Villa of 150 m2 typical of the Riviera of the early 20th century, for rent in the town of Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
Its location is privileged since it is located 10 minutes walk from the city center and the nearest beach (Bonporteau beach), in a quiet residential area. It also benefits from a sea view.
150 m2 arranged on two floors:
- on the ground floor: a kitchen / pantry, a small living room with television and stereo system, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two single beds (80x200), a dormitory room with 6 single beds (90x200) ) and a water point, an Italian bathroom and a separate toilet.
- upstairs: a living room (sea view) equipped with a home cinema system upscale (and wide choice of channels by the decoder), a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) (possibility to install it in 2 single beds of 90 x 200), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
The exterior consists of a garden, a terrace (with garden furniture) and a swimming pool (11m x 4m with rigid shutter - electric and secure, 1 alarm - NEW: heated pool with a pump heat during the inter-seasons) oriented South-East, with sea view.
The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m² enclosed and raised on its periphery, which protects the opposite. A sliding gate allows to park safely one or more vehicles.
The villa was completely renovated in H1 2016.
You will be welcomed on the spot the day of your arrival by a real estate agent:
- he will do with you the tour of the house,
- will introduce you to the operation of the pool,
- will have you sign the internal rules of the villa,
- and will also make the inventory of places of exit when you leave.
Package of sheets and towels sponges 10 € / people: beds made on arrival), towels provided sponges.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 250 is also provided with a mid-week changeover for the cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms is scheduled.
1st floor equipped kitchen: traditional oven, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine cellar and small appliances.
Also at your disposal: two washing machines, a tumble dryer, a steam generator, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, 2 hairdryers, a gas griddle. The wifi internet connection is available free of charge.
The villa is air conditioned on each floor. An air conditioner and 2 mobile fans are provided in addition for the ground floor.

We are a group of family / friends who meet for holiday every year (English / Danish) with one 16 year old boy and one 16 year old girl.
Out visit to Cavalaire meant that our Danish friends could drive and bring their (very well behaved) labradoodle. It was also reliving memories for my sister and I as we used to holiday in the town as children.
This is a truly beautiful villa and setting. The pictures do not do it justice at all. It is very well equipped (although a knife sharpener would be welcome) and perfectly set up for different groups to holiday together. You can walk into town / to the nearest supermarket if you wish (just watch out for a very steep hill on the way back) but we had cars as we wanted to explore the area.
The pool is wonderful, a great size and very clean - it appears to be constantly filtering.
My only slight bugbear is the 4pm check in and 9am check out. Effectively that means you lose a whole day (so it becomes 6 days). I would think an 11am check out and 3pm check in would be do-able and would make things easier for guests. I realise the villa has to be cleaned in between guests but it could be done easily with a couple of people.
Finally, thank you to Laurent (the house manager) and Frédéric the owner for a lovely stay in the beautiful villa. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you for hosting our family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 tweens) last week. The property itself is a dream and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. The renovations are tastefully done and the current photos do not do justice to the beauty of the property. The location is wonderful- a pleasant walk into town to grab our daily groceries as well as a somewhat challenging walk to the beautiful Bonporteau Beach. We are missing the villa already and hope to be able to stay again next year.

Summer Trip
We very much enjoyed our first visit to the South of France in this newly renovated villa. The view of the Mediterranean from the pool and deck coupled with the nice amenities throughout the home made this a great place to stay. The villa was walking distance to downtown Cavalaire Sur Mer but also felt secluded. The owner and his team did a great job answering any questions we had prior to and during the trip.

Fabulous Villa
The villa surpassed expectations, it is even more beautiful than the pictures especially the pool and garden. We wish we had stayed for longer and were sad to leave. The villa was well equipped, would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this area or discover this hidden gem. 5 🌟

Tout est parfait; le personnel est très aimable (piscinier, femme de ménage, jardinier). Cependant, l'équipement de la cuisine relève plus d'une buanderie que d'une cuisine. il manque un lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine du bas ainsi que des couteaux avec des manches verts d'eau. La clim est très agréable. Le mobilier est sobre et très élégant. La cuisine du 1er étage est très super. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. J'en garde un excellent souvenir.

Magnifique séjour
Tout est fait dans cette maison pour que vos vacances se passent bien. Le charme de la maison, le jardin, la piscine, le calme tout en étant à proximité du centre de Cavalaire à pied. L’equipement de la maison est top il ne manque rien. Allez y les yeux fermés!

