Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel bien placé dans le quartier colonial
Piscine pas vraiment entretenue. La chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur, il faut payer pour en avoir une. La chambre sent l'humidité.

Alex helped us out a lot at the reception the staff is great.
Pool was quite dirty, there was no plug at the side of the bed like listed in the booking. And lots of other things they listed didn't exist either like fireplace, walk in closet etc. I didn't need any of those but if they are not there they shouldn't be listed.

Breakfast was great but would love more variety. Loved the food in the restaurant.
My room was right next to the street which i didn't like, but it wasn't bad since at night there wasn't much noise.

The place felt safe. The breakfast was a plentiful, buffet style with a lot of options from eggs, plantains, sandwiches and many more. For dinner the restaurant was excelente the food was tasty and well presented. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The location was relatively close to the Malecon (shoreline) and the colonial district.

Nothing.
Everything was dirty, there were blood stains on the pillows and you could clearly tell the sheets hadn’t been cleaned.

It was pretty good for the money we paid! The room was clean, as well as the rest of the facilities, everything worked fine (except for the outlet in the bathroom). The hotel has a small indoors pool with some bar seats next to it and the rooftop bar which are nice quiet spots for hanging out if you don't want to leave.
Towels and bedding had stains on them. Also, the barman at the rooftop terrace looked like a teenager, took a very long time to mix two cocktails for us (it looked like he was doing it for the first time, he was looking into the preparation instructions) and then the drinks were very weak. I'd say the hotel needs to train him a little better.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mickaël Jean who took the time to explain in French what I didn't catch in Spanish
Nice little rooftop
Breakfast was included and there's a restaurant on site
Comfortable bed
The room was average.
The shower was either very hot or very cold - hot water didn't hold and turned icy in seconds. This needs fixing.
The room walls could use freshening up and the kitchen wasn't really usable.
Pool and "hot" tub were cold
The hotel is withing walking distance of all main sights in Zona Colonial but the immediate surroundings are not great.

This is not my first time staying here and it certainly won't be the last. I feel very comfortable and taken care of at this hotel. As always Michael Jeaan was attentive, polite and very welcoming. Would totally recommend.
My one little complain is that the plug in in the bathroom wasn't working but I am sure they'll fix that.
