Good location, pleasant staff.

Good location

Charged for a night I didn’t stay. My flight was cancelled and I informed the hotel in good time, but they insisted I pay for the unstayed night.

Unhygienic and regretful

There were blood stains everywhere including the bed sheets and side tables. Housing guys didn’t come replace the sheets even after repeated reminders. There were bed bugs, kids have bug bites all over the body, there was mud and hairs in the bed. There was no proper management just some young boys left to manage the whole thing. Bed bugs, hairs in bed, and blood stains all over the room is totally not acceptable. These guys should be put accountable for providing this unhygienic rooms. Also important to mention that this was one of the most premium and expensive room of this hotel.

Poor customer service. Will never stay here again

Breakfast was ok. Hotel location is good.

The air conditioner in my room did not work and the person at reception was not helpful at all. In fact, he was not even trying to make our stay reasonable. Another employee, a bellboy came to our rescue and helped us. Certainly not worth the money the hotel charges. I would never stay here again

Out side of the room very bad smell & Airconditioner is not working well daily complained but they are least bother about to rectify. Without proper airconditioner troubled a lot

Food was excellent and the staff were polite and courteous.

Rooms (superior deluxe rooms) were selected while booking. Both rooms did not have minibar as described. One room did not have any windows, so could not make out whether it was day or night time. Water falling on windows AC made noise throughout the night. In one room the window had a view of the shaft!! It took us a great effort to explain to hotel front office that the rooms allotted did not match the description in booking portal. To summarize the rooms where we stayed did not qualify the superior deluxe category as well as the price that we paid. Any tourist wanting to stay in this property should ask for rooms with windows.

We took a superior room which showed a window in the pics. When we checked in it was a pigeon hole with no windows. So we paid extra and upgraded. Very small rooms and very basic. Wouldnt recommend. Better pay this price and stay at a branded chain

Nearby Ghats; travel desk, motivated staff, tasty complementary chocolate in room. Professional airport service.

Very small bathroom & restroom in one, toilet seat gets wet while taking shower; Rooms without window and noisy AC. No hot water at night (some heater problem). Limited breakfast options. Not every staff member able to speak English

Newly renovated building , good staff but the construction activity spo.

The continuos drilling , concrete cutting and hammering sound from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on every day . They are making a new entrance to the hotel and a restaurant . The construction work is still on . Had we known that it was a construction site we would have never booked there. Being a senior citizen couple we go out to make short trips to temples and be back to the hotel to take rest which was denied by the loud noise causing severe headache . We were trusting that Booking.com would ensure these things .

Stay was excellent and homely save few irritants at times as mentioned above

attitude of all staff were excellent. every person was very helpful and provided a homely stay feeling. They provided best of their services whenever asked for

Staff need to have more experience in standardising the services provided. They should be provided more training and should be having checklist of completing a service on end to end basis. Many times they forget to standardise for completeness and miss out things. pl take this as a positive feedback to improve rating of your hotel.

Pathetic food and arrogant management

The location is quite attractive

There's a serious problem in their kitchen & restaurant. They served pathetic stale food due to which 4 out of 6 people in our family fell sick because of food poisoning. The next day we got to know that many other guests also had similar problems. Their staff was extremely lousy and irresponsible. We raised our concern multiple times and asked them to escalate this to the hotel owner. Finally when we shouted on them after 1.5 days of follow ups, their owner/ contractor suddenly came out and started shouting back on us without even listening to our issue. He walked towards my wife trying to push her back. He threatened and insulted us. Then we called cops and they helped us in resolving the issue. They made him say sorry in front of his whole staff and other guests. Hail UP police!! We left the property a day earlier than our planned date. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Their regular staff is highly under qualified and they do not know how to handle guests, specially during sold out days.
