Mooie omgeving, prima ontbijt, ruime authentieke kamer en aardig ontvangst. En privé parkeren.
Alles was okay. Let wel op: stijle trap bij entre.

Gorgeous house and grounds. Owner (?) really affable and helpful. They were able to accommodate us last minute when we had been let down by another property.
Difficult to gain access to the property. We said we wanted to have dinner there but we’re not given a menu to choose from. We were all just given chicken and chips. The food tasted nice but it was pretty basic and not value for money. There only seemed to be one person there, doing all the work. The rooms were unbearably hot - I slept really badly. If AC is out of the question, I would definitely recommend having fans in the rooms. Bathroom very small.

Park, outer look
Toilet in the middle of the room, access to the room on rounded iron steps very slippery in the rain, very very popr breakfast

It is very good that this property provide secure free car parking, this is the main reason we choose this B&B. The breakfast is more than acceptable, however so photo on food displayed may not be available for breakfast.
It's without luck that the room given to us for the first day is having leaking wash hand basin which is very incovnient and uneasy, we got a changed room after informing the owner.
The room is a bit small and the incident on the room as mentioned so we suggest a better management on the maintenance of the room essential facilities.

We stayed for one night on the way to Paris from the Loire Valley and booked the Double Room and Double Room with Terrace. When we arrived, we were surprised to discover that these rooms were not actually in the main house that's shown in the photos. They were part of an addition added to the back of the main house and the rooms are so small they reminded us of a ship's cabin and the bathrooms are the size of an airplane bathroom. The sink in the Double Room is only about 3-4 inches wide and the door to the bathroom didn't close well. The "Double Room with Terrace" does not actually have a terrace at all. It only has a door that leads to the exterior backyard of the house and isn't at all a space that can be used and enjoyed by the visitor. We booked this thinking we would stay in the lovely house that's in the photos, but unfortunately we were put in this tiny addition on the back and only allowed into the main house for breakfast. The breakfast was also quite disappointing. It was mainly only a selection of bread (without any toaster to make toast), packaged yogurt and a small selection of fruit (there were 4 people in our group and only 1 mandarin available so we couldn't even all have one). For the beverage, there was only the choice of American style drip coffee or tea. There wasn't 1 protein option in the breakfast -- it's the only breakfast I've seen in Europe without any eggs or deli meat options. All in all we felt that it was a TERRIBLE value for money. We paid the price of a nice BnB in the countryside and received the quality of a low grade hostel. We could have stayed in a much better hostel for less than half the price! Maybe the main rooms in the house are nicer, but unfortunately we weren't able to see those. Even though the entire house was empty the night we stayed there, the owner didn't think to put us in one of those rooms instead of the tiny addition on the back.

I arrived around 20:30 and when I pulled up, they offered to make me dinner and bring it to my room. it cost me €25 but it was well worth it. The man who I spoke with was very friendly and gave me a few tips about the area that I was visiting (Villeneuve-sur-lot). the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. the view from the room was exceptional!
There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.

We appreciated the calm and natural entourage. The owners are very attentif and nice. They are always available and have good recommendations. The food was home made. Also the house is well preserved and has plenty of space. Perfect for a couples weekend outside the city or a family calm time. Lots of hiking in the area.
Generally a good standard for a touristic stay. Nothing bad to report.
