Overall we have really good time and enjoy other vacation.

It’s a beautiful place with a lot of space and huge garden. Many swimming pools and great food

The hotel transportation charge twice than local taxi, and the beds are not so comfortable. I ordered king size bed and got 2 single bed connected. Also the hotel is wide spread and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to my room.

The location was amazing and the property was really spacious.

Beware during check out unnecesary prices added to the bill.

The serving staff was very good. The cleanliness of the garden side was good despite heavy rains.

Beware if your check out. Unreasonable prices added during check out. The check out staff especially the manager and head. They lied to me on 2 different occasions. Not accepting their own staff words. First said airport pick n drop is complimentary. Confirmed it when I reached and even the next day. Confirming it 2 times and then simply rejecting it during check out- charging to and fro rates for the pick up. Not even accepting that they made an error and pointing the fact that I may be making it up and why didn’t i get it in writing that it was complimentary. charged inr 5000 for pick up. The sofa of my room was literally broken. i complained and said give an extra bed instead. At checkout they said it wasn’t broken and simply slanted as an excuse to charge for an extra adult the price of an extra bed that was given because the sofa was broken. charged inr 5000 for extra bed.

Exceptional

Every thing from location to the hospitality of the staff. I travelled with my parents and the resort is beautifully located. The resort is well maintained. The staff at the restaurant were great and took care of every request of ours. The swimming pool was amazing.

Just some cosmetic things - the shampoo and body bath were difficult to open and use. Would definitely recommend hotel to improve that.

Its the best place for a refreshing and memorable stay....

Everything was good from check-in process. The location, view, facilities was of top class. Would definitely recommend.

1)Awesome beach facing property with great facilities like big pool ,spa , restaurants 2) Lot of activities cricket football ,paintball, cycling ,etc 3)Great staff to pamper you

Lovely stay

the location , the beach the cleanliness and the staff.. everything was excellent

too many marriages all the time. marriage parties creating a flock during the breakfast hours and disturbing the guests

Excellent place to stay.

Breakfast and the special dinner on 24th Dec.

1) Resort should clearly inform the customers that Casino is NOT part of them. 2) There was a mismatch between the terms and condition mentioned by Bookin.com while reserving the room vis-a-vis the Resorts policy regarding payment. While Booking.com mentioned that after the Day of Free cancellation, they will charge ONE NIGHT amount and the balance to be paid at the resort at the time of checking. But the resort charged full amount after that date . According to them this is their Policy !!! Apparently Booking.com did not present the correct picture to us.

Room dining staff had given 100% to make us feel comfortable especially the Chef who prepared customised food for my infant baby.looking forward for more stay in future.

Property need to renovate as it appears to be in repairable condition.

Passable!!

Staff really needs to be trained overall. There is a lack of finesse not only in the staff but in the overall package itself. Except for the location, I'd say there's nothing great about this property. Passable!!

Good Place to stay but staff can be more friendly and efficient.

Breakfast & Dinner spread is good. Property is on the Beach and its a good white sand beach. They have a big swimming pool and lot of families are always in the pool, this makes the rooms next to the swimming pool lil noisy as well.

There are always very many guests in the resort so if you want something you need to follow up with the staff many times. For Breakfast and dinner you need to fend for yourself and there is no one helping you to get stuff that you ordered, at your table. Same is the case if you want something in the room.
