Parking restrictions on Monday morning were a bit of a pain but overall very happy with the accommodation and the location. Our apartment was perfectly acceptable but the heating had been left on in the second apartment we booked and it took 24 hours to reach a reasonable temperature.
See heating information above. See car parking restrictions above. Location doesn't look the best but it was OK for what we needed. No major concerns.

Everything I needed for the trip
Having to move the car at permit times but at least it made me get up for a morning walk!
9.0
It’s cleaned and well contained.
Parking on the street has a restriction.

It was very quiet at night so we slept well, good quality TV and clean bathroom
There was no tea, coffee or sugar. We were only there for 2 nights and most air bnbs provide this with milk sachets.
Place was a bit isolated from shops etc so we couldnt buy milk or bread for breakfast
Entrance/ hall was very tatty and did not give an initial good impression although flat itself was fine

Location was ok
Booked double room as was on honeymoon traveling had 2 single beds, says its free parking, true except for hours of 9-10 am and 2-3pm where you have to move your car and theres no where to move it to, was told theres a private road next street, however its called a private road for a reason. Arrived with a half broken wine glass in the cupboard. A tap that was hanging off. A dead decomposed mouse under the sofa. Was booked for 4 nights, as soon as we got there i complained and asked to be charged for 1 night and refunded the remaiming 3 so we could go back to the one we had just left. And was told no refunds. I Could go on and on, save yourself the aggro as there is cheaper and better out there.

The internet was really good. The owner was friendly.
Just about everything in the apartment was broken,,..not working..old or falling to pieces or missing . When you approach the front door...peeling paint... rotten wood... try to open it...creaking so loud , neighbours looking out of window. Bathroom...no waste bin..no hooks .. no toilet roll holder ..bath was mouldy, shower fell down every time you moved it.. no antislip mat in bath ... drain partly blocked. Shower screen would not stay still in one place. Bedrooms....mattresses old and springs made noise every time you moved ... Need replacing. Tried to switch on bedside lamp,,,shade fell off..no hooks. Kitchen... pedal bin doesn`t work... clock didn`t work ..TV remote flat batteries. Chair fell to pieces when we sat on it. The whole place is generally run down.. Needs some maintenance to make it liveable. We even tried to lubricate the creaking hinges everywhere ..ourselves.

Very good location only 5 minute walk to the town centre.
Large living area.
The kitchen could be a little more well stocked eg more than 1 wine glass

Noise free, comfortable apartment, lovely set up and a comfy bed.
The WiFi connection doesn't get to the bed room, just the parlour only.

It was very near town centre which we wanted. The price was reasonable
There was a used needle in the front garden..The apartment smelt of dogs (nothing against dogs ) when I stripped the bedding on leaving the matress was stained and didn't have a protector on The shower head kept sliding down so couldn't have a proper shower ..

Very easy contact and communication with owner. Quiet Environment but just 5 mins walk to the city centre. Comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a pleasent stay.

A great location. Self sufficient apartments. We will definitely use again.
Maybe the apartments should get a parking permit. It was difficult to move 3 cars to another street when you have a young baby. It was ok if we could get parked though.

Great as it is self contained, lovely to have a living room, kitchen and bedroom all separate! There was mid-stay cleaning offered and when I informed them of some bits that could be cleaned, this happened straight away!
The bed could do with a mattress cover as you could feel the flower joins and springs! I sleep really well anywhere but some nights it took a while, also with it being the garden flat, the bins were right by the bedroom window so could do with a net curtain. Also woke up to work going on one morning outside the bedroom window! Didn’t last too long, but I would say be mindful of people sleeping in the bedroom! I think it may have been a plumbing issue as the toilet sometimes had an issue flushing. Overall was a wonderful stay though.

Not much of a walk from the city centre and you’ll find this modest apartment. it’s basic but good enough.

It's a really cozy and quiet place for a small group of friends to stay together and cook their own food. Pretty much all the kitchen amenities are included which made it easy for me to cook a Christmas dinner.
The water pressure in the toilet is quite low which makes showering rather inconvenient and the WiFi isn't working at all until I restarted it.

location, warm
mouldy round bath,

not served
Communication, I had got wrong info about the room number, and had a problem to find out which one I have....
The heating did not work, however I did not find anybody to talk about it.

The bed cover was very light for the time of year, a warmer duvet or blanket would be good. Apart from that, no complaints.

The bedding and towels were very clean, and it was easy to access the property. Communication from the host was fine and we were given instructions to locate the keys and about the parking.
The host could have provided a parking permit for the duration of the stay, otherwise you need to move your car between the hours of 0900 - 1000 and 1400 - 1500. The whole apartment is in need of some attention, there was mould around the top of the bath where it meets the tiles. The walls were marked / dirty throughout, some paint was flaking off in places in the twin bedroom and in the lounge. The carpet was worn and dirty and needs to be replaced.
On arrival there was crockery and cutlery in the drainer from the previous guests. And the cups and glasses all needed to be cleaned before we used them. Sadly, we were so dissatisfied we left a day early to come home.
