wonderful appartement and the beautiful beaches and Natural State Park few minutes drive.

Alvy provided washing powder, dishes soap, salt and sugar. It makes everything simpler for cooking for children. An efficient, ready to live in, clean and comfortable appartement.

Host was responsive and seemed kind, but I would not stay again.

The view was decent. The kitchen had enough pots/pans and dishes.

The place hadn't been cleaned. We had to do some tidying up, but there were cleaning supplies there. There was hair, dirt and some other substance in the shower. In addition, there was a ring around the toilet and dirt in the bidet. The beds had some random red stains on the bedskirt and pillows. Took the linens off the bed to wash and noticed holes and massive stains on the mattress pad. The kitchen had cashews and dead bugs on the floor. There was so much dust, my entire family had uncontrollable sneezing. My allergies were so bad that I was sure a pet had been on the premises. We ended up booking another location for our last 2 days. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The parking is on a steep incline and to get to the doorstep, you have to be extra careful of the walk up and down. One of the people in my party did fall, so be extra careful when it rains. I do not recommend this place for the elderly and physically impaired.

Everything was perfect.. location, space, we had everything we needed to be comfortable on our stay.. Alvy was checking on us daily and made sure we didn't need anything. We will make this our getaway place in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Wonderful experience. Felt like home away from home; will definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved the apartment! It had all the amenities to make our family's visit very comfortable. It was in a great location and had a lovely outdoor area perfect for morning coffee and watching sunsets. I did quite a bit of cooking, so really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The convenience of having a washer and dryer on the premise was great. Finally,the owner was very courteous, helpful, and fully available whenever needed. I will definitely recommend this rental and will stay again when I'm back in PR.

We weren't able to park in the carport directly in front of the apartment. Since the apartment is on an incline, this made exiting the property a little difficult.

Excellent for a family with kids! They even had toys and a pack-and-play. Super comfortable!

A bit far away from the beach and other areas of interest, so you definitely need a car. But that's ok!

Beautiful view and great owners.

Alvy and her family are very welcoming and friendly. They made sure the apartment was spotless and responded quickly whenever we had a question rather about the beach or WiFi.

Unable to watch tv in living room. If there's no cable, it should include the information or better instructions to watch tv. The tv remote had no batteries.
