Super!

Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeniu. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, śmieci wyrzucane, wymieniano ręczniki. Personel był miły i sympatyczny, życzliwy, ułatwiał nam pobyt. Dużym plusem była pomoc w organizacji transportu na lotnisko oraz przedłużenie doby hotelowej w dniu wyjazdu za niewielką dopłatą. Gdy zepsuła nam się klimatyzacja, bezproblemowo i bardzo szybko zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju. To duży plus. Duży wygodny parking z nielimitowanym wjazdem i wyjazdem. Cena za postój na parkingu atrakcyjna. Blisko do plaży, sklepów, restauracji. Blisko przystanek autobusowy z darmową komunikacją, z której bez problemu można dostać się na południe Miami. Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni.

La atención de los empleados es excelente. Sobre todo de Jenny. Y la limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones, la recepción de paquetes de compras, la disposición y buena atención. Lo súper recomiendo.

Las correderas de las cortinas estaban rotas (Detalle sumamente supérfluo.)

2 camas confortáveis, banheiro com espaço razoável e bastante espaço para guardar roupas etc.

Achei a acomodação velha, cortinas estragadas e sujas, porta de entrada bem velha e acabada.

Basic hotel in prime location

Amazing price and great location, though hotel is pretty basic

There is a short flight of stairs between the front desk and the elevator. There’s a wheelchair lift to accommodate disabled guests but the stairs are a bit of a nuisance for anyone with awkward bags.

Me robaron una cartera Tommy Hilfiger y una billetera Gucci que había comprado en oferta en Ross el día 23 de Enero ,yo estaba muy cansada y resfriada por exceso de aire acondicionado en USA y no tome la precaución del día 24 de guardarla con llave en mi maleta, porque no es primera vez que escucha escojo hoteles en booking y jamás me había sucedido algo semejante el monto del robo afortunadamente solo fue de 60 dólares, pero era lo único que había adquirido para mi, porque yo financiaba el viaje familiar, mís hijos nieto y nuera eran mis invitados y no tenían muchos ingresos, por eso yo debía administrar muy bien el dinero que había destinado para éste viaje, gracias a Dios me protegió y no me robaron dinero, que había guardado en la caja de seguridad!!!!solo Dios sabe porqué permitió esta mala experiencia para quien suscribe, puesto que hice el viaje para cumplirle una promesa a mis hijos, desde pequeños que por razones de salud y económicas no había cumplido, bueno Dios hace justicia, a quien actúa mal no le va bien en su vida

Es la cuarta vez que nos alojamos en el Collins y volveremos.

La ubicación, el estacionamiento en el mismo lugar, el personal sobre todo Orlando del front desk y el personal de limpieza muy gentiles y muy buen trabajo.

Los colchones merecerían un cambio. Faltaría un microondas.

Ubicacion, precio, personal se noto en todo momento preocupación. Estacionamiento pago pero es un plus.

Emplacement proche de restaurants et de magasins (Publix entre autres) pour faire des courses facilement. Piscine de belle taille Personnel au top

L'hôtel a quelques années et ca se voit. Ce n'est pas gênant et ca contribue sur le prix

soundproofing was not great we could hear other clients arguing on adjacent room. staff asked for silence but the first night was tough.

The guy at the reception (he was like 30 or something) is most uninterested in guests. It took me 10 minutes to figure out where my room was. He wouldn't explain anything and he will not even greet you. He is definitely in the wrong profession.

if you like bugs go there

it was close to the pier

I had bugs in my room. several. I killed two, then kept seeing more. I called for a new room. I am handicapped, so this was a big deal. I had two suitcases I was dragging around. I asked the clerk to bring the new key for the new room and he wasn’t happy. then I asked if he could go check that room for bugs and he did reluctantly . I asked his help me move my luggage again he wasn’t happy to do so.. I wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t even sleep in bed for fear of bedbugs. I sat up in a chair till morning and checked out.

Fair price for a good stay.

Comfortable room and nice pool.

Excepct for Ana, who is a very sweet member of the staff, the others did not bother to do more than the very basics.

Good stay near the beach

The staff was very friendly and it was really close to the beach.

Cleaning is only every other day. The AC was quite loud. The balcony door didn't properly lock.
