IT IS A VERY QUIET PLACE, SURROUNDED BY SEA VIEWS AND THE SPECTACULAR MOUNTAINS, WHERE IT CAN BE IN ADDITION TO RESTING, EXCURSIONS AND PRACTICE VARIOUS SPORTS, BOTH AQUATICS AND TERRESRES.
THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL SITUATED, ONLY FIVE MINUTES ON FOOT FROM THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS, CAFETERIA, SUPERMARKET AND LEISURE AREA VERY NEAR.
IT HAS THREE BEDROOMS WITH TWO BEDS EACH ONE, INDEPENDENT KITCHEN (COMPLETELY EQUIPPED) TWO BATHROOMS, A FRONT PATIO WHERE THE COHE CAN BE PARKED AND ANOTHER IN THE BACK WITH TABLE, CHAIRS, TUMBONA AND BARBECUE, WITH PLASTERS. IT HAS INTERNET CONNECTION.
THE OWNER LIVES IN THE SAME STREET, AND IN CASE OF HAVING SOME PROBLEM OR QUESTIONS I CAN GO IN VERY LITTLE TIME.

We the family of 4 people enjoyed staying in Pilar’s two storey townhouse. It has everything the travelers may ever need and more: air conditioner on each floor, on site parking at the front yard behind a gate, a nice patio at the backyard, a well equipped kitchen with a natural gas stove, a convenient master bedroom on the 2nd floor, and one more room. Each floor has a separate bathroom.
You can easily walk to the nearest clean beach in 5 minutes. There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants in a walking distance from the house. The popular area around the Balcony of Europe is nearby, 10 minutes walking from the house. Visit the town museum there, it is well organized and informative, and you can learn about history of Nerja, including its distant past. Pilar is very helpful, and it is easy to communicate with her. We wish that we could stay longer in her house.

We loved this home for it’s location, space and Pilar’s generous check in and check out times. With 6 adults, we had space hang out together and be in different locations. We had rented bikes and we had a place to park them inside the courtyard. The house was close to everything we wanted to do… cafés, beaches, a great gym, and easy to get around on the bikes. Pilar was very flexible and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her home.

This house is situated in an excellent location although it is a quiter part of the town it is still close to shops, restaurants and bars. The house had everything that you need. Pilar is a lovely lady who is only too happy to help.

We very much liked this townhouse. It was in a great central location with a parking available in front which is very difficult to find now due to a great increase in tourists in Nerja in the winter months since the last time we were here.
The kitchen and dining area was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain friends.
The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we really liked the patio area off the kitchen as well as the washroom with shower there.
We had an issue with the gas hot water heater initially but this was quickly resolved by our host, Pilar, who had it replaced with an electric water heater with a tank.
Pilar was very congenial and helpful with everything and we were overall very pleased with her and this property that we stayed in for 5 weeks.

Within the first 10 days we had to remain in the property 4 days to assist owner and tradesmen to try to repair smells, hot water not working and electricity cutouts which should have been done before our arrival.
Even after the repairs, the hot water was very difficult to balance between heat and water pressure.
Additionally, we found the lounge stunk of an unknown source, cleaning did not eradicate the smell and deodorizing was repeatedly done with little effect.
We asked the owner for some sort of compensation for this issues and was told that she would fix anything but no discount or refund of the rent.
In our opinion the house is not suitable for long term winter rental as it has no direct sunlight and is generally cold.

I stayed at Pilar's property for 30 days from the 16th may the property was of a high standard and had everythingyou would need for your holiday. The property is very central in the town centre with supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes walk and the seafront and resturants are 10 min walk away. Pilar the host lives a short distance away, a charming helpful lady who responds very quickly to any queries yoy might have. My family and I had an

The house was in a great location and great for getting around on foot. I had a mobility scooter and was able to do things I hadn't been able to before. Pilar is a great host and nothing is a problem if you need help. Will try to go back next year.

House was in a traditional Spanish street. House set on 2 levels indoors with roof terrace. Further outside space at front and back and balcony with main bedroom.
Place was very clean and everything you would need if you want to stay in and cook or take the 10 minute walk to the main Square in Nerja via the many bars and restaurants along the way. Local supermarkets 10 seconds away with main supermarket less than 5 minutes. The lovely Beach is about 2 minutes away.

Pilar is excellent, she lives nearby and is always available.
The house is clean and very well equipped - everything you need, with new, good quality appliances and comfortable beds.
There is a nice large patio at the back for BBQs etc with sunshade
There is a roof terrace with sun all day
Heat exchangers for heat in winter and cooling in summer
Large flat screen TV (Spanish channels only, but cable company can offer alternatives)
Fast internet access
Near bars, restaurants, shops and beach

Although the front patio is big enough for a car, it is impossible to drive in and out if there are cars parked opposite, which is most of the time. In holiday periods (Easter in our case) it is impossible to find any parking anywhere near.
It is a typical Spanish house with small dark rooms
It was fine for two of us but 6 would find it restricting especially in winter when the outside areas would be chilly
The electricity trips out under load - eg if oven and kettle are on at the same time.

December 2018 We were 4 adults on a walking holiday. The property is only a 10 min. Walk to the Balcon . The house is set up for 6 people but we found it a little small for 4 so wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults. The second toilet and shower is outside but we didn't find this a problem . Our overall holiday and experience was very good and would recomend this property

We visit Nerja often and this house was in a great location for us - halfway between the Monica and the Balcon and close to all the people and places we normally visit.
The house was big enough for 5 of us and having 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down was ideal for our 2 family groups, and we each had our own bathroom.
The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it a lot as there are so many cheap places to eat nearby.
The roof terrace, balcony and courtyard meant a choice of outside spaces, as well as the patio at the front which could be locked so another secure place for the kids to play.
Had a lovely week and looking forward to our next visit.

property was as seen in photos very clean and comfortable, lots of extra kitchen equipement towels and bedding. we took our dog who loved walking on the beach in the morning before it got too warm. lots of great restruants and bars and little shops Go to Frigilana its so lovely we went walking up into the mountains. Had a great stay loved the area and would recommend

"It's very nice, clean and pretty house. 3 bedroms can give you a good chance to invite your friends to stay for a while. It's also nice flower garden infront of the door, as well as a yard behind (where you can barbecue or just nip home-made sangria). Kitchen is well-equipped. And our boy liked very much to keep a watering pot for sprinkling flowers house over. It's very good choice if you're interested in the beach as well as the center (Balcon de Europa), both are very close to this appartment."
