the view of the city was breathtaking

Alejandro was a wonderful host. "Glamping" is exactly the right word for this experience, and as a "glamping" stay, Alejandro gets the highest ratings!
For us, it was all wonderful!

View was very nice
Bathroom is too small for cleaning yourself, I am not talking about taking shower, it’s too small even for washing face, brushing teeth.
Parking is expensive overnight($35), since we do have to park overnight to stay on the boat. That is not consistent with the description of $10/day in the listing on booking.com.

Being a boat in the middle of the harbour, the view is unbeatable. It is extremely difficult to really rate an accommodation like this, because it is totally non-traditional and does not fit well the criteria one uses to select accommodation on booking.com. My only previous experience sleeping on a recreational boat was a house boat in Lisbon, which was a lot bigger, had heating and cooling, and was connected to the power grid with regular outlets, and had foot access to the land. If you are looking for a hotel room, this is definitely not for you. If you are looking for an adventure, or test your interest in owning a sail boat, by all means, go for it. We had booked two nights, but stayed only one. This is not the owner's fault, but my gf could not handle the motion well. She ended up sleeping outside on the deck, which was fine, since it was warm and did not rain. Certainly, the price is much lower than most hotel accommodations in Miami Beach, so you should not expect 5-star comfort.
Size of an accommodation is a selection criterion for me. That said, when you book accommodation for a trip for two weeks, you generally do not read all the fine print, because accommodation is only one small part of a trip, so you know that you'll always be getting more than you expected sometimes and less at other times. No guarantees. The description says 90 sq meters. That cannot be possibly correct. Maybe it is supposed to be 90 sq feet usable space, which might be more accurate - because a square meter is about 9 sq feet. If you take 30 feet length and maybe 10 feet at the widest point, you would get 300 sq ft if you assumed the boat was a rectangle. But clearly, it is not. It is pointed at both ends, so that the total area is perhaps half - i.e. about 150 square feet, which is 14 sq meters. However, this is the total "footprint" of the boat. The usable space might be half of that. Factually, there is not enough floor space inside to open a normal suitcase. For two people, I think the space is ok, but for 4, two would have to sleep on the benches along the tables or outside under the sky. I got most of my information from the other ratings ahead of time, and I knew I would be taking a chance with my gf, but I thought on balance, she would enjoy the adventure. She did not - my risk :-) I think the description could be improved and essential information moved from the fine print to the main text. If you spent the whole day on board instead of going into town, you might have an issue with heat. But this is something you would presumably know if you went on a sailing trip - you don't go sailing in the tropics for air conditioned dinner, and you don't go cross country skiing in a t-shirt, so as long as you understand that sailing, cross country skiing and mountain climbing are all sports, you will have the right idea.

It sits in the middle of the bay. Your views are the Miami skyline and the Port of Miami. Not to mention all the boats around you. The water was calm and you get rocked to sleep. You can sleep outside if you'd like. So peaceful. Alejandro, the owner and water taxi transporter was a salty, super friendly guy. The second night he spent an hour talking with us.
The bathroom floor is at an angle, being to the port side of the boat and not the center.

The location was perfect, the staff was super accommodating and the boat was so clean and beautiful! They attended to all of our needs/wants and took very excellent care of us. I hope to return again soon.
I really didn't find anything that I didn't like. This is not a 5-star hotel, but a very nice glamping experience. To wake up on the water is a wonderful experience.

Wonder stay! Great downtown views, the boat is all surrounded by beautiful green turquoise water and amazing city sky lines. This is like glamping (glamours camping). Make sure you take ice, drinks and whatever you want to prepare for breakfast or eat. They have a small kitchen to cook, plus they provide cooking ware, plates et... They have a bathroom with a small shower and a small bedroom as well. You’ll have everything you need. If you need to go to shore to dine in a restaurant the owner will include a couple of transfers to land so you can do tour thing. They owners also rent kayaks if you want to wonder or he does tours around bayside, islands on a smaller boat. Plenty to do if you want to stay active or do absolutely nothing if you want to stay all day on the boat. It was a great experience and would do it again!
The bedroom could of been more comfortable if they take the bed sides table out so to people can fit comfortably.