Nicht empfehlenswert.
Das Haus war nicht vollständig nutzbar. Reperaturen während des Aufenthalts nötig, lange Diskussionen über Rechnungsbeträge und Verantwortlichkeiten mit dem Vermieter und der Hausverwaltung. Pool verdreckt, nicht geheizt und nicht nutzbar. Eher desolater Allgemeinzustand des Hauses und nicht wirklich sauber. Zu hohe Kaution.
Wir würden dieses Haus nicht nochmal buchen.

Magnifique séjour à la Villa Les Bruyères Sarrazin
Nous avons passé 10 merveilleuses journées à la villa Les Bruyères Sarrazine : maison avec du volume - de grandes chambres, belle décoration moderne et sécurisée - une belle cuisine très bien équipée avec, cerise sur la gâteau, un frigo cave à vin très fortement apprécié pour nos bonnes bouteilles du cru local achetées au-cours de notre séjour - une piscine magnifique ayant une belle vue mer et équipée d'une sirène d'alarme nous rassurant pour nos enfants en bas âge.
nous avons profité, à moins de 10 mn à pied ( attention le chemin est en pente, le retour est un peu difficile, surtout avec nos jeunes enfants fatigués) d'une plage idyllique et familiale : la CRIQUE de BONPORTEAU moins connue que les plages du centre-ville (donc beaucoup moins "peuplée"). Encaissée entre des rochers (des jeunes sautent de surplombs rocheux de 6M de haut !! ), l’environnement de cette plage de sable fin est très dépaysant où le masque et le tuba sont indispensables !! Point faible : cette plage est NON-SURVEILLEE.
Le centre-ville, le port, et la plage principale (sur-peuplée) sont à une 20aine de mn à pied. Nous en avons surtout profité le soir, avec une température plus clémente, avec passages très appréciés à la "Rhumerie", située au port, pour son ambiance, ses cocktails et ... faire découvrir à mes papilles, leurs différents et délicieux rhums des îles non présents sur leur carte ( à demander directement au serveur).
Bref, nous avons d'hors et déjà prévu de revenir à la Villa Les Bruyères Sarrazine car cette maison est aussi belle et reposante que sa région

Villa pleind de charme et de tranquillité
La villa est tout simplement pleine de charme et de caché, en plus de cela les intérieurs et extérieurs sont parfaitement agencés pour pouvoir y vivre à 14 personnes sans aucun problème. La propreté est irréprochable et les équipement proposés font la différence avec d'autres villa ( Barbecue WEBER style plancha+gril, machine Nespresso et 2 TV 4K avec leurs home cinéma...). De plus les différentes terrasses extérieurs avec parasols permettent de choisir ses emplacements pour manger en extérieur et s'adapter au soleil !
Je recommande les yeux fermés cette villa, son nombre de couchage lui permet de se différencier des villas de standing similaire.

Quelle belle maison. Celle-ci est à la fois accueillante et familiale, un vrai petit cocon. Parfaite pour un séjour entre amis, surtout qu'elle est à 15 minutes du centre et que la piscine est géante et toute la journée ensoleillé. Je vous conseille vivement cette maison pour passer de superbes vacances où tout est accessible !

Superbe villa avec piscine située à 5-7minutes de la plage à pied. Très bien desservie, en début de montagne. Vue sur mer incroyable de la terasse. La décoration est très sophistiquée, choisie avec goût. Tout est à disposition. On ne manqué de rien. On a passé un super séjour. Je recommande vivement!

Villa très bien desservie. La mer se trouve à 5-8 minutes de la plage. Le lieu est très calme et reposant en début de montagne. Cette vue sur le jardin et la mer était magnifique. La villa est pensée et décorée avec goût. Tout etait à disposition. Super séjour! Je recommande!!!!

Ayant passé une dizaine de jours avec des amis, cette maison est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Beaucoup de chambres à disposition et très spacieuse. Repartie en deux étages chacun équipé de plan de travaille pour la cuisine. De grandes chambres bien équipées. Une maison situé en hauteur avec vue de loin sur la mer, un endroit très calme et reposant, aucun problème de voisinage. Nous avons tout fait à pied car le centre est à 10 minutes de la maison et la plage à 15 minutes. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable et recommandons cette magnifique maison !
