The apartment with WiFi is located on the second floor of an elegant early 900 building, a hundred meters from the embarkation of Santa Maria Elisabetta, next to the "La Fontaine" complex, a stone's throw from the Mostra del Cinema from Venice.

Bright and airy apartment, exposed on three sides with large windows and French windows that give on the three balconies, from which you can admire the lagoon and the typical private gardens of the island.

The three rooms are bright and spacious.
The red room, of 25 square meters. , has a double bed and has four windows including a French window on the balcony.
The blue room, 20 square meters. , has a double bed and a single bed, also has access to the balcony.
The yellow room, 20 square meters, has a double bed and a single bed.

The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, as well as a breakfast table.
The dining room, placed at an angle, has two windows and two French windows that open onto the balconies; the Bidermeier period furniture includes a table for eight people.
The living room, with window and French window on the balcony, has two sofas and a television.
The bathroom has a shower.

The property includes a beautiful private garden of 150 square meters, with direct access from the street or the local hobby, both available to guests.
The garden is equipped with water and light and ideal for snacks.
There are four bicycles for adults and one for children.

The apartment can be reached from the Venice airport with Alilaguna, from the Santa Lucia railway station (VE) by scheduled boat; by car embarking on the ferry to Tronchetto towards Lido. The Nocelli airport for private flights is about a kilometer.

A very beautiful charming apartment, quiet and very nice located, with perfect room for 6. A very kind and gentle host Girgio. We enjoyed the stay very much and will surely come back.

We had an amazing time staying on the Lido at this super authentic Venetian property. Lovely to be met by the owner Giorgio who was very welcoming and prompt with information before we arrived. The property was very stylish and the kitchen was modern and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet, only a 15 minute walk to the water bus, and the local supermarket was very well stocked. We hope to return sometime in the future.

I was attending a week long conference at the Palazzo del Casinò, and my family joined me for a holiday. This location was very close to the conference centre and provided access to everything Lido had to offer for my family. It's not far from the ferry port which provides excellent access to the centre of Venice. The building had an abundance of character and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Giorgio is an excellent host, and even managed to find an item we accidentally left behind. Two minor improvements would be, a note somewhere on the listing that there is no lift in the building, and just to make check in a little easier it would be useful to know which button to press on the gate rather than having to call Giorgio. Overall we would definitely recommend.

We had wonderful stay in the apartment, which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable, could easily accommodate 8 people. The apartment was a pleasant stroll away from waterbus and located in lovelly villa. The owner was very easy to communicate with and checkin/ checkout was simple and efficient. I would highly recommend for family and larger group!

In September 2022 I rented Giorgio's beautiful family flat to stay with my two 80-year old aunts. We had a great time: the flat was greatly decorated, spacious, quiet and peaceful and everything was there. It also was a chance to get out of the business of Venice and have quiet time with a book.... I would stay there again, the only challenge was the 4 flight of stairs to get to the flat!

Superbe séjour Dans l appartement de Giorgio à deux pas de la plage et de l’arrêt de bus qui nous conduit à l’embarcadère. Un pied à Venise, l’autre dans la mer. Giorgio est un propriétaire très facile d’accès qui nous a fait confiance (prêt de linge, de vélos…). Vacances inoubliables dans cet immeuble calme.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Insbesondere auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Garten, den man über den Keller erreicht. Unseren Kindern und uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Giorgio sehr gut gefallen.

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten, venezianischen Wohnung auf dem Lido. Giorgio hat uns persönlich und sehr nett empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die grosse Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist sehr zentral gelegen (3 Busstopps bis zum Vaporettoanleger und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants in Gehdistanz).

Für einen Besuch von Venedig ist diese Wohnung ideal gelegen, man erreicht die Vaporetto-Station Lido zu Fuß (10 min) oder per Bus. Auch die anderen Inseln in der Lagune sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, hell und sonnig, bietet Ausblick auf die Lagune und ist sehr geschmackvoll im alten Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

This apparent is a spatial ad classical residency, decorated with cultural knowledge and style of the villa it is situated in. The three large bedrooms with original floors and fitting decoration and furniture were beautiful, the largest in fact one of the most romantic room we ever lived in. We had long dinners during late evenings in the dining room, with windows and a balcony facing two directions, like sitting with the sky right outside the room watching sunsets and dramatic thunders. The apartment is neat, clean, well kept, with all functions. By bus we were at Santa Maria Elisabetta within a few minutes, for further transportations by vaporetto to Venice's all treasures; the Biennale, Giardini, is reached within 5-10 minutes from there, as for an example. Giorgio was a nice and easy reached host, and we really recommend this apartment warmly.

Een zeer mooi appartement. Op de 3e verdieping met weids uitzicht en -voor ons- voldoende frisse lucht 's nachts (er is geen airco/ventilator). Compleet met voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken. We konden zelfs de wasmachine in de kelder gebruiken. Keuken en badkamer zijn gerenoveerd. Aparte tuin voor de gasten. We hebben genoten. Prettige en snelle communicatie met Giorgio. Dank je! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, elegant und hochwertig klassisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und entspannt empfangen, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt: in 30min ist man auf dem Markusplatz und in 10min am Meer. Der Lido di Venezia eignet sich auch abends schön zum Essen und Bummeln, alles perfekt! Gerne wieder!!!

We had an amazing weekend in Giorgio's beautiful Apartment. Easily reachable at any time of day or night from the main island in Venice and a welcome, quiet idyllic place to recover after a long day in the city. Giorgio was incredibly gracious and trusting and very helpful when one of our colleagues forgot his passport and had to quickly return and pick it up. Honestly the place has it all: a stone's throw from the city and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very very highly recommended. Grazie Mille Giorgio, we will remember our trip here for a long time to come!! 💘💖✨✨✨

What a fabulous stay we enjoyed at Giorgio's place in Lido di Venezia. less than 10 min walk from the Palazzo del Cinéma / Convention Centre and slightly more than 10 min walk (700 meters) to the ferrry / vaporetto terminal to San Marco or to Murano or to the Airport. Charming flat with great views onto the Sunset and close to everything. Feels like part of the Venice history. City bicycles were also available: great plus!

We had a lovely stay in Domus Nostra.It looks out over a nice area of leafy gardens. Friendly family shops and takeaway just around the corner. Boat taxi's approximately 10 -15 minutes walk with children and the same for the beach. Definitely no need for a car with frequent all round bus service. The owner Giorgio was very friendly and helpful.
