Great Location.

Excellent location, nicely decorated apartment. 2 min walk to the promenade, lots of nice restaurants within 1 min walk. Great transport, buses & trams with 5 min walk, train station 15/20 mins walk away

Door to apartment was out of line & noisy to open & close as it dragged along the floor which is unfair to other residents. Apartment was cold, very cold, couldn't work the heating system. Dead insects on ceiling of bedroom, handle on bathroom door kept falling off.

Great location, bad office hours.

Great location.

The office is only open 2-6 and the only way to reach them is by phone. I tried to find out about parking ahead of time but could never get them to answer. I was worried about parking. I found paid parking but it was 87.50 Euros for three days so if driving you need to know this. While there, I accidentally locked myself out at 10AM but there is no emergency number to reach them. Luckily a repairman happened to be at the office when I went by and he called someone for me but what if I had an emergency after 6pm? I would be stuck waiting until 2pm the next day. They should have a way to reach them during their off hours!

Very good

The location was amazing. The AC very efficient. Lots of storage. Comfy bed.

The stairs were more difficult than we expected. The shower obviously overflowed many times before our stay as the bottom of the bathroom door was water damaged. It was difficult to have a long shower as it didn't drain.

Atmospheric place with wonderful balcony to relax/eat in watching French life pass by

Location is perfect. The Balcony overlooking the street with the sea view is so atmospheric. it’s a pleasure to eat breakfast in the morning out there. Very clean apartment

The pull out bed really needs some oil at this stage. It’s definitely a small (and only) flaw with the place

A nice little apartment super well situated close to everything. A charming balcony with a sea view for your morning coffees :). The staff was very helpful too! We will definitely stay here again.

perfect location for exploring Nice

location on a pedestrian way a short walk to promenade and many restaurants , loved the small balcony with the view of the sea

Acceptable, but not great.

The location was very good.

Dishes were very dirty. The oven has never been cleaned. It was stinky and greasy. There was no handwashing soap. The main door does not close/open well. It was hanging from one side. Checkout is very very early. The chairs are not the same as in photo. Lights in the living room are so dimmed.

Location, location, location...

The location of the property was exactly where we wanted to be and we also wanted to be able to step outside onto a terrace. Air conditioning was effective. Washing machine good-there is a step missing from the instructions so I had to ask for help to get it to work. Easy access to tram which was useful for travelling further afield. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Bedding needs replacing (sheets have lots of marks on them). Door to apartment is quite difficult to open wide as it is dragging on the floor.

great location

great location - 1 BR apartment with modern bathroom, kitchen and washing machine but no dryer or dishwasher. balcony was nice to have and nice for breakfast

no elevator. 40 steps to second floor which is not informed in advance and difficult if you are older. manager makes you pick up keys at his office rather than meet you and explain details. lighting in kitchen/ living room was poor. bedding was mediocre at best . heat was impossible to turn on - no instructions given .

Superb location

Unbelievable location, clean entrance which is rare in Nice. Stairs manageable and a lovely little apartment. I have been coming to Nice for years and this is by far the best location I have stayed, Old Town included! Highly recommended

It’s not a dislike it’s an observation. The property is small and it was fine for us with a seven and ten year old. Four adults would be very cramped indeed

Good location, but impolite host

The location is very good. You can find everything you need in the appartment. It was very clean.

Communication issues. We checked out on a Sunday at 10 AM and our plane was at 9 PM. of course that we wanted to leave our luggage where he said we can. After 30 mins of waiting în front of the office he decide to answear the phone saying that the office is not open. He sent us a different adress which was closed as well then he didn't answear anymore. Very polite, sir!
