Asked to be replaced but wasn’t.

Room was clean and the hotel really close to the city center.

There is a bar/club right next to the hotel. It felt as if the band was playing in the room until like 4am (stayed there over the weekend from SA to MO).

Comfortable, friendly and welcoming - highly recommend for Cusco

Lovely friendly team giving the personal touch in Cusco. Bed was very very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. the hot shower was good. And the simple breakfast was decent - nice scrambled eggs and coffee (and offering me extra coffee unasked). Really like the care and attention I received from the people who work here who were all clearly keen that I enjoy a great Cusco experience.

Wifi was a little slow sometimes. Having to knock at the door to get in a can be a little frustrating, but nothing too bad. The card machine wouldn't accept payment in dollars, only in Peruvian currency.

Great stay close to the plazas!

I stayed here for a couple of nights and they were very helpful recommending places to go, and with directions of how to get around the city. The place was quiet perfect for resting, the beds were comfy and breakfast was superb. If im ever in Cusco again I’ll be sure yo stay here!

This's a really good location in the center, lots of choices for restaurants, squares, local shops....everything is so convenient. And the staffs are truly supportive and caring! Hot water, wifi, comfy beds.....I like my stay here

the place was fair for the price . It is near the heart of Cusco so everything is walking distance . Stear clear for the

I liked that the location was in the main square of Cusco. Everything was a short walk.

The hotel is next to a bar and on the weekends the music stays blasting until the early morning hours . make sure to bring noise cancellation ear buds .

Cusco centre

A frendly young couple from Lima took over the hotel 6 month ago. Hotel in the lively centre of Cusco. Redecorating in progress.

Unfortenately just above a bar with live music till 00:45 wear ear plugs if you want to sleep. Breakfast: fresh juice and scrambled eggs , unfortunately bread from the day before. Some work to do!

Exceptional

Location is really close to plaza de armas The facilities are really clean, brand new bathroom. Edison and Catrina made my stay Awsome. They are super nice and passionate people

the staff is so gentle and good with everything, the place was also very clean

Cuzco was very cold that day the rooms don’t have heaters and the blankets they provide is not enough, there is a bar restaurant on the side of the hotel so the noise at night is very Loud, the breakfast was very little and no very good
