Location ok
Indigenous at night can be heard screaming abuse, and in town during the day were intimidating. Not a comfortable place for the elderly.

Lovely spot, and super family friendly. My sons went looking for bate to fish and found an awesome guy who gave them bait and showed them his catch. Very relaxing 😊

Inadequate customer service standards.
I made a reservation for a single night at this establishment, but I observed that I was billed for a two-night stay. It appears there may have been an issue, either on the part of the property or the booking platform, Booking.com. In an effort to rectify this situation, I promptly reached out to Booking.com for assistance. However, they indicated that the appropriate course of action would be to address the matter directly with the property.
I subsequently engaged in a conversation with a representative named Kurt at the establishment. During our dialogue, I explicitly conveyed the details of my stay, underscoring that I had checked in on the 9th of October and checked out on the 10th, thus accounting for just one night's occupancy. Regrettably, Mr. Kurt displayed reluctance in extending any form of assistance in resolving the billing discrepancy. Consequently, I found myself billed for two nights, despite having only utilized the accommodation for a single evening.
I will neither endorse nor revisit that establishment.
The follow-up customer service experience with Kurt, the manager, was notably lacking in interest when it came to addressing the refund request. He repeatedly conveyed an inability to assist.

The Cabin was fantastic
The Laundy did not have an internal light making it very difficult to do the laundry late at night on our 1 night stay before crossing the Nullarbor... had to use Torch on phone to see

Chalet was awesome, new clean and safe
Our chalet was next to the entry/exit gate which rumbled and vibrated through the chalet every time ppl came and went. It was very annoying but as staff advised me it is to keep us safe and it did that well, I would recommend a chalet away from the gate tho!

Clean, spacious and comfortable bed
Did not realise there is another big4 park across the street. The lady staff is very polite but the male one is a little bit unwelcoming.

We stayed in a cabin and found it to have adequate room, and well ventilated. The kitchen had cook tops, oven and microwave. Everything in the park is tidy, and no issues with maintenance in the cabin.
