Fasilitas buruk dan tidak sesuai

AC kamar tidak bisa diatur suhunya, tertulis dikamar ada sofa tapi tidak ada, air shower keluarnya kecil sekali dan tidak ada air panasnya, lemari es mati,sprei kurang bersih! Cukup 1 kali pengalaman aja menginap disini..bikin kapok.

Absolutly not a 4 Star Hotel

Staff friendly

Breakfast the same every morning. Our grab driver had to buy and pay for a ticket at the entrance. Waste water in the sink did not drain. Waste water in the shower did not drain. You couldn't watch TV because the programs were too gritty. Only towels for showering were available, but not at the sink.

don't like all for this hotel ..the worst hotel i ever stay in bandung

not recomended for family because the hotel have a club bar at 2nd and 3rd floor and we can hear the sound from our room at 6th floor ..too many ladies at the receptionist which is calling girl bad experience for me and daughter

Stains all over the bed linen, does seem that the room have been cleaned in a while. I went down to reception and informed the receptionist of the room condition and she just laughed at me. Appalling to walk into a room that state after a long trip and looking forward to a good nights rest.

This hotel needs more TLC.

The hotel has spacious parking. Our service includes adequate breakfast.

A lot to be desired, it could do with a bit of attention on cleanliness and upgrading of some room facilities. The bedsheet has stained on it, the bathroom shower was broken, the toilet water was clogged and the flushes was slow...the buttons on the elevator could be serviced as some were broken, as well.as.the parking could use more lighting

Bandung's Hell.

Nothing!

It was filthy Most rundown place I have ever been to. I booked for 2 nights but left the following day. I wasn't able to sleep all night because there was karaoke night on the first floor. The room smelt like cigrates... The blinds, carpet, sofa were wornout. The bed sheets had blood stains and even after asking room service to change the sheets they still had stains. Their staff were also not happy working there. Anyone wanting to stay there please don't even think about it! I don't understand how booking.com are partners with this hotel chain? Do you guys inspect the hotels before partnering with them? Oh and the photos are not the same as the reality of the place. Very good photoshop/ camera/ lighting tricks.

Worst 4 star hotel ever stayed

Location

The room is dirty. Bathroom has 3 cockroaches, 2 cockroaches on bed and 2 more cockroaches on the desk. The bathroom has NOT seen cleaning for a very long time. It is the GROSSEST hotel bathroom i have ever seen. Carpet is very dirty. Check in staff was not really friendly and knowledgeable also, took a while to just check in and there is no other guest. Worst hotel ever stayed!
