What a view! This property is perfect for a large gathering with friends and family. This house is literally next door to Dog Days Pool Bar. No need to drive once you get to this property, between walking to Dog Days and enjoying the large deck you don't ever need to leave!
5 Bedrooms / 3.6 Baths
Upstairs offers a large living room, kitchen, and Master bedroom and bathroom. The Master Suite has a king sized bed, double vanity sink, jetted tub, and a double shower.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer queen sized beds. The forth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two full beds and two twin beds. Another large living room for entertaining with a pool table.
The upstairs and downstairs decks run the length of the house are the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the view of the main channel. House is settled on the 19mm, lakefront, with a dock great for swimming and lounging around.

There is a covered boat slip available 14x38 on the property as well. Also provide the option to park at the Dog Days customer boat docks as well.

It was a great stay for us at the "Dog House"! Ashley was outstanding to work with, and the house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, great living space, and a perfect location. Would certainly recommend!!!

Beautiful home. Master suite is fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone we had 15 total (8 adults 7 children ranging from 22 months to 15). Lower and upper decks are great. Really enjoyed the screened in area on upper deck. Lake is a bit rough near dock but kids still enjoyed jumping in and adults floating ( somewhat of a workout staying near dock). The pool next door was a nice change of pace from lake.

This house was great for my sister’s bachelorette party! We loved the convenience of being right next to Dog Days! Check in and check out was super easy. The view is beautiful.

Ashley was an amazing host - extremely helpful and provided everything one would need. The house was outstanding - amazing interior, spacious, plenty of parking, on the water with great views of the lake, and walking distance from Dog Days bar. Thank you for the great stay!

We had a group of 16 and the house exceeded our expectations. The set up was perfect, house was clean and decorated nicely. Host was quick with replies and we had no issues. Will definitely stay there again! Also, if you need a shuttle for a large group, look up Boke’s Shuttle.

Overall this house was great. The location is next to dog days which was really convenient but it takes 15-20 minutes to get to anything else! We had issues with the toilets but the property manager was very responsive. The view is great as well. You are not able to tape anything to the walls which was a bummer as we were there for a bachelorette party and a few decorations but we made it work without! We loved how many beds and people this house slept and would recommend this VRBO!

The house was nice and it was big and the location was close to Osage Beach town center as well as being just a short walk to a bar and pool that is next door. However, the house was a bit dirty, lots of bugs in the basement area and it was missing essential furniture, such as it only had 3 chairs for the 8 seat dining table and it was missing an outlet cover by the front door which luckily we happened to find a spare in a kitchen drawer. The location was close to Walmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods as well as a boat rental place. However, the location on the lake is not ideal if you want to swim off the dock or fish as the water is rough and it knocks the dock all over the place even making it had to tie up a boat. Definitely was too rough of water to swim off the docks.

This house in in a great location. Being next door to the Dog Day Bar was fun with their family pool. Jody was responsive and very easy to work with.

The house was as advertised plus some. The view was great and having your own dock was awesome. The barbecue grill did not work and they had us a new grill on the deck within an hour. Communication was super easy and they responded quickly. The family had a great time and we would definitely rent this house again.

This house was functional for our family of 22. The kids loved sleeping in the family room downstairs. We brought a couple of inflatable mattresses which there was definitely enough floor space for. The layout of the house fit our needs perfectly.

Could not have been a better location for our group to stay! Just walking distance to Dog Days which has live music and a fun pool atmosphere! This place gave us plenty of room for a group of 14 adults. Would come here again!

Great place to stay. There is a shortcut on the side of the yard to dog days, captain bobs boat rentals is a 1 minute walk across the street, huge shopping plaza about 5 minutes away! Definitely recommend this property. Only things I was unhappy with, internet didn’t work, I got no response back about it and the fridge was not working properly, we had to throw away about $150 work of food, no compensation. Still recommend staying.

Location of this home is perfect! The views and sunsets were amazing! Being next to Dog Days was so convenient! With the exception that the home needs a really good cleaning it fit our needs and everyone had a good time!

Beautiful location and home. Very spacious. Master suite gives you some privacy and very nice! The water is rough in this area for swimming but kids enjoyed it with lifejackets on. Also nice being next-door to Dogs for swimming pool and food. Nice location for other places we wanted to visit.

Our family really had a beautiful time at this property right on the lake. The rooms were lovely and worked out perfectly for our family. Having the restaurant dogdays next door was a plus and a minus. It was so handy to be able to eat at dogdays, how ever we were there forth of July weekend and it was pretty loud until about almost midnight every night. It was nice to have a dock right at the house, however like I said we were there Fourth of July weekend which is probably The busiest time, so it was pretty rough at the dock. Overall, it was a beautiful house and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home. Nice size house for a big group! We had plenty of room for 16 adults. Master room is huge! Some of the guests had trouble sleeping due to the toilets constantly running. There was also a wet mattress and a Roto Rooter left out in the downstairs area. Not sure why it wasn’t put in the garage. Located near lots of attractions. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating.

We had a wonderful time, and loved the location. The house was in great condition and has many amenities. Would definitely stay again. Water around the dock was a little rough at times but not a deal killer. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for great views, great location, and plenty of space to spread out.
