It was a big room and comfortable.
The bathroom needs work. The hotel needs update.

location is perfect, it’s clean and you have a nice private patio
three things we did not like: Saturday night the music was very loud, we could not do a late checkout and then our room was even cleaned before checkout time, and we explicitly asked and agreed not to tumble dry our clothes which they still did and now our clothes all shrank. The beds are quite hard but that’s ok.

Rooms are spacious and clean.. Staff is great. Location is perfect

the room and the cleaning

Great location. Very clean, amazing view of the volcano from the first room I stayed in. Great Wifi. Not sure why I was put in a room with 3 beds though. Would have been nicer to have the space. 2nd room I stayed in had a very cute little patio off the room.
internet in first room was great. When i moved downstairs it wasn't strong enough to work from.

good value, good location, free coffee
no ambiance
4.1
Great location close to the main square and lots of nice cafes. Showers with good pressure and hot water.
The walls are very thin, so we could hear the tv and snoring from our neighbors. WiFi did not have coverage in the entire room.

Great sized room. Comfy and clean with lovely decor and little terrace. Free tea, coffee, and water. Lovely communal areas, nice staff, good security and handy location. Good hot shower.
Quite noisy during the day/evening due to bar next door. Room was a little dark but pleasant enough.
4.1
Conveniently located and rooms were quiet even though it’s near the center. Hot tea and coffee was provided.
The extra credit card fee was pricey (6+%) but didn’t share that in advance. The staff had to open the gate for guests.

Location is 3 blocks from central plaza, Wachuma cafe is around the corner.
Rooms look better on the pictures. In reality - 2 double beds and 1 twin. But the blankets are all twin size. Pillows are very uncomfortable.
You can hear people walking upstairs. Somebody had sex.
Bathroom has cheapest ugly tile and fixtures. Towels are soooooo thin!!
Absolutely not a good value! Don’t recommend.

Room was huge! Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Appreciated the double doors that we could open to a small balcony and gorgeous view to let fresh air in and keep things covid safe.
The toilet kept malfunctioning, but still worked.

Great location, close to everything you need in Antigua. Super quiet room, great terrace arriba and a roof that you can watch the amazing sunset/sunrise on. Colourful old-style hotel with lovely textiles and 'handicrafts' around. The staff can help you with organising shuttles, places to visit, information about the town etc (but it did depend on who you spoke to, some staff more helpful than others). Super clean rooms, comfy beds and towels provided.
I didn't need 3 beds in the same room, but I don't think there was another option! It's definitely value for money if you're travelling as a group, I don't think they had options for sola travellers, so it was a bit expensive.

Located walking distance to centro and there are many restaurants close by. The rooms are pretty spacious and a terrace in the room is nice if you want to chill or have breakfast there.
The internet in my room didn’t work, I had to stand by the door to catch wifi.
Although there wasn’t many people or parties at night, if there’s anyone even talking outside, the noise carries into the room and you’re going to hear everything.

I keep hoing back so that means its great
