It’s a very convenient place, close to the airport, perfect for a quick transit. Provides enough room, working AC, clean sheets, hot shower and a decent bed, which is all a traveler needs.
The manager, Deb, is one of the kindest and friendliest humans I’ve ever met. She tried everything to make our stay pleasant and help us in any way we needed.
Cleanliness could be improved.

Fantastic customer service.

I liked that I could see the ocean.
The rooms were outdated and I thought the cost was too much for this property. they didn’t have any amenities such as shuttle service to the grocery store down the mountain. there was no way for us to walk down the mountain to get food so we had to taxi up and down. They had rats in the trash receptacle and that was disgusting.

The staff was friendly and happy to assist anytime we needed anything. It was nice that there was a bbq grill and pool on the property. We took advantage of both of both of them multiple times. The view from our balcony was very nice.
The beds were not at all comfortable. The property was too far from town and any attractions without having rented a vehicle. However this was stated in the property description, but when you are without a vehicle things are much further away than you realize and cabs are expensive. I do not recommend the cab company the office recommended, he was very rude and hung up on us.

The location was such that it was difficult to walk from it to the town center - had to walk on a road with trafic

View from the property.
I was quite shocked to find that the linen on the bed was not clean. Some of the towels were not clean. The sofa was not clean. Had to ask for new sheets and a sheet to be placed over the sofa so that it could be used. Problem with mosquitos in the room. Sliding door on the wardrobe was falling off. Sound from the neighboring rooms carried easily through to my room and was quite disturbing. Parking was tight at times as there was limited space. Some of the steps on the property need urgent repair and are a trip hazard. The property is quite dated and needs serious attention.

The view was nice. The place wasn't far from the airport.
The fact that the place is costly and there are old furnitures. Its modern time the coach the bed and the stove needs to be replaced. The place could use a little renovation. The room needed to be dust out before we arrived. The rags and towels definitely needs replacing. As for stay, I understand that there are certain times for check out but don't rush us if the time is close and don't kick us out if we go 10 min over.

it is clean
it is scruffy, and feels very rundown. the shower upstairs didn’t work and downstairs was cold only.

Pool was out of order, facilities were dinghy and severely outdated.definitely not work the $4,000 they were trying to get for my stay
They need to advertised that the facility is in disarray and that all amenities are available.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable for a solo traveler. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The walls are thin and I could hear everything the people said in adjacent rooms. Also, the neighbors on the street below were very loud at one point.

The location was good and when you work out the taxis, getting around was easy and the view was good.
The room was very basic, which we expected from seeing the online photos, but it was not as clean as it could be. The bed was extremely noisy as it has the old metal springs support, so hard to move without making a lot of noise.
The area was hit badly with recent hurricanes, so we understood it would be basic and so happy to pay the price, but the fact it was not clean was the biggest disappointment. We got to the hotel minutes before reception closed at 6pm and I was not able to contact anyone afterwards as our cell phone won't connect. That said, it was a guesthouse and not a hotel, so we understand there may be a few issues, which may have been easily overcome if there was more time between checking in and seeing the room.

the view
the faucet in the bathroom hot and cold was not working properly. the pull out sofa was too small, and I couldn’t get no towels when I wanted.

The location was not bad. The room had a beautiful view. The AC worked fine so room was always cool or can be cooled when needed.
The facilities can be upgraded a little both the handle for the toilet paper and towels/wash cloth was broken so kept fallen. The handle for the shower was broken as well. The sofa-bed was horrible and very uncomfortable, was better off just sleeping on coach but if two had to sleep on it not sure how they would manage.

Great view
Dirty bathroom, clearly no one cleaned it before our check in.
Bed sheets were very old and bed uncomfortable.
AC barely has any cold air and if you lower the temperature you'll lose electricity in the room.

Self-contained little apartments and a nice pool. AC was great, easy to drive everywhere and the staff is very pleasant.
There were some minor infrastructure problems (plumbing, power outage) that the staff handled well.

Cab cost to the airport. I should have gotten something closer

The towels were new and fluffy; the bed was fine. The woman who showed me to my room was very nice. The kitchen area is large and there is a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Lots of friendly cats around the property. No insect problems.
The view is of an unattractive, industrial part of the coastline, making it not really a "view" -- just an elevated vantage point. The balcony cannot be used much because the exhaust from the A/C vents onto it. The sitting area and kitchen are very dark; there were two small windows in my room (one in the bedroom and one in the sitting area). The walls are paper-thin; if someone sneezes in the next room, you will hear it. My sheets were appalling, with blood and other stains, and holes where a stain-removal product had eaten through the fabric. The bed occupied almost all of the bedroom, so you cannot sit in the bedroom and look out the window at the "view." You also cannot walk anywhere from here, not even to the bus, because there are no sidewalks and the winding mountain road is treacherous.

I like the fact that we were able to replace the propane tank on the Grille and fire it up. We also prepared fixins' in the room.
Getting a Taxi but property was exceptional for cost.

The location was central to many parts of the island. The longest trips took us 40 minutes, but remember the speed limit is between 10-35mph everywhere, and the roads are really curvy. We loved Deb and Faye they were the sweetest, and will give you great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Also it was super quiet, at night we never heard our neighbors, so it was a good setting for a honeymoon trip.
The units are small, but that doesn't matter, we were never there until after the sun went down most days. It's not the posh, ritzy setting, but the cost is super reasonable. It could have had more kitchen utensils, a blender would've been great.
