Comfortable and relaxing. Nice location in Bandung city.

Everything’s good but in my opinion it will be better to have digital tv. Netflix etc.

Location & public areas.

Amenities are mediocre. Mini fridge is only ’cool’. Should be ’cold’ Door not safe for fires. IT IS NOT FIRE SAFE.

Stylish character hotel close to train station

The hotel reflects great design and includes traditional art in the public areas and rooms. Staff is warm, the place relaxed, rooms on the smaller side but well-appointed, with good beds, lighting, wifi, and hot water. Great buffet breakfast is included in the price.

You may have an issue here with smoking, as would be the case everywhere in the country. You can change rooms - rooms may be similar, but can also have newer furnishings. The location may not be the best, as it is far from Jalan Braga, one of the main attractions in Bandung, and you need to keep in mind the reality of Bandung traffic. You can't walk anywhere from here. Staff speaks little English, and attempting to get help without knowledge of Bahasa can be a problem.

Location, security staffs were really nice & I like the vibes inside the room.

I waited too long to get a bell boy, while we already ordered via call to the reception. The standard room also too small, and I guess I got a room with 2 twin bed, but got merged into 1 so it'll look like a queen/double bed. No refrigerator ya anyway. Just a simple cooler for drinks. Not that cool though.

The room was clean and the service also good

Breakfast can be improved with more loading of the food when it is low stock, but seems like the hotel also not in proper number of staff (understandable) considering the overwhelmed number of guests. And may be can make solutions for the parking.

Splendid Location Poor Parking Space

The location is incredibly strategic. Although it is located in a highy busy street, you could get everything within your reach. PVJ is just accross the hotel. The legendary Bakmi Apin is within walking distances. Last but least, there are two family massage places which also could be reached within walking distances

They really need to improve and expand their parking space or they could at least initiate valet service. It is so unconvenience to get in line in basement just to get your car parked
