Awesome location, walk to the beach, the Marginal way, Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit. The trolley is right down the street. Heated pool, tennis courts, and playground for your children. Recently renovated master bedroom and two full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout and patio with ocean views. Two air conditioners and well stocked kitchen. Master has a king bed and sleeper sofa is a king with a tempurpedic mattress.

Very nice floor plan, clean and well-maintained apartment in a well kept building. Plus a nice view down Israel Head Road to the water — watch the sailboats go by from the living room couch! Perfect location between town and Perkins Cove — an easy and very nice walk to either place.

If you are looking for a perfect vacation, then you must rent Peter & Kim’s condo at The Lookout! We have been renting their condo for six years and have never been disappointed! The condo is always very clean, the location cannot be beat and the condo is very well stocked with all the essentials. We love relaxing on the deck and seeing the ocean just a stones throw away. Thank you Peter & Kim for always being the perfect hosts and allowing us to return to our happy place year after year. If you are planning on visiting Ogunquit, we highly recommend you rent this condo, you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at Peter and Kim’s place. It was super clean and had a sweet deck with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was well organized and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time. I would most definitely rent it again. Some suggestions: add grab bars, rubber mats, soap dishes and shelves to hold shampoo, etc. to the bathrooms. Also, provide sheets and towels.

Condo was very clean and neat. A bit misleading being listed as a two bedroom since it’s one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom bathtub needs some hand holds and at least one shelf for your soap/ shampoo, etc. There aren’t any. The tub floor was slippery without texture and you need to be careful in it. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and with the above mentioned improvements it would be even better.

This condo is the only place we stay when in Ogunquit! It is within walking distance to everything. The condo is always spotless and well equipped with all the essentials. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. You cannot beat the view!

You can't beat the location, halfway between Perkins Cove and the main beach, and just a brief walk to the Marginal Way. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (although a box grater or cheese grater would have been nice! :) ). Owners were friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to all inquiries. I suppose that the opposite side of the building would have yielded a slightly better view & more protection from the sun on the balcony, but that's hardly important.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, Kim & Peter’s condo is where you will want to be! Having your morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean cannot be beat. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need and it is always super clean! The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

The Perfect Spot
Thank you Kim and Peter for being such good host. Much to our delight the photos of your condo did not fully capture the charm and warmth one gets upon opening the door and stepping into your place. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all one would need for a comfortable stay. note: washer/dryer are not in the unit but assessable. The views of the ocean were marvelous, easily visible from the sofa in the living room, balcony or Marginal Way, which was a short walk from the condo. The location is exceptional. You really can get to the beach, restaurants and shopping with out needing to drive.
I traveled with my husband and our two girls. Everyone was thrilled with how the week in Ogunquit turned out and voiced wishes to return. I strongly recommend staying at Kim and Peter's place -you will not be disappointed. Cheers, Soledad

Finally a week away
After 3 years, we finally got a week away in Ogunquit. The condo was perfect for a couple. It was clean, convenient, very comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Peter and Kim are great communicators and made the process as easy as could be.

Excellent Stay!
We had a Great vacation with the family! Peter checked to make sure if we had any questions he was always there to help! The kids loved the property they had a great time in the pool and loved playing in the back yard. The beds were very comfortable and was nice that they were king size. Having two bath rooms with 5 people were great! Completely enjoyed our stay was nice to sit on balcony to watch the ocean every morning... Thank you again Peter and Kim for a Great Stay!

Truely newly renovated property centrally located in town Ogunquit. Easy check in and very available host if any questions. Very clean. Perfect for two people but would accommodate up to four if necessary. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Ogunquit in the future.

Oasis near the ocean
The lookout and this condo were a wonderful oasis and celebration of our first trip since the pandemic. You cannot beat the location near the ocean, marginal way and downtown Ogunquit. The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable and the owners were very responsive. We hope to return soon.

