This stone-built, mid-terrace, single-storey cottage in the rural, Cumbrian village of Milton sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Swift Cottage is a stone-built, mid-terrace, single-storey barn conversion, on the owners' working livestock farm, in the rural village of Milton, just two miles from the market town of Brampton. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite shower and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with patio and furniture and shared use of a summerhouse and hot tub. Swift Cottage is a convenient base for exploring both the Lake District and Northumberland.
Amenities: Electric wall heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Shared use (with five other cottages on-site) of summerhouse and hot tub all year round at £40 per week or £20 per short break, payable direct to owner on arrival (use is by direct arrangement with owner). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are 3 steps to access property at front
