Good

Clean, polite staff, shower had good pressure and hot water, cute neighbourhood. I left a pair of (broken) boots in the room when we checked out and the staff called our taxi driver within minutes to check we hadn't forgotten them.

The heating was broken (extra blankets were provided and we slept comfortably, but had chosen this hotel because it offered heating). Some tours with scheduled pick-ups might meet you at an agreed point nearby because of the narrow streets.

Do not go to this hotel! Bad, bad and bad!!!

Nothing. The staff has no qualifications to deal with the customer! They do not provide reliable information about the facilities.

I didn’t like anything in this hotel! Very bad choice and stressful relationship with the staff.

Rooms were modern, tasteful, and sparkling clean. The ladies who ran the place were so kind and friendly. The value is incredible.

Amazing staff in a brilliant location, must stay!

the property was located in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the main plaza, and the staff were incredible, cooking us breakfast, bringing us tea to help with our altitude sickness and couldn’t have been kinder to us. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

The beds were comfy

Mari was great! She would cook our choice of eggs and each time was delicious! Coffee, tea and the bread was delicious.

Perhaps fruit should be offered as well.

Beautiful place in central Cusco

The breakfast was amazing! Very helpful stuff! We could leave our luggage there for one night when we traveled to Machu Picchu!

Decent breakfast, great staff.

Tiny hallway looking room. Lots of noise from the inner yard and hallway due to echoes and bad noise insulation.

Would definitely stay again!

The staff was/is very caring in your well-being with Cisco’s altitude. Always willing to help, always asking how you are & extremely welcoming.

Not going to lie, the walk to the hotel was intense at first. Though after a couple of days, you get used to it.

Quaint and clean, coca tea upon arrival, walking distance from San Pedro Mercado and TONS of amazing food options. I recommend Uchu Peruvian Steakhouse!

Great, friendly boutique hotel

The staff were fantastic. So kind, genuinely warm and friendly. They really cared about my experience and went out of their way to help with requests. Their warmness made a huge difference to my stay. Great for solo travellers. The location is great as it's only 7 mins from the main square but it's quieter with some brilliant little boutique places to eat.

At times (not all the time) the water in the shower was cold, though having stayed a few places in Cusco...this does seem to be a reoccurring theme.

Awesome experience at this hotel.

Very cozy hotel with nice and clean bedrooms, bathroom, TV, WIFI, and especially the nice attention from the staff. Just a few minutes walking from the main Plaza and full of restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely will come back and stay there. Very quiet too.

Wonderful stay!

This place was wonderful! Super cute facility, I almost felt like I was visiting family & the location was great, walking distance to the Plaza de Armas & a ton of cute restaurants to eat at nearby. The staff was so sweet and very accommodating. Would definitely go back!

The front desk and kitchen lady where so Kind to us. Always answered our questions. We feel very comfortable there and very safe. The breakfast was good and cleanness was all the time. We will keep very good memories for Cusco for sure.
