Great apartment and fantastic staff.

This is my second trip to Armenia and this property. The staff are extremely helpful and the apartments are very clean and tidy with everything you need.

There was building work going on during my stay but staff made me aware of the extra noise in advance and so I was not inconvenienced.

Awesome, I will stay again in the same property for the next visit to Armenia.

Location especially, near the Dalma mall, lots of parking spaces, room had all facilities, crystal clean, huge balcony with relaxation chair.

Nothing honestly, everything was good.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful. There was a great view of Mt Ararat.

It is a bit out of the main part of the city but only a short taxi ride away.

amazing place, feels like home from the first minutes! shopping center is next door, where you can buy food and everything you need. if you want to spend most of the time at home - it’s a perfect place for that.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated, and comes with everything that you need for a basic comfortable long stay.

A tad far from the central area but it is also located at a convenient location, near to a huge mall and near the genocide museum

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious and modern with a great view of the scenery, when the air was clear. The staff was extremely helpful. Driving in and out was challenging, but that's not so different from most parts of Yerevan.

Fantastic!

The best hotel apartment i have ever been to. Everything was beyond fantastic. The management and reception were so kind and helpful, the location was perfect, close to a very nice shopping mall. The facilities and decoration in the apartment were amazing. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in Yerevan

Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia (separate review) and just before leaving. We mixed up the dates and reserved the day earlier my mistake. Luckily they had one room available and there was no problem to change the date from their side (thanks again!), they only warned us that it is a room of lesser category than we had the first time. But we really didn't see any downside at all once we got in and even liked this apartment more as is had completely separate bedroom. The room was huge, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The daily reception staff were again very friendly and helpful. Location is further away from the center, but the taxi prices are very affordable, so not a problem at all. The nearby shopping center with big supermarket and catering options came in handy. Again, an excellent option for stay in Yerevan.

Excellent accomodation in Yerevan

Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia and just before leaving (separate review). We arrived from the airport at around 5 am to the hotel and were greeted by the night guards who were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the necessary information, even a coffee and shown the best views of both Ararat and Aragats - still very grateful for their attention. The daily reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and with the view of magnificent Ararat. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The location of the hotel is quite a bit outside the city center so you'll need either a car or take a taxi which is not a problem as the prices are more than reasonable. Next to the hotel is the shopping center with a big supermarket as well as catering options. All in all, an excellent option for staying in Yerevan.

Not a criticism, just a suggestions. The doors leading to the stairs should be able to be open also from the stairs side, in case the elevators don't work.

It is really cozy, spacious and very is nice view out of the huge balcony (you can see Ararat!). there is shopping mall nearby with currency exchange (not best rates, but really 5 minutes from hotel) and very good grocery store (Erevan city). You will need taxi to get to city center (~10 minutes), but this is not a problem as taxi is very cheap, even business class.
