A short stay but very comfortable and plenty of space. The apartment was really well fitted out

The key pick up was very easy and in fact the host allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could walk aroung the city. Very helpful

The location was a little further away from the main area of Milan however once we got our bearings it worked out really well.

Ótima estadia em Milão

Localização boa, próximo a várias estações de metrô. Ambiente muito espaçoso, limpo, confortável e seguro em rua tranquila com restaurantes próximos. Casa totalmente equipada com aquecimento (fomos no inverno), lava roupas, utensílios, bom chuveiro com água quente. Boa velocidade de internet. Host forneceu todas as informações para self check in. Boa vaga para estacionamento.

Ottima posizione centrale, tutto molto pulito ed in ordine , host super disponibile telefonicamente. Avevamo a disposizione 3 letti , io ho preso il divano letto che era super comodo, ogni camera era davvero spaziosa; anche il bagno molto spazioso con un box doccia bello grande .

There were ants in the bathroom and bedrooms. There is only one large knife in the kitchen, which is not sharp, so it’s useless.

A perfect spacious apartment with a huge balcony, exceptionally clean and it has everything you need. The parking lot is in the yard, which is a big advantage, as the street is really narrow. Can only recommend!

Our Milano Story

We had a wonderful stay. Location is TOP! The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed. Air conditioner fantastically fast. It's just wonderful. I would recommend it.

A beautiful apartment not far from Milano Centrale.

We weren't here long - just overnight before heading to the airport. But this was one of the cleanest, nicest apartments we stayed in on our trip. The air conditioning was the best of anywhere we stayed in Italy, and it was so nice to have a cool night's sleep. Everything was so new and nice, which was unusual for our trip.

The apartment was advertised as being only a few minutes from Milano Centrale station, but it ended up being just over a 10-minute's walk. It's true that it's close to the back of the station, but you can only enter and exit from the front, which makes the trip longer.

Spacious apartment with large terrace

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. We were a group of 6 friends. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The sofa bed was in a separate room, so it wasn't like 2 people had to sleep in the living room. We absolutely loved the large terrace! The apartment is located just outside the city center, but only 10 minutes away from the metro stop and central train station, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was very good. They replied very quickly, were very friendly, answered all our questions and helped us with planning our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Some (small) downsides: - There is only 1 toilet and it isn't separated from the bathroom. - The iron leaks. - There aren't a lot of (wine) glasses. And we broke one (whoops), which the owner was very friendly about!!

Location is perfect, Milano central station assesible by foot. Easy to get the key. App is clean, equipped with all you need: iron, cofe mashine, kettle... Terrace is marvelous.

practical stay in milan

flat is based on first floor (lift available) inside a gated neighborhood. its freshly decorated, very clean and around 5-10 minutes walk from metro station sandrio. Can accommodate a family of four without any problem. Serves a short stay of a couple of days well. super good tip; property has a secure parking inside the gates. Make sure you notify the owner you need to use the parking in advance

owner cannot speak english but relies 100% on written communication and google translate. Can be a challenge when your internet is slow and urgent correspondence is essential to obtain access. prepare to send passport copies ahead of getting they key - dont leave for last moment if you do not speak italian. Need to add that the owner is very polite and tries her best to help - the language barrier is the issue.
