This is a well kept property that sits up on the mountain. Great view and feels secluded.

We LOVED this property! The photos are a great reference of the sleeping spaces and overall property. Everything was very clean, there were toiletries, a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We got caught in the middle of some storm and avalanche warnings, so we didn’t venture out as much as we would have liked. However, we fully took advantage of hanging out with the fire burning and enjoying the magical views! Andrew was an excellent host. He was easy to reach throughout the booking process. He also communicated directly with our BabyQuip rental agent to have all the baby’s gear set up. We do suggest having an all wheel drive vehicle if you are traveling in the winter season, although the street is cleaned pretty often and the driveway is also plowed if there is over two inches of snowfall. Andrew thank you for going above and beyond, our family created some beautiful memories on this vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything went smoothly as far as getting into the place, the views are nice and the environment is peaceful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It worked out perfectly for our golfing weekend. A+

Great house in the mountains - beautiful scenery. About 30 min from SLC airport and 15-20 to Park City. This was a great option for my families summer vacation. House was very clean and Andrew was a great host. Wish the side deck was able to be fully used - it was awaiting repairs and was roped off from damage of snow falling on it. Andrew let us know ahead of time - but we were able to still enjoy coffee & cooler mountain weather in the corner each morning. Hiking near by was amazing. Horseback Riding in Park City was our favorite activity (thanks for recommendation!)

My family visited in the summer and found this to be a beautiful location in between Salt Lake City and Park City and the owner made us feel very welcomed.

Summit Park
Great location in Summit Park only 5 minute ride to a fun trailhead for a hike or MTB ride (Road to Woz, No Worries, & Infinity Loop). Accommodations were clean and modern for groups of friends looking to enjoy the outdoor activities in Park City.

We were so happy with our choice. The house was well furnished, spacious, clean, and nicely supplied with everything one would need for cooking and living. The driveway was cleared of snow and salt was available to melt the ice. The view was fantastic. The drive to Park City was enjoyable and took about 1/2 hour. Very pleasant stay.

Nice house with a few downsides
The house in Summit Park was well decorated without clutter. There was a nice view from the living room. I would not call this a four bedroom. There are three bedrooms and a loft with a queen bed, but no walls, door, or closet.
Although Park City is normally only about a 25 minute drive, the traffic in and out can add a fair amount of time and stress to the commute. Next time we will stay closer to the ski resorts. I didn’t realize when booking that although the address is Park City, the area is Summit Park.
There were a few things I really didn’t enjoy about the house and wish someone has mentioned them in a review. There is no master closet or master bathroom door. They provide a free standing clothing rack in the bedroom, but I really prefer to store my clothes in a closet not out in the open- just my personal preference. Because there was no bathroom
door we had to announce to our kids each time one of us took a shower. Additionally, the washer and dryer are in the garage. I didn’t like having to put my boots & coat on to switch up the laundry.
The master bed was like a seesaw. The mattress was very comfortable, but when one person gets up the other end of the bed dips down.
One of the most disappointing parts for me was something that is out of the owners’ control and completely my fault for not asking. Because the house is built into the side of the mountain there is zero outdoor space. We live in Florida and typically try to choose a house with yard space so our two kids can play in the snow. The pictures and location on Google maps led me to believe there was space around the house to build a snowman, etc. I didn’t ask the owner ahead of time, so this is on me. I’m certain they would have explained the lack of outdoor space had I asked.

Loved this rental! Lots of space to spread out. After a day on the mountain it was nice to come back to the house and have the kids hanging out in the loft playing video games and the adults on the main floor catching up on Boba Fett and watching some movies. Definitely need a 4x4/awd during the winter. Only one of our cars was equipped with it even though we had requested 4x4 when making the reservation, but thankfully our travel agent was able to find a local outlet that had a Jeep Wrangler to rent and we switched out 1 of the 2 cars. The house is close to Park City, maybe a 20-30 min drive. Andrew was a great host. Got back to us quickly if there was a question that needed to be answered. It snowed while we were there and the driveway was quickly cleared in the mornings. The guy who cleared out the driveway was kind enough to help out my brother who got stuck on his way to the house because his car didn’t have the 4x4 capabilities! I would definitely rent this place again, but going in knowing that when you get to the car rental place make sure the car definitely has 4x4 capabilities and not just driving off and assuming the car has it because you had requested it!

Stayed with three friends, enjoyed the house and had a good experience overall. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, enjoyed using the smart TV and Sonos speakers. Master bed box springs a bit warped, may need to be replaced. Master bathroom is wonderful, with walk-in shower for two including large overhead waterfall type shower heads.

We had a wonderful ski trip. The house was fine but maybe I excepted a bit more for the price. We had to rewash quite a few dishes & glasses. There were only 3 wash clothes for a place that sleeps 11. Had to hook up gas grill to use. It would of been nice to have dry firewood - so we purchased duralogs.

Annual Ski Week
We enjoyed our stay and will probably return next year. The house was perfect for our group of six adults. The kitchen was nicely equipped; we prepared breakfast and dinner there everyday as well as packed a lunch for the slopes. Andrew reached out to us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He warned me in advance that we would need four wheel drive to get there, and he was right. We got about a foot of snow during the week and each time it snowed the road going up was plowed by early morning and the driveway was plowed by the time we returned from skiing. It is about a 30 minute drive to Park City and Mountain and the Cannons ski areas. However, when we were there we found there to be plenty of parking at both ski areas.

Amazing place ! Stunning views!
This is the fourth time in four years that we have stayed at this home. Andrew is amazing. Communication is flawless. Home lacks nothing. Will definitely stay again and again at this amazing home. Thanks again!

Overall, this property is lovely and enjoyable. We could not give it 5 stars due to a couple issues. Most looming is the bedding linens situation. There was a big stain on the comforter in the master and REALLY bad issues with the linens in the guest bedroom where my daughter slept. The day we left and stripped the sheets as requested, she was none too pleased about the liner she’d been sleeping on for a week and I don’t blame her. Also her bed had no second sheet, only the fitted sheet.
With a house at this level we would expect owners to spring for new linens when they encounter problems.
Other little minor things like missing remotes and then batteries for remotes, where we had to run to the store to get batteries for an upstairs television.
Other than these fixable issues, the house is very nice and spacious, in a good location with beautiful views. Owner/management was responsive when needed. We would recommend the property for people looking for a nice stay on the outskirts of Park City.

Beautiful view and centrally located, but a few drawbacks
I visited Utah with three other friends for a guys getaway weekend. Overall the property and area were great, but we were a little disappointed that the deck was roped off for safety reasons and there were limited outdoor spaces due to the home being built into the side of a rocky hill.
The home also needs regular bug treatment as we experienced an excess number of moths, wasps, and stink-bugs in the home. We were a bit surprised to be bothered by pests when the home is not on the low end price wise.
Park City's main strip is an easy 25 minute drive away and an easy drive from SLC as well. Beds and accommodations were comfortable, but we expected a bit more luxury given the photos.

Beautiful home and quiet get away! Located about 10 minutes from downtown Park City but easy access to the highway. This home provided a great place for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the cool mountain air. Beautiful mountain trails down the street from the home that allowed for several wonderful hikes. Would definitely book again!

House was well equipped and was a great place to stay especially if you are planning time in both Salt Lake City and Park City. You can hardly see any other houses so it is nicely situated. You will be seeing I-80 traffic but as you are high up the road noise is minimal.

Great location. Central to lots of activities
Had a great time in Utah. The house was located in a great spot with a birds eye view of the surrounding areas and I-80. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The roads to the house were very steep but after a few passes we felt pretty confident.