Great Location, Great Owners and PRIME location
We were traveling to Portland our first day, but stopped to drop our bags off on our way through Ogunquit. Peter was more than accommodating, even allowed us to leave our bags in his condo and let our 2 year old stretch his legs for a few minutes. When we made it back later in the evening, the condo was SPOTLESS! This place is in prime location.. with EASY access to the marginal way, the downtown shops, the beach and Perkins Cove. Peter and Kim do an excellent job and even offered to mail us our sons blanket that we mistakenly left behind. If your thinking of booking in the Ogunquit area, and this unit is available, STOP AND BOOK THIS UNIT IMMEDIATELY! You will not be disappointed in the slightest!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit very much. It was our first post-Covid vacination venture from home and it couldn’t have worked out any better. The little things...
We just returned from a COVID-style birthday getaway and Peter’s place did not disappoint. We were able to get takeout from a few local restaurants and we were able to cook our own meals. We have stayed in other VRBOs that didn’t have a decent set of knives but Peter had nice real knives and aluminum foil! It was the little things that impressed. Very clean, very comfortable and fantastic location for walking. We hope to return. And Peter, we’d like to hear more stories about the building!

This lovely, well-appointed condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to restaurants, the Marginal Way, and other sites. Leave your car and walk everywhere. Beautiful ocean views. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

GREAT STAY AT THE LOOKOUT
We've stayed in several units at the Lookout Condo. The location and property is wonderful. This unit is very cute and very clean. The decor is eclectic with a London theme. My favorite feature was the large master bath. King bed and King pullout sofa were both very comfortable. This is the first unit that we stayed in that faced the street. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy with the windows open. We arrived around 9pm and the owner Peter was very responsive to my questions at that hour of the evening, which was very nice. There were a few small inconveniences, but nothing that was a deal breaker. No ice or ice trays when we arrived, but the owner offered to drop some off in the morning. Sheets were supplied for the King bed, but there were none for the pullout sofa. There was a comforter and pillows for the pullout though. I did inquire about whether sheets were supplied and was told they were. So if you're planning on using the pullout sofa, make sure you'll have sheets. Many rentals in Maine don't supply sheets and bath towels at all. Very odd I know, but I think that's changing. Lastly, if you're a coffee drinker be aware that they have a Kuerig single cup coffee maker not a regular coffee pot. So make sure you buy the K cups. It would have been nice to have had a couple of K cups in the unit for people like me who don't even think to pay attention to what kind of coffee maker the unit has. Nothing worse than waking up in the morning to no coffee. Perhaps the purchase of an inexpensive coffee machine to keep in the cabinet for folks who prefer to have a pot of coffee would be a nice addition to the apartment. All in all a lovely unit at a reasonable price, in a wonderful building with a great location.

Great Condo in an Excellent Location
We just got home from a wonderful week at Kim and Peter's place. The condo is in a great location between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit center. It is very comfortable and plenty roomy for two of us. The outdoor deck is a nice size and has excellent views. Peter is great with communicating and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location for peaceful relaxation
This property was everything I expected and more. It was absolutely pristine and in my favorite part of Ogunquit, pretty much equidistant to both Perkins Cove and the town center. The view from the deck was the icing on the cake - and where we had breakfast every morning and relaxed in the evening.

Simply Perfect
We could not have been more pleased with the accomodations. While some of the outdoor amenities are not available due to COVID-19, it didn't matter. The location is perfect - short walks to Marginal Way, the center of town, and Perkins Cove. The condo. has everuthing you need, including a nice balcony with nothing overhead. The bed was super comfy and everything was spotless. Peter and Kim were responsive. We would go back in a heart beat!

Wonderful stay again
When you stay more than once you know you've found a great place. Peter and Kim take pride in their property from the detail in which they decorate to the cleanliness of the property, I'm a neat freak to the point my wife says "they make a pill for what you have" and I have no problem at Kim and Peter's place, immaculate. I've been traveling to Maine since I was a child and you could not beat a better location. Off the main drag and quiet, but close enough that you can walk to everything and enjoy it. Just enough room for the wife and children and great having 2 bathrooms. All recently renovated and with top notch equipment, fixtures and appliances. we will be back up again for another visit in a couple years and hope that they still have their property so we can stay again
